“We recently got the phone app for JJ so aren't used to telling the cashier we have it. We were there tonight. It wasn't until after the payment went through that my husband asked me about the free sandwich we were supposed to receive for getting the app. At first they were like sorry it's too late to even get the points for tonight's purchase let alone the sandwich. Then Julia the sandwich maker suggested voiding out the order and re-ringing it to get our points and we even got our free sandwich. Thanks to Julia for her care for her customers!“

They seem to be constantly slammed with online orders but she never show any signs of stress just moves quickly and efficiently with a smile! They are very lucky to have her!“

“I arrived a few minutes earlier than my online order was to be ready. After standing there for a couple of minutes and watching how busy the employees were, one of them communicated with me and apologized for the wait. I could clearly see one was slicing meat, one was cleaning, one was tending to taking orders and two were prepping and assembling the sandwiches. I appreciated the communication and I know times are hard. Thank you for all you do!“

“My son and I went here on 8/18/24 for a late lunch. It was worth stopping here. Customer service was welcoming, fast and friendly. The servers chatted with us while making our sandwiches. The sandwiches were made just right and tasted yummy. I had the Oven roasted turkey, provolone and toasted. My son had The Beast and toasted. The dining area was clean. I would go back again. Thank you all who were working that afternoon. Keep up the great work!!

“Me and my boyfriend went today and the manager Dane was amazing! It was a snowstorm and they were so nice to be there! Dane made our sandwiches and we made small talk and he was very friendly and helpful! we had called previously to inquire about a deal and he explained everything. overall a surprisingly memorable experience due to his kindness. store was also very clean, and the sandwiches were the best i’ve had from Jimmy Johns. I don’t tend to leave reviews but figured great experiences are just as good to review as bad ones.“

“I have always had a great experience here!! Never had any issues. In fact, this is the best subway location I’ve been to! The two guys making our subs and on register were super friendly and nice!! He made a delicious sandwich, perfectly how I wanted it!! Everything was so clean! The veggies were so fresh, the line didn’t have any scraps or messes!
