“Crazy how I underestimated Jersey Mike’s! I went for the first time recently, and the staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. I ordered a tuna salad sandwich, and the fact that they make their tuna in‑house was a huge bonus. The staff member even recommended the best bread for it and kindly explained that they don’t use a toaster. They answered all my questions with patience.

When I took the first bite, it genuinely surprised me — it was so delicious. The celery added the perfect crunch. If you love tuna, you need to try it.

“First time visit to this location. Shoutout to Lexi for being friendly and energetic. She double checked the order every step: toppings add/removed, toasted, needing a drink carrier, etc. Hit every mark for making sure the order was correct. I saw the manager quickly respond when called for (to receive a delivery) and the man doing bike delivery got on register and assisted the next customers promptly when he arrived back. Really nice to see the team was in good spirits and invested with their work quality. Thank you Lexi!“

“The person working the deli slicer, maybe the shift leader, during the evening on 09/13/25 had a bunch of online orders. He still greeted me, took my order and worked it in flawlessly into all of the other online orders, while directing another employee on efficiently making all these sandwiches. Which is already just A+ effort!

And then I told him the wrong toppings and he just offered to make a new one without any hesitation. It was my mistake and dude just worked this new remake back into the system. This guy was locked in and I can't even tell you how refreshing that is to see in the fast-casual restaurant setting.

After a multiple disappointments today between the app glitching and another store being out of bread and having to change locations, I decided to go to my neighborhood store. “I usually don't write reviews, but it seems when I walk into any retail restaurant with a large order you can kind of expect employees to roll their eyes or seem annoyed that you have a large order. Eventually you get used to it. I had 3 large subs made today by Braeden (apologies if I got his name wrong). My order was a vague text message from a friend and Braeden was patient with me as I read out the order, asked questions to make sure the order was correct, referred to me as "sir", polite and prompt, and his general attitude tells me that he enjoys this job which is rare nowadays. He was the only employee there I could see and everything in the store appeared stocked and clean. Two thumbs up from me, I hope Subway treats him well.“

The bread was fresh and delicious and the veggies were fresh as well. I wish Subway’s proteins were a little better (the tuna is the cheap brown flake stuff), but our food was good! “This is one of my favorite sandwich chains. Before I had food sensitivities, I used to love getting the 1/2 sandwich and soup cup combo with chicken and dumplings soup or cream of chicken wild rice soup. I can no longer have wheat, so I like that they have a pretty good GF bread here. This store location has very limited hours, and I felt the food was quite overpriced ($16 for sub, chips, drink combo with a mediocre tasting sub), but I was pleased with good customer service as the worker agreed to serve me 2 min before close and was quite quick making my sandwich (very simple order at least.) I enjoyed the outdoor table.“

“In Minneapolis skyway close to Target Store. Had Philly cheesesteak and it’s very good. The price for the large sub was $14, still cheaper than the overpriced and unethical Subway in Northeast Minneapolis on Central. Really, the skyway location most likely has higher rent.“

“I was at subway after daylight savings time and the place was packed with kids before 11. The staff did a great job keeping up with the extra business and keeping a fantastic attitude. It looked like Nate was opening the restaurant alone and did a great job with the unexpected early rush. You have a great staff here!“

Shes greated us at the door and it was right before closing but she was so happy to help us find our online order, she even commented on how delicious it looked. “My office is nearby so I order from the app to pickup from here a lot when I need something quick. It is always ready when I get there and is always made well. Those are the only two things that really matter when you pick up food. The one thing that could be better is that hot subs never seem to be toasted quite long enough, but overall it is one of the better Subways.“

“I have been coming to this specific subway for almost 6 years. Never once have the workers at this location ever gave me attitude, nor have I seen them give another customer attitude. Its the same 4 women I always see and they always are working hard, and putting smiles on peoples faces while dishing out some killer sandwiches. The food you get is always what you create so anyone complaining about subways food says a lot about their own character LOL. I honestly love this subway AND the women who work here. Never ever EVER have they ever given me a problem. But they have left me with a full belly! Keep up the good work guys“
