“I love this place!!! The service is amazing, the staff is happy, the pastries are to die for, and the coffee is absolutely fabulous!!! I've had quite a few of Luminarys specialty coffee drinks and all have been exquisite. Today, I noticed a new iced peanut butter chocolate coffee beverage, and had to give it a try. I was pretty sure this wasn't going to be my favorite drink and I was so so wrong. I'm amazed once again and the iced peanut butter chocolate coffee mix might be my new fave!!! 😋 ❤️🤟“

“Only been here twice so far. Absolutely loved the biscuit egg, sausage sandwich. Absolutely loved the breakfast burrito. Great flavor in both. Great conversation with the owner. The burrito looked small but picking it up, it was heavy!! Great flavor, I'm thinking the beans were well seasoned. Didn't get the chorizo spicy flavor, but that's ok. I could see the meat in the wrap. They know how to make a killer biscuit. It was light, fluffy, and very flavorful. I hear their Cuban is supposed to be good, probably what I will try next.“
“They make a delicious latte!“

“I recently bought an espresso machine and a nice grinder and wanted to find a local-ish roaster to buy beans from regularly. We tried two others and weren't blown away but then I did some research and found Roots Roasting. We bought their Classic Espresso beans online and it took me maybe 2 or 3 shots to dial in and when I did—wow! We liked them so much that today we drove from Somerset, WI just to buy a fresh bag and to try their coffee in the shop. I went with a spiced mocha and my wife got "something fun" and they are both absolutely delicious! We will be back and we will continue to order beans online if we can't make the drive. Really welcoming environment and the neighborhood is nice too. Great job Roots Roasting!“

“Fantastic mocha. For a mocha, this had depths of flavor and the coffee was a delicious compliment to the chocolate. This place was busy on a Sunday morning. But was worth the little bit of a wait. There is very little seating, so I grabbed my coffee to go.“

“Fantastic coffee, incredible apple fritters. Staff were kind and attentive. They have a large coffee roasting oven behind the counter, so the entire place smells heavenly. Only one bathroom though, so don’t drink your coffee too quick.
Will be back, and likely will be purchasing coffee beans from them in the future.“

“This is an update. Caribou Coffee on 7th is a very nice place for coffee. It is a small place but is very comfortable with great views of the hills above 7th. They have wifi, I use my laptop and I see others do the same. They have all kinds of coffee drinks and teas too! They have sandwiches, as well as pastries and other baked goods to go with your coffee. They have a free parking lot. They have a drive-through for ordering. Hours are 5:30am to 7pm,on weekdays. 6am to 7pm on weekends I think it is one of the better Caribou Coffee stores around! By the way the wifi is free! Great employees here as well!! A Clean restroom too! To conclude, I really like their expresso it is very good. The drive-through is a big plus here! On warm days they have an outside sitting area.Make your way to this Caribou you will enjoy it! P.S. this establishment handicap accessible!!“

“I needed a great cup of coffee on a cold rainy afternoon & stopped into Caribou where I know the coffee is always perfect. Never a disappointment. Greeted with a smile and fun time guessing the trivia question of the day. Always wonderful at caribou!“

“This is my favorite caribou in all the franchises and may be my favorite cafe on grand avenue! And it’s all because of the wonderful staff at this location :) Everyone is kind and engaging, it feels like a community experience walking in, plus I get a great dark chocolate mocha and a bit of tasty breakfast.“

“Great spot to sit and take a beat. The coffee is fantastic. The seasonal specials are delicious. They have a solid selection of sweet and savory pastries. If you’re feeling decadent, get a Carmella with oat milk and slowly melt into a puddle!“

“First visit to dogwood coffee in St. Paul for a business meeting, but it definitely won't be the last. They have very good coffee, and today they had three different unique chai tea options available, too. I tried two of the chai teas and both were delicious, as well as a vanilla latte which was also very good. They had a food case with items such as a chocolate croissant, banana bread, and other items, but I didn't try any of the items even though they looked great! There is comfortable seating and a relaxed atmosphere with lots of natural light from the windows that surround the most of the space. I highly recommend giving dogwood coffee a try.“

