“Pretty busy Saturday afternoon but was worth the wait. I aways get the japchae. Very good flavor. Big portion, never finish the food. Me and my girl usually spend $35 on 2 meals but always got leftovers.”
“Visited 4/15/24. Back at BLG. As always, give yourself time (and money) for parking. I like the ramp across the street vs trying to find street parking. We got a reservation in advance which was good because this place was popping on a Monday night! To start, we split the garlic and EVOO and then the charred red onion with goat cheese bruschettas. My sister and I were partial to the goat cheese one but both were solid. I got the gnocchi with cauliflower and orange (my fave), my sister got the red wine with pine nut spaghetti, and my mom got the mushroom and taleggio agnolotti. I've had the gnocchi before and it was just as good this time. The sleeper hit of the night was as the red wine with pine nut spaghetti-honestly a good price for the portion size and the overall flavor. The agnolotti was rich but delicious. Honestly everything that I've had at BLG has been on the richer side but that's low key how I prefer my Italian food. I love this place and would recommend it to anyone. Old school Italian meets modern in a trendier place that still feels homestyle like my Italian grandma's kitchen.”
“great atmosphere for watching sports, great mix of music and awesome staff! we had Sasha as our server and she was very attentive, helpful, and so welcoming! We were looking for somewhere to watch the first half of Sunday football while eating time to go to the airport and this was the perfect spot!”
“They squeezed us in despite having a full house. We’ve been twice and both times were incredible. I don’t know what is better- the service or the food. Even the burger is one of the best in the cities. Sit at the chef’s table if you can and make sure you get a dessert.”
“Hands down one of my favorite new restaurants of 2024 so far. Service was amazing (they clear your plates and utensils between every course), and every dish my group ordered was amazing. I was a huge fan of the pork chop, smoked eel, and I still dream of the octopus bolognese. It is a bit of a pricier spot, but totally worth it (I'm already thinking about when I'd come back for the bolognese). It's a little small inside since it took over the old Revival on Nicollet, but I love the moody vibes.”
“Love that it’s veggie forward - broccolini, mushrooms, others have us coming back for more! But that pub styler burger with dijon mayo is to die for and such a nice treat. The cake is delicious and outdoor patio in the summer is very niceDietary restrictions: Accommodating”
“Absolutely amazing! Was my first time there today and it certainly won't be the last! The people are amazing, food is phenomenal! Only a few minutes away from my home. I think I am going to become a regular! Most definitely recommend! I got the combo 1. Next time will get a lot of skewers!”
“Inspired cooking. My wife and I experienced a moment of utter sadness as we finished the last bite of the Tamale knowing there wasn’t more to eat. Needless to say - so delicious and wonderful service from Katelyn”
“We are so lucky to have this beautiful place in Uptown. The hummus is entirely magical. And the food is delicious. We can’t wait to try it all!Wheelchair accessibility: There is a clear ramp on the side of the building giving easy access to the building”
“Great experience and even better food. The manomin latte was a treat as was the bison with wojapi. Loved the wild rice pudding the most but everything we ordered was incredible. Service was spot on as well. Great place!”
“One of our favorite places in Minneapolis -- Everything is always delicious, their wine knowledge is top notch, and the space has a great vibe. Highly recommended!”
“I love this place. As far as I know there isn't a better breakfast at this price point anywhere in the city. Certainly not downtown. My Saturday morning ritual over the past 6-7 months has been to get two Cryin Eggys, eat one immediately and eat the second for dinner. They reheat surprisingly well (10 minutes in the oven at 350, then a 20-second blast in the microwave).”
“Incredible. Dynamic metro scene with a supper club attitude. Excellent food, top notch service. Don’t leave without trying a bite of the creme brûlée donut!”
“If you have not discovered DeGidio's yet, you Must ! It is authentic Italian cuisine with fresh, absolutely delicious menu items. We have never had a bad meal over our decades of patronage. Can you Smell the freshness of the marinara sauce thru the scratch-n-sniff pix I took for You ; )Vegetarian options: The cheese ravioli is Devine. Every salad I have ever had is delicious & they have some seasonal specialties that I wait for every year IE: the squash ravioli !Parking: Lot is tight & not huge & they are very busy on weekends. If you have a large truck, leave it home ; ) or the street may be your better option.Kid-friendliness: This is a family owned authentic Italian restaurant where polite, well-behaved children are welcome.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible with handicap parking by entrance door. Don't worry, Anyone there will be happy to help!”
