“Not a local, actually in town from Mississippi, stopped by locking for SWU, but quickly realized it is a MTG only shop. Which was perfect because I was able to pick up some cards that my son needed. Had a great conversation with my Name Sharing Employee Matt and his co-worker(sorry I didn’t catch their name). Memorable moments, 1. Employee service and relations 2. Bulk card organization 3. Card display on the wall 4. Did I mention the employees!!! Which i had more time to spend, but if I pass through again, this is a definite must stop again!! Thanks“

“I have been visiting this location for about a year now and I would gladly go out of my way (I live in St Paul) to stop here for a drink. Since day 1, the baristas have been AMAZING! Mitch and Faith treat me like an old friend. It's a great addition to my daily caffeine.
I typically order ahead of time in the app and I have never needed to wait for my order to be finished regardless of how busy they are. (I can't say the same for other locations.) In addition, they breeze through lines in a matter of minutes. It's crazy how well this team performs.
Please give them some major recognition because this Caribou should be setting the standard for all others!“

“Probably one of the few coffee shops that offered some sort of refillable drip coffee option. I was in a hurry but I plan on returning to take advantage of that. Plenty of seating and comfy atmosphere that would be excellent to bring a book or a laptop for some quiet work time!“

“The east end of the production line is incredibly LOUD - unable to keep a conversation going when that machine is in operation, every two minutes. This doesn’t seem to happen at other Caribou’s, and I hope it can be fixed, as it’s a delightful space otherwise. Not great for hearing sensitive kids and people.“

“Caribou is great, however….I really resent the whole ‘forced’ tipping thing when paying with a credit card. I realize I’m not being forced, but it’s really uncomfortable for me not to tip when the cashier is standing right there. I’ve started paying in cash now, just to avoid tipping in the drive thru. I realize these folks need the $$ but at $10 for a latte, owners need to pay their people so I’m not forced to!“

“So in an absolute desperate need of caffeine with a kick of mocha we set out looking for Caribou. Found it and proceeded to the drive thru where we were greeted by the most enjoyable and pleasant voice that belonged to Mitch my superhero and caffeine plug of the day. I am a drama queen who teases and messes with everyone I come in contact with. Most people are caught off guard but dear Mitch gave it right back with such ease and grace I had nothing but respect and admiration for him. He even had the foresight to offer a shot or two of extra espresso. I will from now on only be frequenting this Caribou for the simple reason I will never cheat on my dear Mitch, he is the only barista for this Minnesota Momma.“

Parking: There is plenty of parking available. I have never had a problem finding a parking space close to the store.“

“This Ridgedale location is my 'go-to' when visiting the mall. The guy waiting on me was so nice and friendly, and offered wonderful service. Typically, I have the Ham & Swiss croissant sandwich, which is delicious. But this time I tried the NEW Grilled Cheese on Sourdough, and was disappointed. I will still return, but will order my usual.“
