“Always hits the spot, i like the service more than the food actually. Very friendly staff.
Restaurant itself is overdo for some maintenance or a good remodel. Regardless, we frequent here often. I like the music that plays and the desserts. 🍮“

“Stopped in for a late lunch on the patio. Was interested in a bitters & soda and the server recommended mixing the rhubarb and cardamom, which was delicious and refreshing. Followed that with the Chix Correa sandwich and a side salad. Wow! Really creative flavors and well-executed. Could tell everything was made from scratch and with high quality ingredients and care. Also the decor was fun and hip, the music top-notch, and the staff kind. I look forward to coming back soon!“

“It depends on why you are going here...Very *casual" place! Be patient! Take initiative if you have questions. I simply wanted a hot chocolate. It was all warm milk. Absolutely no chocolate flavor at all. I'm somewhat lactose intolerant, so I couldn't finish it. I'm sure Bingo would have been fun though, but I wasn't able to stay. Bingo is free to play and $20 gift for business purchases to the winner of cover all game. Fun cat themed accessories/ clothing to purchase. It would be fun to sit by the window to watch cats if not paying to go in to interact with them. There are also board games to play if just hanging out. I'm not a coffee or tea person, but wanted hot chocolate and love cats and wanted to check this place out.“

“I got the triple berry crepe with dark chocolate sauce and it was delish!! The star of the plate was the unassuming whipped cream. I’ve never had whipped cream like it before and it’s honestly the best I’ve ever tasted so don’t skimp on it. I also tried one of the croffels and was blown away by the many layers familiar to croissants made crispy by being cooked in a waffle iron. I can’t say enough about the flavors and textures experienced at Paris Crepes & Boba Tea. The cherry on the top is the speedy and friendly service. This place is a must try if you enjoy crepes and croissants. 👍🏼👍🏼“

“The service was amazing and the food was even better!!! Couldn’t have had a better experience! Will definitely be returning when we’re back in St. Paul“
“We love going there on winter and rainy days. Great place for getting out of the house and meeting other kids. Snacks are reasonably priced. The only thing I would change is they offer peanut butter sandwiches. As a mom of a kid with a nut allergy, I always feel kind of on edge about if a child has eaten the peanut butter sandwich and then not washed their hands and then it’s gotten on a toy that my kid will play with and then my kiddo will have a reaction. Or I’m constantly looking around at what kids are eating and if I have to ask my kid to watch out or the other kid if they can wash their hands. Now I totally get that the world does not revolve around my kiddos (and others) allergies, but at the same time there are a lot of kiddos with nut allergies (and most of them are anaphylactic) that it would be nice to have a sunflower butter or an almond butter instead of peanut butter. Both of these can be true at the same time. Anyway, great place to go, good prices on snack, but wished they didn’t have pb&j sandwiches“

“Alright, here's that food review for Albi Kitchen:
Stepping into Albi Kitchen is like receiving a warm hug, all thanks to Fardowsa, the amazing owner! Her welcoming spirit sets the tone for a delightful experience. The tea is excellent, perfectly complementing the flavorful Sambusas. Don't miss out on their juices, cakes, and sandwiches – each item is crafted with care and tastes incredible. Albi Kitchen is a must-visit for anyone looking for great food and a welcoming atmosphere.“

“Wow! We just had breakfast at the Uptowner; this place is our new favorite for many reasons! Everything we ordered: pancakes, omelets, eggs benne and hash browns were some of the best we’ve ever had served to us. Our server was also so genuinely kind and attentive! We hope to make it back soon… I have my eye on that Ruben.“

“Welcoming & a Vibe. This is a real gem, a diamond in the rough. There is no place quite like Cafetto. It is punk, it is cozy, it is filled with music but it’s peaceful at the same time. The staff are always friendly, knowledgeable, and apt at making the perfect cup of joe or chai of choice. If you need a place to vibe, work, or have some fun (especially with the plethora of pinball machines in the basement), this is the place to be. I just wish there was a location in St. Cloud, but to me this place alone is worth the drive!“

“Glad I finally stopped by this lovely, airy café for lunch! It feels like a museum café but far more relaxed and reasonably priced. I loved my vegetable tacos, made with grilled wild mushrooms, zucchini, and onion, and served with a really good homemade salsa. The coffee was also very good and slightly smoky (chicory?) The crafts gift store and art gallery in the building are a welcome plus! I want to bring guests from out of town here.“

“Has some of the best coffee I’ve had in MPLS and a really awesome offering of pastries. I highly recommend the cinnamon maple roll and the lattes are always terrific. I thought the breakfast sandwiches were pretty tasty but just too small for the price so I wouldn’t get them again. Overall, I consistently go here for the pastries bc they’re great.“

“Never had their food it's one star because the coffee was extremely acidic and frankly gross :( but I love everything else about this place and have been here for many events. The staff is fantastic and I'm hoping the coffee was just a one time experience, I will try it again someday!“

“Ordered a full sheet of Ho ho cake at the Roseville location. From the online order to the pick up... absolute perfection. Everyone was so friendly and if they didn't know they found out the answer. I didn't have to worry if the cake was going to be exactly what I was hoping for. AND the taste... so many compliments. Definitely will be back for more cakes from here. Worth the hour and a half drive from home for it!!“

“Embetito Dnish at Snelling Café
I keep coming back for this.
They call it Embetito Dnish—potato sandwich. Nothing fancy. Just warm sliced potatoes, fresh tomato, romaine, green senstro peppers, olive oil, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt, all wrapped in toasted bread.
What makes it hit? The contrast.
The warmth of the potatoes and bread. The cool bite from the romaine and tomato. The salty edge mixed with olive oil. A slight heat from the green pepper. And that twist of lemon—it wakes everything up.
Then there’s the tea. Hot, simple, spiced with Aforki’s touch. You feel it in your chest.
No menu can explain this. You just know when it’s right.“

“This is a great place. The owners are cool and fun to talk to. The baked goods are very high quality and affordable. A lot of other bakeries have stuff that tastes like bland butter mixed with sugar but this place has very good flavor. Not too sweet, high quality ingredients. They also sell food such as sambusas, ful and tibbs which are fresh and tasty! The coffee is good too“

“The co-seating with brasa is fine, but it can feel a little awkward if brasa starts to get busy with diners and you are wanting to nurse a coffee.
The egg sandwich was $11 and the frittatta was $10, neither came with sides. This is a case of quality over quantity. They were both very delicious- absolutely had happy taste buds.
They also mention on their site their prices reflect the fact that they pay their employees such that tips are not expected.“

“It’s good for what it is. Order at the counter, food brought to table. I ordered a burger and gluten free bun, which was good (a really nice sauce was on it that amped up the flavor). Fries were average. Also purchase a Sanpellegrino soda, total was about $19
Dietary restrictions: Fries in the same cooker with wheat. Not celiac friendly“

“Happen to come across this adorable little coffee house by chance. I had the iced chai and it was amazing. The service was top-notch. Our barista was so friendly and personable. And then to the top it off, we met the owner, Dale and he was so welcoming and interesting to talk to! He told us all about the history of his place. It is so unique and charming. “It was our first time visiting Tous Les Jours. They have an incredible variety of sweet and savory treats. When you first come in, you grab a tray and tongs then get each pastry item you want. There are additional cakes and macarons in the refrigerator counters where you pay. There, you can order coffee and have any items warmed up. Our food was pretty good, the coffee was really good.“
