“The food was vile per usual, however this time my visit was different. I had a stroke in the middle of their store, and an employee shoved me out the front door into the road, it isn't even part of their job. They really went above and beyond 5 stars!“

“I managed a sandwich shop for 21 yrs so I have a tendency to be critical on other stores however this location never has let me down.I always get a very warm "Welcome in tonight, how are you? What can I get started for you? " all while a very friendly banter that never seems forced and communication between fellow employees with great team work.I believe the manager is a female and all of the employees seem to be young men and I praise the respect they give her.The store is also very organized and clean so with an all over opinion I would definitely recommend this store to all my family and friends.Thank you Waconia Team.Kid-friendliness: Team is always very friendly with great communication.“

“After living in St. Boni for five years, I finally stopped in. Subway is generally not my first choice for sandwiches, but my kids wanted it. It wasn't busy, and there was only one employee working. He was really friendly and did a great job making our sandwiches. He even made me aware of a promotion that made one of them free. He had an accent that I thought was from India or Pakistan. I just want to recognize him as a great employee and the main reason this review is five starsParking: Parking lot is small and not directly off street.“

“I took advantage of the bogo deal this time while ordering with the app. I got to the shop moments before my sandwich came off the line. Perfect timing. As the artist was walking my sandwich to me, another customer who must have been very hungry made motions to take my sandwich. I was concerned for a hot second that something might go down but the young sandwich artist didn't engage with her and addressed me perfectly without embarrassing the other customer. Perfect service.Parking: Always a couple open out front and the back lot has enough space for the football team.“

“I stopped at the Subway in Delano, MN today and was helped by the nicest guy ever! I asked his name (Jace) so that I could give him some kudos in a nice Google review. He was SO patient with all of my indecisiveness and in answering my questions, and he also did a really good job of promoting some of the newer items on the menu, like the foot long pretzel and the foot long cookie... (YUM!) He also made sure to ask if I needed a drink, because I hadn't ordered one initially. Having been in management for my entire career, I would hands down hire this kid in an instant and Subway very is lucky to have him. A+ for customer service!“
