“The other week, I was in the northern metro suburbs and started to get hungry. I drove past Sarna's Grill in Columbia Heights and, judging by the building's welcoming appearance, decided to park and give it a try (though I know that doesn't necessarily mean the food or service will be good).\n\nThat said, my decision was bolstered by the spacious, inviting interior, wide aisles, booths filled with couples and families, and the waitstaff delivering trays of appetizing food.\n\nA friendly waitperson greeted me at my table and offered me a menu with a variety of options, from burgers and salads to complete meals, including pasta and hot turkey or beef.\n\nI chose the BLT on artisan whole wheat with a side of coleslaw. It looked so tempting that I took a bite of half the sandwich before realizing I hadn't taken a picture of the food. What you see in the attached image is the mouth-watering inside of the delicious BLT.\n\nAs it turned out, I had an hour to kill. After finishing my meal, I asked if I could hang out for a while. The friendly waitperson said I could stay as long as I wanted and brought me a cup of coffee to pass the time.\n\nThat kindness made my day and earned her a nice tip. Plus, I promised to return the next time I'm in the neighborhood.“

If her supervisor seeing this review, I am recommending a promotion, she deserves more. Such a kind soul and helpful manner.“

“Vegetarian options: We went to Olive Garden for my birthday and everybody found something to eat. The service was top notch and our server attentive. Even though it was a busy night, I never felt neglected. Oh, and I got tiramisu to take home as my birthday dessert.

Dietary restrictions: I think that Olive Garden can accommodate just about every dietary restriction a guest might have.

Parking: On a busy night beware of the parking... You might have to walk a considerable distance to the restaurant.

Kid-friendliness: Very kid-friendly. Our server weren't out of his way to make my son feel very special on my birthday... I'll be honest: I was a little jealous. 😄

“Marcos Pizza saved the day today! I had 30 people at my home for end of the year soccer party. The original restaurant I ordered pizzas from did not deliver within 1 hour delay I called Marcos and they had 10 beautiful delicious pizzas delivered to my home in 25 minutes they literally saved my party! I am forever grateful to Marcos they gave me special pricing also. They understood my desperation and we're very willing to work with me. It was a great day!“

“Mice and fruit flies at this location. My soda had a fruit fly in it. Mouse ran across the floor. Staff and manager laughed. One stated their are everywhere in the building. The mouse ran off and this was ok. NEVER EAT HERE AND CLOSE THIS LOCATION“

“I called and was unable to get app to work at all (load) on the Oct 4-6 special classic pricing. The first call- so sorry you will have to come in and order. HOWEVER upon calling back when I did get the app operational yet it would not take the special pricing, the gal helping me said ‘NO PROBLEM’ I can do this over the phone . When the price for her came up similar , I decided to cancel the order . It was a drive anyway. Then she asked me to hold on. She did say the special was for only one per person - bummer I was seeing someone and was going to get theirs . Then she said no worries, with all the hassle we will give you the bowl at regular price and just not charge for the meat. It’s a win/win so I said yes. I came for pickup . It was ready. They got my order wrong. I asked to upgrade to mac&cheese from french fries for the #1 meal. I got to the window, recieved the food, went through the bag and realized they gave me fries and no mac.
I kindly told the girl at the window ( Who never repeated my order back to me, just asked for my name) and she proceeded to roll her eyes at me. She ( being annoyed) asked for my food back ( which CFA is never supposed to do) She called some younger guy in the blue striped polo over, he said to take the fries out of my bag and throw them away. ( I guess they thought I was trying to pull one over on them? not sure. Usually they just keep them in the bag)
Instead of grabbing a napkin or a glove, she sticks her hand in my bag of food and pulls out the fries, and sticks the bag of food back out of the window to give to me. I'm sorry, im really not picky usually, but money is disgusting. On top of that, you're touching the window and everything else.
There was 3 cars behind me in line.....
This is the only store I CONSISTANTLY have to ask for my sauces because they never get it right.
I was a store manager for 2 1/2 years at a CFA in Maryland. I get it, I know how it can be. But I also know that- that job... is not THAT hard.
And to get annoyed at me because your order taker didnt input the meal correctly? I'm sorry, but thats completely innapropriate and I had to write a review on here.

Mangement needs to really improve the night shift workers there because I'm starting to get really tired of constantly feeling like I'm being a problem whenever I remind them they forgot something that I asked for.

I do not mean to go on a rant but CFA is better than this. WAY better. And I will try to make sure that the management at that CFA see's me. I am more than willing to speak to management there.“

I called the store and they were more than willing to correct the problem and were polite about it despite being very busy (I could hear how much was going on in the background when I called!). I was willing to drive there to get my correct order and they took care of it right away. Kudos to the workers! Always amazing food and received great service today.“

“We have been wanting to try here far a while and finally made it. The pizza is really good it came hot with lots of cheese and toppings. The traditional crust was crispy and good the sauce was a bit spicy for me, but that’s my problem.