“Great spot for a quick cup of coffee, not a large store, only a few bench seats, but sits right next to a food court(town Square) with lots of tables and chairs. Probably not the best location for business meetings, but a great spot to grab some coffee.“

“The very pleasant server shared that I had a 50% discount available. She applied that to my order but the system would not let it go through went I went to pay. Did not get the discount today… not a people issue, this was a problem with the caribou system.“

“Why no recycling? Really? I respect a business that doesn't shirk it's responsibilities to it's customers and community. This is A BIG SHIRK that is oh so easy to fix! Our city will even pick it up at your stores. C'mon Caribou!“
“Love, love, love! best bubble tea I've ever had!“
“So cute! The gentleman running the store was a delightful conversationalist and the music was great. Eclectic decor and a very interesting selection- I'm a tincture fan and they have things I haven't seen before! If the lights are on, they're open, and the parking lot in the back had plenty of space. I recommend!“
“This is my 4th year ordering a vegan Thanksgiving meal through Whole Foods' catering service. Go to the Whole Foods website, click on "Catering" and look for "Vegan Holiday". It's called "Vegan Meal for 2" but I always get 3-4 meals out of it – totally worth $39.99. You place the order ahead of time, then pick everything up before the holiday, and cook it at home. The food has been delicious every year. This year the meal includes the following: WHOLE FOODS VEGAN THANKSGIVING Pumpkin Curry Soup Mushroom & Root Vegetable en Croûte (entrée) Roasted Butternut Squash with Cranberries & Sage Roasted Fingerlings with Garlic & Parsley Sea Salt & Cracked Pepper Green Beans Mushroom Gravy This year I ordered an additional side of Cranberry Orange Sauce. I was really happy to find a vegan HALF pumpkin pie for sale at the bakery counter. Updated from previous review on 2023-11-22“

“Ninas drinks are delicious. But I ordered a bagel and cream cheese last week. Im thinking the bagel was fresh or from a local bakery...it was from a bag like from a grocery store. Maybe Im fancy because I like my bagels to be fresh. But if you end up ordered a bagel just know its a regular bagel you can get from the grocery store. The cream cheese was also from a Philadelphia packet of cream cheese. So if youre looking for fresh bagels look some where else. Come here for the drinks.“

“I love exploring cafes around the twin cities, so I was excited to check out this new spot!
There were plenty of parking lots nearby, or you could park on the street like I did. I only paid 75¢ for an hour. I came on a Monday morning and it was pretty busy. But I was lucky to grab a spot in this cozy corner and had a great time reading my book.
The strawberry matcha cloud was delicious! I definitely want to come again to try their specialty coffee and croffles 😋
Update: Visited again to try their croffles and fall themed drinks. I got the strawberry croffles and pumpkin spice latte. They were okay.“

“Wonderful spot close to Mississippi Market in St. Paul. There is a beautiful small park (when weather permits) to sit outside. The building itself is old and very Swedish even though the history of Swede Hollow is long-past, lots of "hygge" inside (yes I know it's Danish but they did own the country, kinda). A few tables downstairs, one cozy one on the mezzanine, 6-7 upstairs and a neat "conference room" with a very comfy cozy reading armchair. Coffee really good (Americano, Cubano), great selection, had a studenty-feel, but we are close to MSU. The food looked very good. One of my new favourite "Third Places"“

“We went to the cities to see Evanescence on the 20th of September and had layover time for the concert to start so my husband and I walked from the venue to Little Brazil. Unfortunately, we got absolutely drenched walking back to the show. Not only that, but we forgot our precious signed posters from the band at our table . The staff saved our posters and kept them safe until we made it back to get them the next day which we truly appreciated. They would have been destroyed by the weather otherwise. We were SO enamored with this gem of a place, it was WORTH the soaked clothes, chattering teeth and watching the rest of the concert soaked through! There is definitely something for everyone whether it be coffee, dessert, sandwiches. They also have a market of imported goods to try like chocolate, candies, snacks etc. Now whenever we are near the cities, it's going to be a must stop! 💖“
