“Every dish was SO good! I came here because it had good reviews and people mentioned it being a hidden gem and that’s the perfect way to describe it. Each dish was beautifully presented, you can tell they put care into cooking and plating each dish. The staff was friendly but not intrusive and gave suggestions when ordering and descriptions when serving. I’m really looking forward to returning.“

“My wife and I stopped into San Pancho Mexican Restaurant in Long Lake during their soft opening and were very impressed. Although the restaurant has been around for several years, it’s now under new ownership as of mid-January by the Luna family, and the difference was immediately clear. The food was outstanding—authentic, flavorful, and clearly made with care and passion. This wasn’t rushed or generic Mexican food; you could truly taste the quality and pride in every bite. The service was just as wonderful, with a sincere and welcoming host and wait staff. The restaurant has also received a beautiful facelift. It’s clean, recently renovated, and filled with bright colors and décor that give it a warm, authentic Mexican feel. We had a great meal and are excited for their official opening. “I would literally die for this spot. Not only is it great to visit with friends, but I honestly have a great time going alone too. The woman at the register is SO kind, and I’m so grateful to have a spot like this so close to home! I’ve been there enough now that she knows my order upon arrival, that’s the small town feel I love. Thank you Mi Pueblo! Ignore the bad reviews, I’ve been here 20 times this year and have nothing bad to say. If you like a good margarita, you’re in the right spot.“

“SO TASTY! Ordered carry out and we could not stop saying how tasty everything was. It’s a simple menu but the grill flavor and spices are not. You have to try it! LOVED the 4 piece chicken xtra spicy! The street tacos are the best I have had. We are impressed and thankful for this great carry out option on 101! Thank you El Fagon!!!“

“I order nachos to pick up with the cheese sauce in the side ( I don't like them soggy ) I was told I can't have it on the side, I have requested this in person before and for the most part has been ok, but I don't understand why is this a problem? Sad, I had to cancel my order 😢

“This is the latest “Mexican option in the Eden Prairie Center Food Court since early fall of 2025. Their burritos and tacos are fresh and tasty. I go there about every few weeks and I am working around on the menu, and have not been disappointed yet.“

“Can here for a water and when I came in,they started rubbing my feet as 5 pretty women picked me up and brought me to my table,I didn't even ask for anything yet they brought everything I would've wanted,when I finally finished ,they said it was on the house and gave me a good bye kiss,when I came out they replaced my car with a hellcat with a bad bih in it and air Refresher with a full tank of gas,would come agian,food was good btw“

Parking: Plenty of parking, next to gas station and other small businesses
Kid-friendliness: We bring our kids here fairly often and they love everything they have tried (usually tacos and guacamole). We’ve sat inside and outside and both felt completely comfortable with kids.“

“One of the best QDOBA's we have ever been too. I was skeptical at first as there were mixed reviews. But I was VERY happy with my order. I ordered a burrito and it was honestly larger than my head. I can't even comprehend how and why they made it so big and stuffed but I am not one to complain. That burrito easily lasted two whole meals and then some. Not sure if I was just lucky but would happily return here.“

“They sell tacos but I've yet to meet a John. I straight up just love Taco John's. I eat there whenever I can. The workers are very timely, a 3-4 minutes at most for wait time in my experience.. but it's always been very quick. Friendly service.“

“Nice new building and friendly staff. I do wish their menu would have a little more variety and be a little more consistent. It seems every time I have been to a Taco Bell I can't find the items I really liked the last time I was there.
I believe it was the chicken burrito with a lime flavored Baja sauce. Couldn't find it.“

“You all think too highly of fast food places, it’s supposed to be fast food, not a sit down restaurant and chat with the workers
This is the first Taco Bell to make my food how it’s supposed to be. No random sour cream pockets, no missing items, no forgetting to remove toppings. I finally tasted Taco Bell for the first time in its true form ❤️
Quick pick up for some bomb food, and I don’t have to socialize, 10/10“
