“Great food, excellent service, loved the family style serving with metal serving spoons! Not sure but I kind of have a feeling, that we were served by the owner? she is a great dynamo of a personality! Szechuan beef and kung pao chicken.“

“Parents just moved to this neighborhood 9 mos ago and we were visiting from Los Angeles over the Holiday Wkn in Dec. We were eating way too much heavy foods that week and needed some medicine. Some PHO 🍜 😌

We loved: the rare steak & brisket pho, eggrolls/springrolls, (saw chicken wings delivered to a table that 👀 delicious-we didn’t order since we had a lot of food already)
Service, atmosphere was excellent and feels like you’re eating in a family home.

Our only critique is that the THAI TEA needs to have less milk and more tea. The more orange the better! 🙏🏾🙌🏾TYSM!- we will back again for our next visit to MN!“

“I’ve been here three times already and it never misses. Huge shout-out to their lamb sandwiches and of course, the handmade noodles. I’ve tried a few types, but the extra-thin ones in their soups are my favorite. Everything I’ve had so far has been great, full of flavor, and made with care. This place really fills a gap for something like this in Minneapolis, and I’m so happy to have it so close to home!“

“Pretty sure this restaurant is run and owned by Helen and Martin, when they had The China Restsurant in St. Cloud, MN previously, and it was my absolute favorite St. Cloud restaurant. What a loss to our community when they left..!! So glad to have found them again. Their Hot and Sour Soup is absolutely to Die for. I can't wait to drive to Blaine and get a big Take-out order to tide me over for several days. Really looking forward to it..!!“

“The restaurant was super clean, good fresh ingredients. The menu could use more details on ingredients and photos. The cashier wasn’t overly friendly when we had questions. We had differing opinions on the robot delivering the food.

“House of Hui’s Chicken Chow Mein and Fried Rice (I'm sure everything else is amazing as well) is my absolute favorite! I grew up in Minnesota but have lived out of state for over 30years. No one in the south (this area) makes Chow Mein like House of Hui’s. This is always our first stop when we visiting!“

FRESH cut veggies, HUGE portions white meat chicken, super tasty, clean, friendly can't say enough! the SZECHUAN chicken is to die for ! fried rice yummo ! it's worth the travel from downtown. tried many others... nothing beats bills pricing and quality. good work guys ! so glad your always going to be here !!!“

“All you can eat hot pot and sushi for only $30 at dinner is a pretty great deal.

Hot pot bases were good, especially the spicy one. Selection of items to cook was not bad. Seafood looked pretty fresh and scallops were good. The beef was okay, but the meat wasn’t the freshest for some options but not to the point of smelling or anything.

Good noodle and veggie items. Only complaint was wish there was better dessert options as there were just grapes and watermelons.

The sushi was very good. We were very surprised that all you can eat sushi was included and will order more next time.

“Had it delivered and everything was so good. I was ordering for the potstickers but the Orange Chicken was the best we've ever had. Would go back just for the Crispy Korean Chicken wings. Every one of the dipping sauces were great too.“

“We came to order some take out. It wasn't busy so we got in and had our order taken right away. The fried rice was good, chow fun was okay but not too bland. The chicken wings was bland, not much flavor. They are pretty affordable, and convenient.“

I loved the vegetable lomein, the fried rice was delicious as well, along with the wontons (and I did order two pork egg rolls on the side not pictured.) I loved all of it! My husband and I can’t seem to find similar food close to our China Restaurant in Roseville but this is much closer to home and tasted similar in my opinion. YUM. Get it. I’ll def order again! “They have some of the best cream cheese wontons I’ve ever had! They were crispy and crunchy and warm but not greasy or chewy. They didn’t even lose their crispy texture later on, after eating them for leftovers! I also recommend their sugar donuts as they were delicious too and they were the least greasy sugar donuts I’ve experienced yet!

All of their other foods were a hit as well, but these were my favorites to eat in general and here at Xin Xin, they were the best I’ve had out of anywhere else.“

“Tried this last week. Portion size is good (2 item combo); more rice than chicken.

It looked better than it tasted. The sesame chicken seemed a day old/from the previous day (a little stringy and dry), but it was still ok. The orange chicken was better, but overall the food tasted like standard Chinese food. The fried rice was good, but standard as well.

Just over $14 for the combo.

“I've been here a couple times, both early lunch and late dinner. I've had both the Pho and Bun Bo hue. I love their broth for the Pho its honestly the best out of the other local Pho restaurants in terms of flavor. BBH was okay. It didn't like their broth as much but it was loaded with lots of meats. The service is really good, I appreciate there were checking on us with refill water and if the food was to our liking. Very kind people. 2 things I think they could improve on is the cleanliness of the store like the condiments thats out and secondly is their pricing is just a bit expensive (but still comparable to local restaurants .) Overall I would recommend this place for its flavorful broth and great service.“

The chicken was perfectly crunchy on the outside and incredibly moist and tender on the inside — exactly how fried chicken should be. “I stumbled on this place accidentally ?I was going to rainbow and then met “The Cookie Man” and he told me that they sell his cookies at this restaurant so I was only going to the store for the cookies but then the other day I asked a customer how was the food, the man said it was the best fried rice in Minneapolis. I said “what, it hits like that, I got to try it…” and I did. Now for my beautiful ladies with babies, y’all know how it is when a craving hits and you like “it better be on point or else!” I ordered a small order of the shrimp fried rice and although it is simple without all the mixed vegetables and such it is very good. I got to the car food was fresh, I mean burn your mouth fresh, took the first bite and it reminded me of this amazing restaurant we HAD back home called King Fong in downtown Omaha. It was the best fried rice. ??????This is a runner up. So that says a lot. Anybody that know about King Fong in Omaha know about King Fong! ???

Anyways the service is good, speedy and I have not had a problem always nice and friendly and they laugh when I order only cookies previously but now…ordering the cookies and the fried rice. Oh for those that are into the details like that of the dish it is brown rice (I believe it is colored with flavored additives). It has white and green onions, eggs and bean sprouts again simple but comparable to a lot of fried rice that has to add all the extra fixings just to give it flavor this place is great for minimal ingredients with a mouthful of flavor. Don’t even need to add the soy sauce. Again my review is specific to the shrimp fried rice and cookies. Happy eating y’all!
