I apologize to all the customers that experienced this...I work 2nd shift during the week and 1st on weekends, the store doors are never locked...I love all my customers and have alot of repeat customers multiple times a day. As a mom of a toddler, it can be really hard to expect my son to stay sitting while I try to enjoy a coffee with a friend but this place has incredible coffee and food, incredible customer service, and an amazing play area to let the kiddos roam while you enjoy time with a friend!! Absolutely will be returning!“

“Stopped in for a late lunch on the patio. Was interested in a bitters & soda and the server recommended mixing the rhubarb and cardamom, which was delicious and refreshing. Followed that with the Chix Correa sandwich and a side salad. Wow! Really creative flavors and well-executed. Could tell everything was made from scratch and with high quality ingredients and care. Also the decor was fun and hip, the music top-notch, and the staff kind. I look forward to coming back soon!“

“On a bike ride off the Minnehaha Parkway, we happened upon Heathers on a warm end-of-summer day. We walked in and ordered a nice beer on tap and relished in their fresh-cut romantic flowers in vases on their outdoor patio tabletops.

The dilly ranch, savory and tantalizing, made the Blackened Salmon Dilly Ranch Salad, a delicate and sumptuous salad of gem lettuce, crunchy radish, fresh avocado and cucumber, sunflower seeds, and pickled onions.

The saucy sumptuous teriyaki made the Teriyaki Salmon Bowl, a piquant mouthfeel, a delight of bright green edamame, brilliant pink pickle onions, avocado, rice and fresh broccoli. Delicious!“

“Only been here twice so far. Absolutely loved the biscuit egg, sausage sandwich. Absolutely loved the breakfast burrito. Great flavor in both. Great conversation with the owner. The burrito looked small but picking it up, it was heavy!! Great flavor, I'm thinking the beans were well seasoned. Didn't get the chorizo spicy flavor, but that's ok. I could see the meat in the wrap. They know how to make a killer biscuit. It was light, fluffy, and very flavorful. I hear their Cuban is supposed to be good, probably what I will try next.“

“What a positively lovely space and place to get a delicious coffee 😊 Biking over on a sunny Sunday morning in November, my first visit here left a dazzling impression. The baristas were very warmly welcoming and friendly. The atmosphere was buzzing! Laughter, conversation. It was on the louder side on a Sunday morning so keep that in mind if you’re looking for someplace more subdued. There was a bit of a line but it moved quick. I got a light roast, black, and it was super savory if you can call it that—very drinkable, smooth, round with a ever-so-slight lean into the sourness of acidity, which I like. I wonder if it was their own brand of bean, which they carry. Overall, energizing vibes with the warm-colored walls, dark green mosaic tile, and vibrant Uptown clientele. I can’t wait to be back to try more of the menu and absorb the vibes here, whether it’s while working, meeting a friend, or just hanging out. I’m so glad to have them here in Uptown. Thank you Mosaic! I’m gonna be biking this way more!“

“I love this place!!! The service is amazing, the staff is happy, the pastries are to die for, and the coffee is absolutely fabulous!!! I've had quite a few of Luminarys specialty coffee drinks and all have been exquisite. Today, I noticed a new iced peanut butter chocolate coffee beverage, and had to give it a try. I was pretty sure this wasn't going to be my favorite drink and I was so so wrong. I'm amazed once again and the iced peanut butter chocolate coffee mix might be my new fave!!! 😋 ❤️🤟“

“This is actually such a hidden gem. The employees were so incredibly sweet and were so accommodating when I asked for substitutions- just so friendly and quick. A little on the pricier side but a quaint hole in the wall off the beaten path. Their outside tables by the greenway has awesome aesthetic but I didn’t rate atmosphere because the interior isn’t to my tastes but still very cute if a little small. Can’t emphasize enough how nice and creative the staff were. There are such unique and interesting coffee combinations! Will definitely be coming back!“
