“I’m always looking for good Quesabirria and absolutely LOVED everything I had! The presentation is beautiful and the flavors are sooo wonderful. This is definitely my new favorite Quesabirria spot! I loved how crispy the tacos were and the consome was rich and flavorful.

I also had a Pina Colada mocktail and it was smooth, delicious and not too sweet.

Finally I tried the deep fried ice cream and oh my gosh it was also so good!

I also saw they have great daily specials and happy hour that I will definitely be back to check out. :)“

“I live about an hour away and the drive is well worth it. The Carne asada burrito bowl is the bomb 💣 The hot sauce is hot like it should be. Mr.Taco is by far the best Mexican food I've had in this state.“

“Family was attending a get together at Minneapolis Axe Throwing and afterwards decided to grab a bite. Decided to stop by Sonora Mexican Kitchen just happenstance. WOW. I live for Mexican food and honestly this food was really top of the list. Everyone at the table indicated that the food was the best tasting they have had for a Mexican fare. Not just saying this. I had to think when I’ve had better, and couldn’t really come up with an answer. It was a long drive for us, but I’m going to have to make this trip again. Well done Sonora Mexican Kitchen and Bar! “I wish it was a star point system to review. I usually love britos burrito. The location on Nicollet is really convenient for me. I would probably give it three stars. I always ask for one scoop of rice and they always give me extra. I ask for a little bit of corn and they put a heaping scoop on the one thing that really frustrates me is that when I ask for extra cheese, they put a pinch on and if I ask for more, they get angry and tell me that I’m going to have to pay for it. The service leaves a lot to be desired, but the pricing is good, which is why it is three stars and not five.“

“I tried Que Taco for the first time..the location in New Hope off of Bass Lake Road. The handmade tortillas are excellent and the Pozole as one of the best I have had...very authentic. It was so good we went back the next day to try the chilaquiles and machete. All very good!“

Love the margaritas but now I am spoiled, I tried one with Milagro silver tequila on the rocks. It is excellent! The Columbia Heights locale is my favorite, and I have tried each of the others! I have yet to try the patio in the summertime, so I can't tell you about it. The stained glass windows are amazing! Busy bustling place! I love it! And the staff is excellent! If I want to change an option on the menu, the staff is very accommodating. I would give this place 5 stars! I always take family and friends to La Casita Mexican Restaurant - Columbia Heights, MN when they come to visit!“

“I truly think this is the best Mexican food in Anoka County! Both locations! Ham Lake location is inside of the BP gas station right off of Constance and 65, you can eat inside or get takeout. They have their own app which makes online ordering a breeze! I feel like this is the best hidden food gem around, I’m assuming people either don’t realize it’s there or are turned off because it’s located inside of a BP. But it’s actually an adorable set up inside the BP and not weird at all :) I give this place 5/5 stars! 🌯🌮💕“

No offer of explanation until we pressed server for information. Server did offer complimentary desserts but we didn't need that. My wine order took 15 minutes if not longer from single bartender; can't the wait staff pour wine??? Food finally arrived and was delicious! Sad introductions to a cool place!“

“It has been a while since coming here under the new Ownership. I am glad I chose to reinvestgate. I ordered the Sothern fried steak, which came with hash browns and toast with coffee and water. The steak and gravy was one of the best I have ever had. The hash browns were good yet could have been browned a little more. The coffee was rich and did the job. Our Server was prompt and tentative. Great attitude. The price was an expected value, especially with the Senior discount. I am already planning a return trip to try some of their South American cuisine. I recommend giving this quiet place a try.“

“Been here multipal times. Then they had some sort of owner/management change. They closed ine side if the restaurant and showed all the tables into the other side. Making it very crowded. I ordered my usual exactly. It was smaller portions, bland and Luke warm. The ice tea taste like coffee. It was honestly my favorite place to eat for a while. Nit any more“
