“I've never eaten at Leeann Chin before, but since it was one of my mother's favorite restaurants I decided to give it a try today. I was impressed. I had the orange chicken, fried rice, lo mein, and some cooked vegetables. Everything was so amazing. It tasted absolutely delicious. Some of the best Asian food I've had. “It’s Sunday evening and without Vikings Football until Monday night I decided to have a late dinner at my favorite Leann Chin location in St. Louis Park. Remembering I had a free entree to redeem, I strolled up to the front counter only to be greeted by a young, kind line server named Amari who walked me through the check out process. Amari helped me redeem my (somewhat confusing but likely just a ‘’me vs. technology” thing) free entree via the Leann Chin App. He made several suggestions including a recommendation to try the Peking Chicken which ended up being the highlight of my plate! They had just ran out of pot stickers and Amari wasted know time dishing them up and running them out to my table immediately after fresh ones hit the line. The food (as always) hit the spot however the best part of my experience was Amari and his unique ability to provide incredible customer service and at the same time showing the world that expert customer service is still very much alive & well. Well, it is whenever Amari is punched in.“

After we paid, the server gave us additional congee to take home for our baby. She was so nice. We really enjoyed it here and prices are very reasonable. “Have enjoyed this restaurant for years and years. On a recent visit (January 2025), I ordered my usual panang chicken curry. It was much spicier than I remembered it, but I’m certain the fault was with my
memory, as the more bites I took, the more I realized the perfection of the spice level. I tried adding a small amount of the house-made chili sauce, but it didn’t need it. It was perfect just the way it came out of the kitchen.

Definitely worth the $$.The dumplings were by far the best I have had. Huge size and tasted great!Not a fan of the egg roll. It tasted like it had been rolled in sugar prior to being deep fried. Came off pretty sweet.The sesame chicken was good. Really liked the coating on the chicken. Sauce was ok. Not super spicy but chicken was a little dry.Nothing special about the fried rice. It’s like they just put white rice in the wok with some soy sauce and an egg. No real taste. Would be better if they put just a couple of peas or carrots with some seasonings.I will go back just for the dumplings!!“

“The location is easy to find. Excellent customer service. Employees were smiling and friendly. The prices were very reasonable. Food was good. I had the Thai Coconut Curry Chicken and it could have a a little more coconut flavor. Had a nice spice heat to it though. The cream cheese wontons were tasty. The other meal was Mongolian Beef and that was good too but the beef was a little chewy. The chicken fried rice had good flavor. The dining area was clean and plenty of seating. I will eat at this establishment again..

“This is about as close to authentic Chinese noodle soup as you're going to get in the cities! Fresh pulled and shaved noodles! Also, they have wood ear mushrooms, which are delicious! Master noodle is a family favorite!

“Such a great buy for $8.25 or $8.50. Two entrees and rice when you choose the Express To Go. I chose Orange Chicken and Beef with Mushrooms. It will take 2-3 meals to finish all this food. They do accept Visa and another credit card and there is a surcharge.“

“The egg drop soup here is my absolute favorite out of any of the places I’ve been to in the greater MPLS area. The dining is by far “fine” dining but there are more than enough tables for seating, although probably not ideal for a large group. The Pho special was delicious; the broth is on the sweeter side and the meat variety was all tender. Definitely get more than enough sprouts & jalapeño to go around.

Even though he said they were closed he still went above and beyond and served us. We were so grateful and appreciative of this incredible kindness and customer service!“

“This food court was not bad, but it was typical of what you would expect from a food court. It wasn't particularly impressive, but then again, it's just a food court, so it shouldn't be expected to win any international awards.“

“We now drive to Maple Grove to enjoy P.F. Chang’s menu. We were sad to see the mall at Edina make changes that impacted that location being open. But it is worth the drive. The décor is in lovely oriental style with tables, booths, and bar seating dining options. The Chef’s Feast is a good deal.

My mom grew up in China, so being able to order signature Asian, Thai, Korean, Japanese, Mongolian, and Chinese food dishes is important to us. For at least 12 years, the Chicken Lettuce Wraps (wonderful peanut sauce), and Chicken Pad Thai have been among my personal favorites. The veggies are nice and fresh.

This time, I ordered the Mongolian Trio, and mom had the Crispy Honey Chicken. Both were excellent, as well as the Egg Drop soup for our starter course. The brown rice was perfectly prepared. The Mongolian Trio had only a few shrimps, some chicken and was mostly beef. While the flavor was excellent, it has a bit of a “pasty” taste if you try warming up left-overs the next day. Seems like too much cornstarch is used in the sauces.
The service was great. The potions are of fair size.

It is also easy to order online for sushi delivery and also for pick-up. For individuals who have dietary preferences, they have multiple gluten-free and vegetarian entrees on the menu. We’ve been fortunate to gain parking near the door in a free space. You may want to come early during the prime-time dinner hour to get parking.

“A year ago I had an allergic reaction to shrimp, so I stopped eating shrimp. Today my wife ordered me wings tossed in Oyster sauce. I didn't think much of it. After two wings, I had the same allergy symptoms as I had with shrimp a year ago. I guess I developed a shellfish allergy in my adulthood.
