“I come here frequently after getting groceries, one lady remembers me now and knows exactly what I order. I tried something new and it was delicious, I went to reorder it today and I accidentally ordered a tea instead of a latte. I did not like the tea and they made me a new drink even though it was my fault. I love this little shop! The Brown Sugar Boba Latte is my favorite. It is a small shop in downtown, so there arent a lot of places to park, which is to be expected. Good thing I walk everywhere. :)“

“By far, the Best Cigar stock in Kansas City - great variety with an exceptional preservation of each cigars humidity content. If your a connoisseur and trying to get a true taste for a certain brand, I'd highly recommend. Whether it be for us early risers, or weekend date night.“

When I answer, “I’m going to savor the cookie and coffee here”, please don’t put the cookie in a paper bag and the coffee in a paper cup. I feel like I’ve been given a doggie bag. We were greeted in a way I can only describe as "vibes" and that was the start of what I hope is a long and fruitful relationship with this amazing establishment. The drinks are smooth and unique, the grilled cheese (which was my husbands but if you think I wasn't going to nibble like a mouse at a Gouda and pesto grilled cheese, you are nuts) was HEAVENLY, the muffin was it's blueberry best and the ambiance was immaculate. “My wife and I saw a post on instagram for Ollama and what caught our eye is the coffee flights! We both love trying many different flavors whether it’s coffee or beer and having the option to try many sold us on coming. The shop picks two and you get to pick another two and each flavor was great! Each option was very flavorful and refreshing. Ollama is a unique spot in KC, it’s not every day you get to try Latin American coffee.“

There does seem to be an issue with their selling alcohol, is it is on the menu as available, but is noted as not being able to be purchased on the site. “Our first visit to Holy Gounds off the Liberty Square did not disappoint! The coffee was some of the best I’ve tasted. It was nicely roasted, smooth and not bitter. My husband had the bacon, egg, and cheese waffle bowl and said it was incredible. I had the homemade chocolate croissant and it melted in my mouth. There is a lot going on in the space with an area to shop and shelves of books but they offer a lot of indoor seating as well as some outdoor seating. Walk up the stairs and check out the old church with beautiful carved wood and stained glass windows while you’re there. We will definitely be coming back regularly now.“

“There is Revo cup close to my home which I stop in now and then. My real estate team and I had a coffee event there to buy coffee for patrons and answer some questions about the real estate market and offer some helpful real estate advice. The owner was so welcoming and helpful to guide people our way.“

“Me and my mom went to this cat cafe 3 times I think. We both loved it was nice inside I loved the cat climbing shelves. The cats were friendlyI loved playing with them some of the cats came on to my lap. The one thing me and mom didn’t like about it was the floor in the cat lounge because we saw cats running and slipping on the floor I don’t know if the cats have been hurt while running on the floor. However everything else is good I rate this cat cafe a 9/10“

“Take Care is a new coffee shop located in the Crossroads. We went on a Sunday morning to grab coffee and work on some wedding stuff. It was nice that it wasn't took busy and we sat at the bar. I love the no tipping culture not because I am against tipping but because it means they are paying their employees responsibly. The staff is so nice and we ended up talking to them for awhile while we sat at the bar. They didn't offer any GF pastries when we were there but their biscuits were amazing! They also had a scone that looked delicious but I decided I had to try the biscuit after hearing about it. There are several butter and jam options. We both enjoyed our coffee and got a lot of work done during our time there. I will 100% be back.“

When family members come to visit, they ask to go to Huey's on the Square. As I often see people I know, it is a great gathering spot and several major newspapers are available to read at your leisure. All in all, this restaurant will take you back a little way in time (notice the tin ceiling) but it won't set you back financially.“

“Super cute!! Came here for a pop up k-pop event. First time trying Boba tea and I didn't know what to get but this one looked interesting. I'm so glad I got it because it was really good. It was kiwi flavored and lychee jelly. The jelly was good and I couldn't put it down. You order and they give u a pager to let you know when it's ready. It takes a few minutes. It was busy in there because of the event but not necessarily the ordering area. I would like to get this again or something similar“
