“Best service we've had from any Chick-fil-A. Our family eats a lot of CFA when we travel because they're always consistent, clean, and have good service. We love that the high chairs are always clean for our kids and that they come with wipes and placemats. This particular location had the best service we've ever recieved. One our kids spilled a drink within the first 2 minutes of getting our food. Without even asking, an employee named Saige was there with a mop and a new drink. She continued serve us throughout our entire meal and even brought our kids toys for the long car ride home. I can't overstate how helpful Saige and the other employees were to our chaotic family as we tried to make sure all our kids were fed.“

“My Family and I love it here. We don't go to any other fast food competitors. Beef-A-Roo is fresh, cheaper and satisfying! They have more options than most. Customer service is phenomenal, greets well and always smiling.

When they went on strike, we were sad and was hoping they don't close down. Owners needs to stay on top of funding and income to assure their workers are getting paid!

“When my wife and I want a great breakfast (or sandwich anytime) at a very good price, Hardee's is our favorite and Hardee's on West Chestnut Expy, Springfield is our go-to place. The people are so friendly and helpful and positive and the food is always the best. Can't beat the biscuits and gravy. Their breakfast beats all the other fast food places. Sometimes I have the big platter breakfast with sausage. Every now and then, I order a chicken biscuit and a side of grave. I eat the chicken (absolutely wonderful) like it were a sausage patty and put the gravy on part of the biscuit. Also their Chicken BLT sandwich is terrific (no mayo). The people truly make this a very pleasant place to eat. Can't beat Hardee's...and the people.“

“i recently had an experience at jersey mikes in ozark, mo that i just had to share. i came in flustered because i have been going through some personal issues at home and the staff were so welcoming and polite. i hardly ever eat out, but with so much going on at home, i didn’t want to bother cooking, which then lead me to this amazing occurrence. there was a specific employee that really stood out to me. her name was brookelyn and we made conversation and ended up having lots in common! that one small thing she did for me was the best thing that has happened to me in weeks, and not to mention my sub was wonderful.“

“I was in Springfield and ordered a meal from the app. I accidentally ordered from the one inside the mall. They have a curbside pickup but I couldn't find it (it was freezing cold and snowing). I went in to get it and the lady that gave it to me took out the fries that had been sitting there and gave me fresh ones. “We purchased 2 pizzas to go. Both were absolutely delicious, lots of toppings, the crust was the new hand tossed and it was a hit. Service was excellent. We had not eaten Pizza Hut pizza in a while. Reviews weren't good, but we were hungry for pizza, so we gave it a try. We will be eating Pizza Hut pizza again very soon.“

“I contacted the manager at the Kimbrough location before Thanksgiving to request an order that would be our Thanksgiving dinner. My son recently lost his wife and this was his first Thanksgiving without her (she was an incredible lady), so there was a lot of sadness in our hearts. So, because my son loves Firehouse Subs, that's what I wanted to do for him for Thanksgiving. The manager didn't even hesitate, she was more than willing to provide the sandwiches and she provided the ingredients so we could make our own sandwiches on Thanksgiving Day. When she called to tell me the food was ready for me to pick up Wednesday evening, she told me something I did not expect! She did not charge me for the food and it was such an extremely nice thing for her to do, it made me cry. When I told my son what Firehouse Subs did for us, he and I both cried, because it was such a kind, unexpected gesture and it helped so much when we were dealing with the loss of his wife during the holidays. It gave me some hope that there are good people still left in this world. Thank you to the Manager personally for this simple act of kindness you did for my family; and thank you to the entire staff for all of their help and patience when I was getting this ordered.“

“First time trying Firehouse subs. Had the 12inch Italian sub split in half for me & my fiance. We both loved it. Only thing, it was a to go order. By the time I got home in Nixa, the bottom bread was very soggy.
Otherwise, the flavors were delicious.
I will eat there more often!“

“I was not overly impressed by this location. I placed an online order and it said ready in 15 minutes. I arrived about 10 minutes later and the team member said it would be about 15 minutes while the screen in the lobby said 9 minutes. I went to wait in my car and watched the employees goofing around for 15 minutes so I went back in and 5 minutes later the pizza was ready.“
