“So I have drove by here at least 100 times in the last 2-3 months. I have wondered, I have mentioned it to the boyfriend, and I always kept going cause they looked so busy. Tonight we stopped!! It was so worth it, I thought I had ordered something other than what I got, (I did order what I got) but they offered to get me what I wanted to order, I'm so glad I said no I will eat this, (the Carnita Torta) it was amazing and so filling. I can not wait to try something else. Let me mention as well it was within an hour of closing and we were welcomed in as if they just opened. (That is so impressive these days.) Everyone was so kind and welcoming. The price was right, the food was amazing, and the service was so welcoming I felt like I had been going there for years, come to find out they just opened this past May 2022. Panchos really reminded me of a place I went to while in Cabo... Keep up the great work. We will be back sooner than you think cause they are open for breakfast too. If you haven't tried Panchos yet, stop what you are doing and go! Go for Breackfast, lunch or dinner! You will not be disappointed.“

“Brito’s in Monticello is fantastic. Each burrito comes with a warm, homemade tortilla. The portions are huge and all the toppings are fresh and delicious. The service is fast and the price is super reasonable. Better than Chipotle, Q’doba or Bluestone! My husband and I are obsessed- we go here all the time and are never disappointed!“

“This place looks like your typical Latin American restaurant, but it's secretly better!First of all, the staff are incredible! This is likely because it's a family-owned and operated restaurant rather than a chain. For example, one time they accidentally made too many margaritas, so we got some free drinks without even asking!Secondly, the menu here is more diverse than your typical Latin American restaurant. For example, this is the first time I've had a whole grilled Tilapia (the Mojarra Frita) since I was in Guatemala, and it was fantastic! “We've been here several times and have never been disappointed. Today's order was Margarita Grande, Elote, Shredded Pork Chimichangas & Beef Enchiladas. Everything was very, very good. The beef is seasoned in I way I have yet to duplicate at home. Just Delicious! We'll be seating in one of their booths again-soon!“

“My coworkers and I pop in here when we meet up for drinks after work. The food is solid and the drinks are always good. It's kinda hidden where it is right now, but with the buildings that are popping up around it it should get more traction. They have a patio for the summer and a clean space to eat and drink inside.“

“We ordered a taco bar for a company get together. The food was hot and ready when we arrived to pick it up, tasted great, and there was more then enough to feed everybody. “The food is very good.However today, 4-12-24; There is an older gentleman on a cane. They were mopping the floor all around him.Despite the good food, they made it very unsafe for this older gentleman.Why would they actually mop the floor when there's a disabled person who's obviously having trouble walking. Was this person supposed to sit there for 2 hours while the floor dried??It was really rude and inconsiderate.When he left he was very nervous it was grabbing tables to hang on to walking on a wet floor.“

“What a great find! The salsa had a little heat which is a nice change from all the other Mexican places.The steak street tacos were great! My husband had the chicken burritos and he said they had good flavor and plenty of food on the plate. The menu is extensive and there was a board as we walked in with new items. Make sure to leave room for the tres leche cake! Best I've ever had, nice and moist.Our waitress was fantastic, lived her recommendations! Give this place a try, you won't be disappointed.“

“This wonderful little neighborhood Mexican restaurant is a gem! Melt in your mouth carnitas with just a little char. Enchiladas with density and green sauce was excellent. Their guacamole was tops. Margaritas were 2 for 1s when we went and were great. My portion size was huge and a good value. Lunch tomorrow! I’ll be back again and again. Lucky to have you in Spring Lake Park!“

“First visit ever to this restaurant. Food was excellent, prepared perfectly as ordered. Very nice interior but could use some TLC. Service was marginal. Our server never came back to ask how our food was and for an early Saturday afternoon, the food took longer to come out than I would have expected. “Nice taco pitstop in Champlin. Reasonable priced ice cold tap beers and super tasty tacos and bowls.El Pastor taco was traditional with onions and cilantro. The beef bowl was delicious with the chipotle ranch sauce topper. Service was super fast at 5pm and satisfied with a 5 minute food delivery after ordering being in a hurry. First time here and have had their food truck in the community at several locations.“
