“Ben was great he was so sweet and amazing. My daughter has a horrible week at school and we came sat for lunch. She wanted a cherry from my margarita but it was too late the cherry was drowned. He knew what she wanted even before she said anything I had no idea what was going on he came back with cherrys and gummy brain candy!!! She was so happy.! He interacted with her as a person and he was so sweet this is the best experience we ever had at Applebees and Ben deserves a raise“

“We read a few reviews before deciding to take a chance: glad we did. Saw a few where people seemed to have gripes and moans you experience at any restaurant but had been to other food places in Grand Rapids and wanted to see for ourselves. I had chicken tetrazzini and it was great! Had to get a doggy bag for half because of the portion size,, really looking forward to finishing it off at home now. We sat in a booth, in the bar area, on a Sunday early evening with very few people, to be honest, and had great service. I don't know what time or day or who the cook was when some of these other people gave low reviews but glad I decided to give 'em a try! We'll be back!“

“Good spot to drop in for bar food fare. Plenty of seating throughout the restaurant and at the bar. Servers were friendly and courteous. Definitely a spot for locals to hangout and drink. Food was pretty good - really liked the bread the Reuben was on but the meat was salty and chipped up in small pieces. Hasbrowns were crispy perfection!“
