“Service was a bit slow and it was quite noisy but both were understandable because we were sitting in the very busy bar area during the Wild game. (Go Wild!) The food was excellent. Walleye for two of us and a turkey and cranberry sandwich for the third. The broccoli and loaded baked potato that came with the walleye dinner were delicious, as well. We will definitely return.“

The authentic blend of South Indian spices is perfect, and the people there are authentic, open to questions, and open to helping those who are less knowledgeable about Indian dishes. Kumar's also takes pride in their cuisine and their ethnic traditions. The weekend buffet is a culinary and educational experience, delicious and generous. Everything dish is delicious, and the pani puri explodes in the mouth. The prices are also more than reasonable, particularly for the quality of product and service. I will be making Kumar's our "go-to" place. I highly recommend this gem in the middle of Apple Valley.

I was greeted at the door by three friendly, smiling faces. While at the table, I was given a menu and saw that they still had the soup/salad and breadsticks on their menu. That is what I ordered. The minestrone soup was equally as good as what my wife makes at home. My wife is a fantastic cook, so that is saying quite a bit.\n\nDuring my brief stay, my server was very attentive without being overbearing. She refilled the items that I was low on. I was pleasantly surprised by her attentiveness. \n\nThere are those that will ridicule Olive Garden stating that their Italian food is not real Italian. We've mostly been enjoying our Lucé at home the past few years, but had a teen visiting and wanted to give them the full Lucé experience. I made a reservation requesting a booth because of hearing loss and sensory sensitivities in our family. We were given a booth back in the corner and we haven't had an evening out that was so pleasant as a family in years! Staff was excellent - for us and the family at the next table with a high-energy toddler who had a spill that was cleaned by cheerful staff who assured the family it was no problem. We used to be that family, so I appreciated this! Everything was clean and the restaurant looks to be in great condition. The artichoke dip was the best ever (I swear we marvel this every time we have it). We tried two new pizza types - the Classic and Wild Mushroom - both were excellent, though Athena and The Lucé will still be our go-to choices. The greek salad was high quality and very fresh. The slice of cheese pizza we took home to our youngest was good (as always - it's the picky little dude's favorite pizza!) Another word on staff - We appreciated our host and server's clear communication; I'm unsure if they did this because of awareness of our noted hearing issue, but thanks to that and the booth placement, I don't think any of us had to ask for repeats.
