“I have never been blown away with such kind, caring, genuine service like I received today. My 3yo had a dairy allergy and we were passing through town. He was hungry so we stopped here. To say they went above and beyond would be an understatement!!! Not only did they give me options and ask what my needs were but they then went out of their way to make dairy free food for my little guy. I am blown away by their generosity. Forever blessed seeing good people in this world. Thanks ladies at Dunn Brothers in St. Michael!! Today will be remembered forever.“

“I had a question/issue with a drink from another caribou and was driving past this one when I realized so I stopped to ask them a question and they were incredibly helpful! I caught one of the employees names (Zoe) and Zoe was beyond kind and had great service. Every time I’m in town I will definitely be stopping at this Caribou!“

“It's been almost 3 years since I moved out of state and I still think about the fries at the St Michael McDonalds. In fact, all the food at this location was always fresh and amazing. I hope whoever was running that place back then is still running it now, because they were killing it so hard I'm still thinking of their restaurant years later.“

“The service there is always top notch! There's a blonde girl there and she always has an extremely positive attitude. Today my husband went to get me a drink and she asked if he wanted to add something to the drink. He said it was for his wife and he didn't want to mess it up. She ended up writing a cute message on my drink and told him to say that he wrote it 😂 I have to say that's the best service I've ever seen.“

“Steve Ortloff and his staff catered a meal recently for 50+ guests for my mother-in-law's 100th birthday party. They were accommodating, professional and personable. The food was plentiful, presented nicely and was very, very good, especially the broasted chicken. We heard many wonderful compliments throughout the party. We also liked that the staff came in the night before and set up all the tables with tablecloths, white plates and silverware. We were impressed. You can't go wrong with choosing GreenRock for catering.“

“Stopped in after walking a few miles to rest and get get some water. The staff that was working there were very kind as well as the manager. One of them approached me and asked if I wanted anything to drink (a coffee) and gave me one for free. Made my day !“

“The coffee shop was very clean and had a warm welcoming vibe. The bathrooms could’ve used a restock, it was 8am, so it was a little surprising to see toilet paper empty.

The staff were friendly and helpful, but unsure about the products (like sizes)

I ordered a caramel cold press, this was a first for me. It was very smooth and creamy, but lacked the caramel flavor. I also ordered the waffle sandwich, the actual waffle was a bit dry but overall great flavor and a perfect small bite.

My husband ordered the campfire blended, he ordered the XL and regretted it with how big it was, but said it was really good and not overly sweet but not a lot of coffee flavor.

Plenty of seating both inside and out.“

Very clean inside, drive thru moves super fast.

“I did a mobile order with an ASAP timing. As soon as I got there, my drink and sandwich were done! My sandwich was hot and cooked perfectly, and my drink was made very well with all the specifications I had put on there! This is my favorite location in the Saint Michael area!“

“This place, specifically Jess, always makes my drinks superb. The atmosphere is blacked and busy for a reason, they know how to bring people back for more. My only complaint is when you go in towards close the workers stand around and talk instead of helping you which i get being young but when there people in line, maybe don’t do that.

Dietary restrictions: I have to have 0 caffeine and they always make me decaf drinks that taste like coffee but aren’t going to make me sick. Everywhere else refuses and offers me “cream based” which i do not want.“

“It was super busy when I was there earlier this morning, but I must say that I’m super impressed with the manager on duty this morning. With how crazy it was this morning and one in training and one still new and asking questions, I loved watching how she was handling things and staying patient with them. This is the main Starbucks I go to because it’s convenient and I’m always pleased. Thank you!“
