“Nothing better than going to Dairy Queen for some soft serve ice cream. It's the best!!

However, the DQ in Plymouth off Rockford Road needs their employees better trained for customer service. They were very rude to me when I asked them if I could buy a bunch (4 boxes) of dilly bars and buster bars for my crew. They said I could only buy one box, as they just opened and need to leave the rest of the dilly and busterbars for other customers. Just thought that was a bit strange to restrict my purchase of buying more. One particular young man at the counter represented poor customer service by his attitude. Maybe they were afraid they'd have to make more or reload the freezer? Not sure what his issue was but I even tried to give him the benefit of a doubt and make him smile, but no luck.“

“DQ is always good.Service was slow, however the person taking the order did try his hardest to enter a Nutter Butter Blizzard into their computer for my order. No can do. FIVE ? for trying.And with DQ, it's always the drive-thru or sit with Mosquitoes.“

“My daughter and I went here because I was on the search for an amazing Affogato. They did not disappoint. The owner was super sweet to my daughter and pulled strawberry gelato out of the freezer even though it wasn’t on their menu that day. “Came after receiving a giftcard for my birthday. Extremely limited room to dine in here, but there are a number of tables outside for when the weather is fair. My ice cream shake was tasty - I'd forgotten they use real strawberries - and the staff member was polite.“

“Ice creams... what makes it different from similar ones is that one can choose the extra ingredients and they mix and integrate them as part of the ice cream, that is, it does not remain as a topping or topping.

For me, if they were a little less sweet they would be excellent and if there was a smaller size option it would be great.

“I ordered a simple plain cheeseburger with extra cheese at the drive-thru. They were quick and the burger was almost too hot too eat, something that's unusual for a fast food restaurant. It was delicious and just what I was looking for.“

After waiting about 15 minutes to receive our order, we checked in with the staff and they immediately let us know that they would bring it out right away. Stopped by here to grab ice cream with the kiddos as the one down the street on Larpenteur and Lexington closed down. They were busy but service was fast! They have a large parking spot and some picnic tables outside for eating. What's great? Playground and park right across the street!“

“Not an inexpensive fast food restaurant but their burgers are very good! They have prepacked pints of ice cream in many, many flavors. The ice cream is so rich and creamy....a must if you go!
The location is very clean and staff are friendly.“

“I love Culver's it is my favorite fast food restaurant always count on it to be delicious. Unfortunately this location has a real problem. I have ordered the Curbside To Go several times on the way up North with plenty of time for the food to be repaired before we get there and almost without fail we end up waiting around for 20 minutes and then have to walk inside and alert someone to prepare our order. I use the service at several other locations and don't have the same problem. It is really frustrating that the curbside option is offered but not executed. Also on the most recent visit they forgot our kids juice box which we discovered once we were back on the freeway.“

“I’ve had a couple orders, not seem like the normal way I usually receive them. Had a blizzard I basically had to mix up myself so it would look like chocolate. Think they forgot an ingredient. I worked at a DQ when I was younger so I get it. ( I did the same thing one time) Just need more training. Otherwise service is usually decently fast even when busy!“

“Thay made right by me , my salad should have came with cashews on the side , but they put them in the salad i can't eat that way ,i brought my salad back up to the counter and they replaced it. Thank you

The seating arrangements make it easy to relax and enjoy. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, which makes the experience even better. Plus, the location is super convenient.“

“My daughter and I came in around 7 or 8pm on a Sunday night. We walked in and there was quite a line which was fine. The staff seemed pretty stressed out but they were working hard to ensure quality, quick service. We ordered 2 shakes and they came out surprisingly fast considering how busy they were. The shakes tasted great and I really commend the staff working that night on how diligent they were. A satisfying place for dessert indeed :)“
