“I'm here for work from Florida and I've had the best experience ever in a Jimmy John's restaurant. Upon walking in I noticed how clean the place was and I was immediately greeted by the staff which let's me know they're customer service oriented. While I looked at the menu the two young ladies sold me the Kickin Ranch Chicken Wrap which was amazing. Their smiles and personalities made me want to sit here and eat instead of taking it to go. Thank you for the experience, your staff and establishment is amazing.“

Drew answered and explained that they were closing, but that he would take care of it the next day. The next day, like clockwork, Drew actually called me, and he resent my order to me. Thank you, Drew... really appreciate his transparency and ownership of the problem! Trust in Drew!“

“This store is excellent. Ive been ordering from this location for 5 years now. They make a great sandwich and they've never done me wrong. When there's been a mix up they've always corrected it as soon as possible, and everyone who works there, including delivery is so kind and really chill. To those who've had an issue- it helps to call in and be kind when you present an issue that needs resolving. Youll sure catch more flies with honey then vinegar.My order usually gets here well before I expect it, and when it isn't that's because we live in Minnesota and delivery is on bike braving the snow. Can't fault nobody for that! It never hurts to tip extra extra those days.I love this location. So if anybody who works there sees this review- Ayyye there friends! You're doing a good job. The service industry is rough but a lot of us got your backs.“

“Jimmy John's has great food specializing in gourmet sandwiches that are the perfect size for a satisfying meal. I suggest the JJBLT, a uniquely delicious BLT, for a great meal full of good protein & flavor. Order a side of ranch to dip your sandwich for added yumminess. The store is pleasant with huge windows allowing for natural light & good views of bustling downtown Mpls. The staff are always kind & will assist the ordering process. If you're looking for a tasty meal stop in for a tasty sandwich.

“You got my order wrong which I placed to be during my lunch break. Tuna??? pffft Why would I ever order such a wretched vile combination. Fish and bread should only come together in the form of fried sticks; But I digress.You managed to correct my order and have it on my desk before my lunch break was over. Zachary, all is forgiven sir, and I do hope you didn't catch too much crap over this. To all the awesome staff of the University Ave location I say JOB WELL DONE. We all mess up sometimes, but only the best of us can make it up before the lunch break ;-)“

“Usually the best jj’s in Minneapolis as far as online order being ready fast and orders being made correctly. Yes sometimes they are slow during a lunch rush but that’s too be expected. Thanks for the usually fast service and free smells!“

“Not the worst location I've been to, though I was stared down by a group of blue collar workers who lit their cigarettes outside my car. I got what I ordered, which is already doing better than the Erberts&Gerberts across the street. I am obsessed with the smoked cheddar bourbon club, all it needs is onions and it easily replaces my usual order of Italian Night Club unless I'm craving protein. This location gave the perfect amount of sauce.“
