“jacob was amazing and has AMAZING customer service. normally when i go to just about any subway, i don’t get the feeling that anyone working cares about customers. Jacob was the exception. kept the place very clean, kept and made conversation while working on an online order and my own, and my sandwich was perfect. good kid and i really appreciated the quality of the service.“

“This was my first time at this Potbelly location and my visit was made even better by the awesome customer service. The sandwiches were fresh and the atmosphere was awesome. But what really stood out were the employees, Samma and Dom.
They were both really friendly, efficient and had good energy. Samma made my sandwich perfectly and Dom was quick to ring me up and had a cheerful goodbye! Great food, Great crew I'll definitely be back.“

“Love this location. Brought our partially feral toddler in today and the guyalokg our food was so fun with her.
We took our food home and she declared it's the yummiest yummy taco ever, and the store made it yummy just for her!

“Guys this subway was so good, let me give you all a detailed breakdown!! First I love the way they cut it, I never would have thought that the method is to cut one part 3 inches and have the other 9 inches uncut!! Absolutely genius, I think a raise is in order. Second I love the amount of mayo! Who would have thought that half a pound of mayo is the move?!?!?! I did see another review where a worker dropped the customers bread on the floor so maybe they did that to me also but maybe it’s another genius tactic for me to want even more!!“
