“I have been visiting this location for about a year now and I would gladly go out of my way (I live in St Paul) to stop here for a drink. Since day 1, the baristas have been AMAZING! Mitch and Faith treat me like an old friend. It's a great addition to my daily caffeine.
I typically order ahead of time in the app and I have never needed to wait for my order to be finished regardless of how busy they are. (I can't say the same for other locations.) In addition, they breeze through lines in a matter of minutes. It's crazy how well this team performs.
Please give them some major recognition because this Caribou should be setting the standard for all others!“

“Cute little coffee shop! Plenty of seating - they open up the brewery for seating in addition to the coffee shop so there is plenty of room to spread out or find privacy. Prices are super reasonable - way cheaper than Starbucks or Caribou. Definitely check it out!“

“The east end of the production line is incredibly LOUD - unable to keep a conversation going when that machine is in operation, every two minutes. This doesn’t seem to happen at other Caribou’s, and I hope it can be fixed, as it’s a delightful space otherwise. Not great for hearing sensitive kids and people.“

Found it and proceeded to the drive thru where we were greeted by the most enjoyable and pleasant voice that belonged to Mitch my superhero and caffeine plug of the day. Most people are caught off guard but dear Mitch gave it right back with such ease and grace I had nothing but respect and admiration for him. He even had the foresight to offer a shot or two of extra espresso. Parking: There is plenty of parking available. I have never had a problem finding a parking space close to the store.“

I realize I’m not being forced, but it’s really uncomfortable for me not to tip when the cashier is standing right there. I’ve started paying in cash now, just to avoid tipping in the drive thru. I realize these folks need the $$ but at $10 for a latte, owners need to pay their people so I’m not forced to!“

“Set inside the Mall if you're a shopper its a great location. If you work in Mall your kind of over it lol Been to this location a few times its always staffed and staff is actually pretty nice. Make a great drink at times lines can be long but not horrible.“

“The vibes at this Caribou are always great and I go out of my way to go here even when I'm not in the area for work. The people who work here are great and they manage to make a really inviting environment where I wouldn't always expect it.“

“One time I went this girl was really funny and I felt like that's what we need at humans is a good laugh. I ordered the Cloud Macchiato and we laughed and called it The Cloud Thing. This was the best experience I have ever had and I always go to this Starbucks. I recommend this!“
