“I always place a mobile order and take to go, so many of the negative reviews are about things I haven't experienced. Every drink I've had has been great, my favorites are half-chocolate white mochas or the bubble tea. Staff seems to be a little short at times, but no one's sitting around not doing anything, so I have no complaints about service time. It's almost always very prompt unless they're packed which isn't controllable if all the staff are working on something, which they are. Staff aren't rude, but not outgoing, either. As someone who worked in customer service positions, I can understand keeping interactions short and sweet, especially if there are 10 people in line, although a smile wouldn't hurt. Could have more maintenance with sweeping, table crumbs, etc. But nothing massive. My go-to location!“

“I stopped by the Lund's and Byerly's Caribou Coffee location on 12/15/24 which isn't my normal store that I visit. I was pleasantly surprised as to how great the Oat milk Campfire Mocha tasted and how wonderful the staff was that was working. Even though this isn't my normal store, I wouldn't hesitate to visit it again.“

“One of the most consistent Caribou locations in the SLP area. I've never had any issues with a drink here (that I remember, at least), which isn't something I can say about most locations! It's clean, staff are attentive, and service is quick. Very cozy interior, too. One of my favorite places to do some work.“

“On a bike ride off the Minnehaha Parkway, we happened upon Heathers on a warm end-of-summer day. We walked in and ordered a nice beer on tap and relished in their fresh-cut romantic flowers in vases on their outdoor patio tabletops.

The dilly ranch, savory and tantalizing, made the Blackened Salmon Dilly Ranch Salad, a delicate and sumptuous salad of gem lettuce, crunchy radish, fresh avocado and cucumber, sunflower seeds, and pickled onions.

The saucy sumptuous teriyaki made the Teriyaki Salmon Bowl, a piquant mouthfeel, a delight of bright green edamame, brilliant pink pickle onions, avocado, rice and fresh broccoli. Delicious!“

“Stopped in for a late lunch on the patio. Was interested in a bitters & soda and the server recommended mixing the rhubarb and cardamom, which was delicious and refreshing. Followed that with the Chix Correa sandwich and a side salad. Wow! Really creative flavors and well-executed. Could tell everything was made from scratch and with high quality ingredients and care. Also the decor was fun and hip, the music top-notch, and the staff kind. I look forward to coming back soon!“

“Found this little gem this morning with a friend and I think it’s my new go-to coffee shop with other moms when we have to bring our kiddos! As a mom of a toddler, it can be really hard to expect my son to stay sitting while I try to enjoy a coffee with a friend but this place has incredible coffee and food, incredible customer service, and an amazing play area to let the kiddos roam while you enjoy time with a friend!! “We were visiting in town and wanted some good coffee. We found Edina Coffee Roasters on Google and decided to find it for real. When we arrived we found they had recently opened and were planning on having their grand opening the following week. We ordered 3 Americanos. The coffee was very good! The owner and staff were very pleasant and knowledgeable. The next time we are in town we will visit again! We give it 5 of 5 stars.“

“What a positively lovely space and place to get a delicious coffee 😊 Biking over on a sunny Sunday morning in November, my first visit here left a dazzling impression. The baristas were very warmly welcoming and friendly. The atmosphere was buzzing! Laughter, conversation. It was on the louder side on a Sunday morning so keep that in mind if you’re looking for someplace more subdued. There was a bit of a line but it moved quick. I got a light roast, black, and it was super savory if you can call it that—very drinkable, smooth, round with a ever-so-slight lean into the sourness of acidity, which I like. I wonder if it was their own brand of bean, which they carry. Overall, energizing vibes with the warm-colored walls, dark green mosaic tile, and vibrant Uptown clientele. Although George Floyd square and the surrounding community have been impacted in so many ways, they have shown resilence and what it means to stand together. “What a beautiful, pleasant surprise in Southdale mall. We came just for the saffron ice cream; was not disappointed. The ice cream was smooth and rich. Each bite was infused with rose, pistachios, and saffron. Not overly floral; just enough to leave a lovely, fragrant taste afterwards.

Hubby had a cortado as a chaser. That, too, was beautifully delicious.

“i went to get a bahn mi sandwich and saw this place so i went back the next time. never heard of croffles in my life, but i grew up on vietnamese coffee, just not this fancy. i had to order mine in person to see if i could get the butterfly with viet coffee instead of match. it was so pretty and good, but i fell in love with the croffles and wish i went back the next day to get a couple more since i'm a traveler and can't find them everywhere i go. i will definitely miss this place.“

“They have good drinks, bakery and hot food is so-so, not the best. The only complaint I have is that it’s always cold/cold air blowing. Every seat feels cold, doesn’t matter if it’s farthest from the window, it’s cold. Hopefully they turn up the heat in the winter time“

“I have been visiting this location for about a year now and I would gladly go out of my way (I live in St Paul) to stop here for a drink. Since day 1, the baristas have been AMAZING! Mitch and Faith treat me like an old friend. It's a great addition to my daily caffeine.
I typically order ahead of time in the app and I have never needed to wait for my order to be finished regardless of how busy they are. (I can't say the same for other locations.) In addition, they breeze through lines in a matter of minutes. It's crazy how well this team performs.
