“I have heard many times of JMS. But on this one occasion when driving my Lyft and I picked up an employee of JMS . During our conversation I had asked him of the difference subs and he told me about the “ Mikes way” . I promised to try. I called my wife and said “ I am bringing home dinner”. I did stop at JMS and ordered just the recommended sub. We were not disappointed at all. I have made a pledge that if We have to had sub for dinner, JMS is where we are going.“

“This very hard working beautiful young woman named Maya, gave me the best service I have ever had at any subway, I've been there a couple times before that and she's been the best employee that has worked with me. She was even on break and saw me come in and helped me! I cant thank her enough for the service she gave me! The next time I go to that subway I'm expecting very high expectations considering how she helped me. She is like a very hard working, kind hearted, beautiful young lady. I'm so proud of her! “First time visit to this location. Shoutout to Lexi for being friendly and energetic. She double checked the order every step: toppings add/removed, toasted, needing a drink carrier, etc. Hit every mark for making sure the order was correct. I saw the manager quickly respond when called for (to receive a delivery) and the man doing bike delivery got on register and assisted the next customers promptly when he arrived back. Really nice to see the team was in good spirits and invested with their work quality. Thank you Lexi!“

“I came in 22 July, just minutes before they closed. The staff made me two BEAUTIFUL salads, and made it clear I could have it my way. I asked for a few extra vegetables and they just threw them on, no questions asked. Even the gentleman moping the floor gave me a big welcome as I entered the store. All smiles with this crew, and it was clear I was gonna be happy whatever it took. GREAT service, outstanding attitude, very good food, 5/5 stars in my book! After standing there for a couple of minutes and watching how busy the employees were, one of them communicated with me and apologized for the wait. I could clearly see one was slicing meat, one was cleaning, one was tending to taking orders and two were prepping and assembling the sandwiches. “We ordered DoorDash today and the driver delivered the wrong order, blaming the restaurant and it being busy. DoorDash gave us a full refund and I called the restaurant to let them know about the mix up in case the other person called wondering what happened. Ms. K answered and was nothing but kind and patient, offering to bring us the food herself once the lunch rush died down. 30 minutes later she arrived at my house with the food, and extra cookies! “My daughter and I got sandwiches to go. She got the steak flatbread and I got the tuna on Italian. We expected Subway and we got Subway! The bread was fresh and delicious and the veggies were fresh as well. I wish Subway’s proteins were a little better (the tuna is the cheap brown flake stuff), but our food was good! I always just let them do their thing and put everything on it, and they never ever fail to please. Walk into any other Subway and pretty much prepare yourself to be greatly disappointed when measuring up to this one. One of Heights' best kept secrets in my opinion!“

Before I had food sensitivities, I used to love getting the 1/2 sandwich and soup cup combo with chicken and dumplings soup or cream of chicken wild rice soup. I can no longer have wheat, so I like that they have a pretty good GF bread here. This store location has very limited hours, and I felt the food was quite overpriced ($16 for sub, chips, drink combo with a mediocre tasting sub), but I was pleased with good customer service as the worker agreed to serve me 2 min before close and was quite quick making my sandwich (very simple order at least.) I enjoyed the outdoor table.“