“Italian fine dining is hard to come by in the twin cities, but Hyacinth fits right into the local upscale scene. Exceptional service and atmosphere and a simple, but diverse menu of modern takes on classic Italian ”
“This is the finest dining in Minneapolis, hands down. I went in February 2024 and everything was executed with meticulous care. Every single dish was perfectly balanced. There was nothing superfluous, nothing too heavy, nothing too acidic. The wine pairings were well thought out. Also, none of the staff forgot I was a pescatarian at any point. It was also the perfect amount of food. For the quality of the food the prices were extremely reasonable. I have been to most of the fine dining establishments in the Metro and don't think the others, like Travail or Spoon and Stable, which are amazing in their own right, can really compare to Tenant. This is where you bring a true foodie if you want to impress them.”
“Strangely enough, I think this might be one of the best restaurants in the cities. They have this beet app that combines these flavors that are out of this world… and I’m not a huge beet guy. Seriously, my wife and I went home and have tried to replicate it after eating there. There’s also a chip app that’s unreal. Last, the burger is just delightful. Haven’t had a burger that good in a long, long time. The cocktails go down easy. I could keep going, but you get the point. Go here!”
“First time visitors. We will go back. We will likely share an entree next time. We just can’t eat like we used too. Great food, wonderful staff. Great neighboring tables.”
“It was pretty good. Huge piece of fish. I ordered to go. It's a 45 min to an hour drive home. Once I got home, put some in air fryer to warm up. It re heats very well.”
“This adorable cafe blends in so well with the neighborhood I almost missed it. So glad I didn’t, though! The space is clean and tidy and there are a few tables to sit and enjoy a beverage. When it got busier, staff brought out additional seating to accommodate. I enjoyed my chai tea latte and the message on the milk foam added a fun little twist. Street parking only, but it wasn’t too hard to find a spot. Would visit again and definitely worth the trip!”
“I didn’t know how good Vegan food tasted until eating at Heal Mpls. The ambience is very comforting and peaceful. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Good Vibes!!!”
“I initially visited this place when it first opened, and my experience wasn't impressive enough to make me return. However, with the positive reviews accumulating over the years, I decided to give it another try. I'm pleased to say that this time around, I was very satisfied. The portions were generous, the food was delicious, and the wait staff was attentive. Although the dining room was loud during our visit at a peak time, I won't let that deter me from returning. I'll simply choose a different time for my next visit.”
“We were walking on the street to grab a small plate, and this restaurant was calling us in. Window seating, white modern decorations with a nice menu made us walk into the restaurant. We sat immediately, and people were friendly. I got duck tataki and a skin skewer. My partner got thigh and breast skewers. Because we ordered individually his skewers and mine came in different plates. Which was perfect because I didn't wanna share my seasoning or dipping sauce lol Every dish was prepared & cooked perfectly. So yummy. I wouldn't mind having the skin a little bit more crispy. However, I enjoyed what I got anyway. My eyes are still on squid ink pappardelle. I hope they will keep it on their menu until I come back to Minneapolis :) I also loved how they brought the check lol it's super cute”
“We eat a lot of South Asian food, and Spice & Tonic has some of the best we’ve had in the Twin Cities area! The tandoori chicken was delicious and exceptionally moist, while the chicken curry was flavorful. Plus, the prices were reasonable. Inside, the decor was lovely and the staff friendly and fast. We highly recommend it!”
“I ordered a king cake to take in to work- without a doubt the best one I’ve had, it melts in your mouth! The staff was exceptionally friendly and offered an extra cup of frosting. Great environment if you’re just looking for a place in Minneapolis to sit down with a cup of coffee and a treat too!”
“Everything we’ve had from Nixta is just so good. More than once we’ve said “this is the best ______ I’ve ever had” about various menu items. Cant recommend enough.”
“Such a sweet place! Gluten free items are wonderful, I don't feel I have to compromise taste or texture be gluten free. The staff are amazing, super friendly and informative.”
“Great food, drinks, atmosphere and staff! Glad to have this place in the neighborhood. Super chill vibes, I love grabbing a bite to eat and a coffee or tea here before work ?”
“My boyfriend and I had a little impromptu date night at Milly's yesterday night and the experience was wonderful. We learned a little bit more about wine tastes and had a great time doing it!”

“really good atmosphere and really good desserts my personal favorites are the mangonada every-time i always ask for extra mango and they make sure to put it in the bottom middle and top (most places will just put it on top and call that extra)best michoacana location! ?”
