“If you're looking for a great ice cream shop with tons of flavors and ginormous portions, look no further! I only made the mistake once of getting a single. Kiddie size is more than enough ice cream, trust me. Their kiddie size is probably bigger than anything you could get elsewhere. They even let you choose 2 flavors. You can choose between cup or cone, but we always go cup just to avoid the dripping cone. There's a small seating area inside and a nice sized patio out front. It's a bit of a drive for us, but we get there at least once a year.“

“Dream burger double smash. Great tasting skirt. Great smash sear. The dream sauce was delicious. I could dip anything in that sauce. Pickles were great and not overpowering. The bun was buttery and held up nice. Dreams fried chicken sandwich with hot honey was off the charts. great flakey crust and buttermilk chicken was juicy! Devoured in seconds.  strawberry 🍓 shake and a chocolate malt hit the spot on this 90 degree + day.“

“Cold Stone Ice Cream is not only the best ice cream but every time I go there, the wonderful server helps us with our order. She is patient, especially with small children, and always smiling. I was unable to go up front to order and my son asked if someone could help me. Jose (spelling) I believe was the night manager. He came back to my table and took my order. He was so gracious and kind. I so appreciated his help. I didn't have the right walker and it would have been difficult without help to go up front. I can't thank him enough. “My daughters birthday is in two days and she saw a cake from Cold Stone that she fell in love with that she wanted. I went to order it on-line and it was not offered. I called the location closer to my home in near Rosemount area and was told they no longer make the cake I wanted, was not offered another solution and basically "hung" up. Decided to call the Eagan location and am so glad I did. I was greeted by a gentleman named Ankit, who was extremely helpful. He told me that it is not offered to order on-line but he would be more than happy to make it for me! Went through the process, he made suggestions, offered additonal insight into colors, etc. He was so professional and went above and beyond to help me. I won't pick up the cake for a couple days so haven't tasted it, but Ankit deserves a huge thank you and recognition for truly making her birthday special. Thank you.“
