“Stopped in for a late lunch on the patio. Was interested in a bitters & soda and the server recommended mixing the rhubarb and cardamom, which was delicious and refreshing. Followed that with the Chix Correa sandwich and a side salad. Wow! Really creative flavors and well-executed. Could tell everything was made from scratch and with high quality ingredients and care. Also the decor was fun and hip, the music top-notch, and the staff kind. I look forward to coming back soon!“

“This is an update from my last review several years ago. Visited for an early lunch and was greeted by Betty, our server. As I often to when at a restaurant, I asked her to order for me. I told her two things usually happen - I get what the cook suggests when asked, or I get what the server usually orders for themselves. Never do I get anything not on the menu. This time, she served me a plain mushroom/cheese/bacon omelet with a side of hashbrowns. Plain, but incredibly delicious. (Bacon makes dirt taste good!) It was excellent. My only complaint is the lack of a ketchup bottle on the table, and my Diet Coke refills were a little slow. I didn't ask what the surprise desert was, but it was almost better then the bacon - 5 or 6 layers of moist cake with a ton of frosting and coconut. Thanks Betty - you were a great server and we had a great time. See pic for the half eaten meal. My partner had the fried chicken - light, crispy and perfectly cooked.“

“This is an Ethiopian restaurant. There isn’t much English spoken here and there is no menu, but the staff and patrons are friendly. If you’re an adventurous eater, you might like it. The soup was delicious and the salad was fresh. I’m actually not sure what kind of meat was in my main dish. It was pretty good but a few of the bites were a little gamey tasting. The seasoning in the rice was good, and you get a generous portion, so you won’t leave hungry. The waiter rang me up for $17 which seemed a little high, but he hit “skip” on the tip screen, so I guess it was a fair price if you consider that the tip is “included”. If I go back I think I’ll just get two or three bowls of soup! ? Overall I’d give it 3.5 stars.

“Welcoming & a Vibe. This is a real gem, a diamond in the rough. There is no place quite like Cafetto. It is punk, it is cozy, it is filled with music but it’s peaceful at the same time. The staff are always friendly, knowledgeable, and apt at making the perfect cup of joe or chai of choice. If you need a place to vibe, work, or have some fun (especially with the plethora of pinball machines in the basement), this is the place to be. I just wish there was a location in St. Cloud, but to me this place alone is worth the drive!“

“Ate dinner here on recommendation of a friend. Great food, served fresh, hot and fast. Had the spaghetti and garlic toast special. Was delicious. Huge serving also. Hubby had the grilled ham and cheese and subbed onion rings for the chips. Another winner. Had strawberry rhubarb pie for dessert- was really good and hit the spot. Laura was our waitress, attentive and friendly. Will be back!“

“Absolutely fantastic food, friendly and helpful staff, and overall a wonderful place to enjoy lunch. I had the three sisters kale salad with bison meat. My husband had the fish sandwich along with the potato salad and some bakery items. All were very tasty! We can't wait to come back to try the breakfast menu!“

“This is a great place. The owners are cool and fun to talk to. The baked goods are very high quality and affordable. A lot of other bakeries have stuff that tastes like bland butter mixed with sugar but this place has very good flavor. Not too sweet, high quality ingredients. They also sell food such as sambusas, ful and tibbs which are fresh and tasty! The coffee is good too“

“They have an interesting setup with Brasa next door. More clear signs for the system would be great because we weren’t sure if the seating was combined or how it worked.

I tried the Up South egg sandwich, which was really good. I don’t normally like pimento cheese, but the flavors were amazing together. The lavender latte sadly didn’t have any flavor and I wouldn’t get coffee there again. The annoyed vibes from the staff that day were a little off putting and they forgot half our order for the group.“

“Bambu is my favorite desert place . I was so happy that I found Bambu in Minneapolis. It’s a little far away from my home but I don’t mind to drive . I love all desert and drinks they have. I can eat everyday if I could 😇😂. Also, Sandwiches 🥪 are yummy. All employees are pretty nice and friendly. The only thing I don’t like this place is parking is suck ( I know it’s only in Minneapolis) .“

“Is it me or is there a different vibe when eating at a veg café? Perhaps what I was feeling was the beautiful sunny Sunday morning that greeted everybody in a nice way, or maybe it was just the thought of everyone with similar values enjoying a meal together in the same place. Either way, I had a delightful and slow-paced Sunday morning breakfast at Seward Café. With 27 menu items that are either vegan or can be made vegan upon request (all clearly labeled), you won’t have a hard time finding something enjoyable to eat like I did. “Our company had a last minute breakfast this morning we needed catered, and found out 2days before (Wednesday night) the caterer we usually use couldn’t accommodate us. I called Ryan’s Cafe as soon as they opened Thursday morning and Ryan answered. I asked if there was any possible way he could cater breakfast for 57 the next morning by 7 am. He was in the middle of preparing for another event he was catering that day, but was gracious enough to ask questions, offer options and take down my information. He even made suggestions on which items to cut back on so I wasn’t overspending. He had the quote back to me in less than 30 minutes.Anthony, one of Ryan’s employees, arrived the next morning at 6:50 am with the food and had it all ready to serve by 7 am! The presentation was fantastic and the food even better! We had a variety of breakfast burritos and sandwiches (sausage, bacon, ham and a vegetarian option), hash browns, fresh fruit, pastries and all the condiments including butter, cream cheese, hot sauce, etc. Anthony was very helpful and gracious too!Everyone raved about how delicious and fresh the food was, and the generous quantities! And the bonus…the price was very competitive!I can’t say enough good things about Ryan, Anthony and Ryan’s Cafe! We’ll definitely have them cater for us at future events and look forward to the next one! Thank you Ryan, Anthony and Ryan’s Cafe for making our event such a success!“

“This was easily one of best restaurant meals I've had in the last year, maybe ever. I had hulbat marakh, and the owner brought out sambusas (on the house!) for us to share. I have enough leftovers for 1-2 more meals, after eating my fill. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back!“

“I got some breakfast here before my appointment at M Health Fairview and it was pretty decent! In particular, all the staff were really nice and friendly. Their coffee was kind of mid, but I thought the breakfast sandwich I had was pretty good. Overall, a decent stop if you are at the clinic and need a pick me up.“
