“Fantastic pastries in many varieties. None of the staff were French LOL. Staff doesn't understand English well. I wanted a glass of milk which caused them to become verklempt and they eventually serve me steamed milk! A fairly small place with limited seating.“

“Stopped in for a late lunch on the patio. Was interested in a bitters & soda and the server recommended mixing the rhubarb and cardamom, which was delicious and refreshing. Followed that with the Chix Correa sandwich and a side salad. Wow! Really creative flavors and well-executed. Could tell everything was made from scratch and with high quality ingredients and care. Also the decor was fun and hip, the music top-notch, and the staff kind. I look forward to coming back soon!“

It was busy, but the owner Macy and her staff did an excellent job letting everyone know what to expect in terms of wait time for tables and food. And it was so worth the short wait!!! The Bananas Foster was decadent without being too sweet. The eggs Benedict was a super fun twist on a classic dish. We would order both again and plan to be back to try others!“

“Upon our arrival, we were greeted by the owner Martina Priska. With a beautiful and welcoming, smiling face. She selected delicious items on the menu. And we took our seats by the fish tank.
Our food was brought out in an expedited fashion, and I must say it was the most delicious meal that I’ve had in the last six months and I eat out almost every night of the week! Bravo Martina and Derek!

A lot of other bakeries have stuff that tastes like bland butter mixed with sugar but this place has very good flavor. Not too sweet, high quality ingredients. “It's open again as of June 2024! I had their bison melt with blueberry horseradish aioli and it was very good. I've tasted their appetizers, salads, and desserts at a catered event, and those were very fresh, tasty, and innovative as well. Highly recommend. The building had their grand opening on May 1st so the restaurant is in a new remodeled space.

“Bambu is my favorite desert place . I was so happy that I found Bambu in Minneapolis. It’s a little far away from my home but I don’t mind to drive . I love all desert and drinks they have. I can eat everyday if I could 😇😂. Also, Sandwiches 🥪 are yummy. All employees are pretty nice and friendly. The only thing I don’t like this place is parking is suck ( I know it’s only in Minneapolis) .“
