“I was on lunch break was told food would be done in 10 minutes. waited 30. got back to work very late. To top it off the food was disgusting. I'm not sure if there was even a burger patty provided. what was om the sandwich was an over abundance of mayo and mustard like I guess I ordered a mustard and mayo sandwich. It was messy made the bun soggy and just all around gross. I was going to bring all my kidd back to eat and will NEVER EAR HERE AGAIN. A REFUND IS WANTED. 27 DOLLARS FOR 2 BURGERS 2 DRINKS AND 1 FRY AND THE PLAIN CHEESEBURGWR HAD ONIONS ON IT WASNT SUPPOSE TO. NEEDLESS TI SAY NO ONE ATE THEIR MEAL WE ORDERED ELSE WHERE AND I SUGGEST SKIPPING PAST THIS PLACE. NOT WORTH THE TIME IR MONEY WASTED.“

“Very friendly service, and layback atmosphere.

The burgers are classic and delicious. You know it will be good when they ask “how would you like your burger cooked?”. You actually get a large, fat meat instead of the thin dry patties.

The prices are average and they offer a great value.

The patio is just perfect when the weather allows for it.“

“went there Saturday and was upstairs at the bar i think it was close to 6. well anyhow the bartender was awesome! food was really awesome. I think i had the st louis burger. I was telling people that was a 2 hand burger! was really full after eating that. even though u were real busy food was great and people were friendly!“

“Start with the Pork Belly Cheese Fries! I highly suggest the DLT sandwich with tater tots. Be sure to save room for some macarons. A staple in Maplewood: the staff is friendly, the bar has some great offerings, and the food is delicious. I highly suggest making a second trip to try brunch - you can't go wrong with Eggs Bene-duck.“

“Stopped in on a whim today and actually decided to leave because it was so crowded, however, Andre the owner, caught us and talked us into staying. Gave me and my husband oowee burger, hot honey wings, and fries on the house. Told us we would not be disappointed if we stayed and my god, he was right! Hands down the best burger and wings Ive ever had in my entire life. We just left St. Louis headed back home to Ohio and I’m already craving some more of their food. Definitely will be back the next time we’re in STL. Everyone was incredibly nice and friendly and you could tell that Andre really cares about everyone that walks through his doors. If you’re in town definitely check them out. You will not regret it!!“

“This is our first time trying EC’s Bar & Grill. We had a Large Deluxe pizza with Provel cheese, and it was wonderful! We also had a side salad, which was very fresh and good! The restaurant is extremely clean, and they did a great job remodeling the old IMO’s Pizza. All their food looks amazing! They have a great variety of food! If you haven’t tried it, you must! Extremely nice family owned restaurant! You will LOVE IT!“

“We just went for the first time tonight & hate we’ve missed out on going sooner! We are from Southern Indiana & it’s going to be hard to find anything to compare at home! Greg, Louis, and Eddie who were working the smoker when we left were so nice, told us all the ins and outs of the place, and truly take pride in their work. That pride is reflected in the delicious meal you’ll get! 10/10 recommend!“

“The burgers are the 💣!! Love love the bun. And the queso dip are great!! Loved it on my burger and fries. I'm not usually a fan of sauces but theirs is not over powering. I even diped the fries in it too. Pony wish they had indoor seating or enclosed patio.Had enough for left overs and it reheated good too. But overall will definitely be back. My favorite new sliders.

I didn’t get a chance to try the shake today because they ran out of Oreos but it’s definitely on my list of things to try next. I say give this place a go! I met one or the owners Suzette the week before last and she was so sweet that I had to keep my promise to come visit one day.“

“Seamus is always our go to place to take our 3 young kids. They even have newly updated kids menus that have plenty of kid aproved foods and come with drinks! The patio is perfect on a nice day. The buffalo chicken sandwich is gigantic and delicious and the ranch it comes with is worth the price alone- SO good! Their burgers are huge and really good as well. The servers are always nice and attentive and the beers are always cold.“

“We were in town for the weekend and stopped in to eat and have a couple of drinks. My girlfriend is the type of person that loves to order drinks off a bars/restaurant's special or seasonal drink menu. She absolutely loved everything she tried and the bartender was excellent! I cannot stress enough how good the bartender was! A good bartender does more that sling drinks. They talk and engage with their customers creating a environment and this guy did exactly that. Once he found out we from out of town he suggested various things throughout the city that we may enjoy. I paid attention as he waited on other customers and he was just as friendly and attentive to them as well. When I went to the counter to order my food, the woman taking orders was extremely friendly as well. The food was excellent! Would like to thank the owner and all staff that we dealt with for giving us a fantastic experience!“

“I ordered the corned beef sandwich with french fries and a pickle spear. I received a thick stack of corned beef which was nice. The corned beef had more fat in it than I like. The french fries were not cooked enough. I could tell by the color then confirmed when I bit into them. The french fries did not have the crunchy texture although they were seasoned well. I received great service at the bar. The restaurant has a fun vibe to it. They have a very large parking lot in front of the restaurant.“

“The lady inside was SO NICE and personable. My fiance had gone in to get our food while I tended to our baby and he ended up getting my sandwich toasted. I can’t eat warm meat so I took it back in myself and explained to her about my issue and she fixed it no problem and didn’t argue at all even tho it was definitely our fault!

She said she has recently become full owner of the shop and she’s doing a fantastic job! Come support this small business!!!“

“I usually have a good experience here, but I would recommend ordering when you get there and not online. Their online ordering system isn't very streamlined and they don't seem to know when you get there to pick up your food, so I waited 20 minutes to get cold food. There are no pickup instructions when ordering online either so I don't know if I could have gone through the drive thru and maybe that would have been better.“

“My first time there. we got it to go. It was a little above average, but not what it has been hyped up to be. My burger had hard edges, beyond crispy. Fries were hard and no salt. shake was the best part of the meal. $60 for three meals is way overpriced. And they initially packed the shakes in the sane bag as the hot food! I had them take them out and put into a drink carrier. Who puts cold and hot together? It is adequate, but I will not go back for those prices.“

“I've been to the steak 'n shake numerous times and I've always had a pretty good service but the service that I had Thursday was outstanding in the afternoon the guy came to us and asked us of our food was hot enough and if there was enough french fries in the plates I had a bowl of chili with onions and he asked me if it was hot enough and make sure I want to crackers and came back and asked us if we were okay again afterwards just steak n shake does not take your order at the table and he made sure to take care of us I don't know who he was he was an older gentleman kind of balls I think he was the manager but excellent service and yes I will be back again“
