“We come here once a month & have always had great food & service. Today we had a horrendous experience with an employee! My boyfriend found a hair underneath his chicken & fries, he took it up to the counter & told the guy working the front counter. His response was, "What do you want me to do about it, I'm not the cook!!!!" We then asked him his name & for the manager, but he refused to give us his name or the manager. He proceeded to "mother f***" us even. Then starts in on another customer. I could not believe he treated us that way! He wouldn't give us his name so I took a photo of him. Completely disrespectful & Canes needs to get rid of any employee that treats their customers like that when the customer has a valid complaint like we did. We did call corporate so they will be looking into it. Shame on that kid!!!!“

“Although I do not get excited about fast food, Chick Fil A always comes thru when you need it. I’ll admit the fact that they are busy all the time detracts from the experience, but I don’t fault them any stars for this. They are famous for their service; and from my random experiences, they constantly provide a fast, accurate, and friendly ordering process at both the drive thru and via dine in. The food is consistently high quality in terms of taste, temperature and presentation. Members of my family enjoy the chicken sandwich, the nuggets and fries- each with their uniquely Chick Fil A flavor you can’t get anywhere else. I go for the kale crunch salad topped with grilled nuggets and I’m always happy with my choice.“

“Came in exspecting hot just fine on some chicken fish gyros salad with the Chicago flavor maybe,since I am from Chicago,not only did Malik and family match the Chicago flavor swag.they made me feel like a family member coming over to have a family meal. “Visiting from Atlanta, I stopped in at this little spot on Woodson Road and it did not disappoint. The building itself is colorful and hard to miss, with the Vienna Beef sign proudly up front—so you already know the hot dogs are going to be legit. I ordered a Chicago-style dog and it came out exactly how it should: poppy seed bun, loaded with onions, sport peppers, tomato, and a big crunchy pickle spear. Fresh, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. No ketchup in sight (as it should be).

Also tried the burger and fries—burger was juicy with that classic griddled flavor, and the fries were hot and crispy, served in a generous portion. They even hit that sweet spot where the fries stay crisp under ketchup.
Overall, this place gives you everything you want from a true hot dog and burger stand: quick service, affordable prices, and quality food that tastes homemade but with that old-school Chicago stand character. If you’re craving a real Chicago dog or just a solid burger and fries, this spot is worth the stop.

“This is my second favorite Canes location in the area. The service is always good and the food is even better.

This spot has a big lobby and it's proximity to the mall also is a plus. If you've never eaten here before, every entree is chicken fingers. They only have their house sauce. If you're fine with that, you'll love it. If that's a problem, you probably won't like it.

Right now this is my favorite chicken chain and I definitely suggest trying it out.“

“I don't have an opinion on recommending them or not BUT first time trying them today. wanted to order one of each special box. the white box with fries and chicken comes with a ton of ketchup and hot sauce on it. I asked if I would have the box without the ketchup and hot sauce. The lady responded with a quick no. she wasn't that friendly at all and just blah really. I didn't get why I couldn't get the 3 wings and fries in the box without stuff on it. she def wasn't welcoming at all. So I got two burger boxes a nd a fish. wanted more but the lady customer service almost made me not want to buy anything at all. The burger was okay, fries where fresh and hot, fish was okay. “Went through the drive thru 12/9:24 around 5 pm. The employees working the drive thru were amazing. I hadn’t been to lions choice in well over a year and they were so helpful it was such a great change to the usual rude drive thru service at every other place on the rock road. I didn’t get their names but I hope your employers know what a great group of employees they have. Oh food was great also I don’t like roast beef because it’s pink in the middle. They offered to cook it longer I never even thought to ask this question. 10/10“

The guy last name Jones was on the drive thru window. He was very polite and articulate.

“Arby's got this mint shake, and I don't really drink mint ice cream it is not my flavored but here at Arby's, it is just right not so minty but it has a light taste of mint and it is good. I love their big size crinkle cut fries. And I also love their turkey sandwiches. The meat doesn't make me feel like I just had a candy rush shoot through my body like most meats. I still feel good after eating their meat.

At least 10 carry out orders got their's before someone opened another register and took our order. I've never been that frustrated at this Florissant MO location. “Clean restaurant. Inside and out. The food was spot on. Frys was perfect. I got 2 burgers and they was great. The staff was friendly and kind. Restroom was clean.

“This place was great and I will definitely be back. We walked in and we're greeted with a smile. My son was very comfortable. I had not been to five guys in 7 years. Tonight as I was drinking my lemonade, there was a piece of plastic in my drink I'm not even sure if I swallowed some prior to the piece I found. This is so scary. Drinking this lemonade could've took me out. This should not have happened. I might need to monitor myself to to be sure that I am not walking around with plastic stuck in my throat. WOW! “I arrived at White Castle at 3am in the morning.I just left the hospital as a patient.I was hungry I placed an order and the cashier was very nice I didn't have to ask for any condiments they were already placed inside my bag. She greeted me with a smile I was so impressed because she was so nice at 3am .I wish I could have given her a tip.....A smile goes a long way.
