Their turtle sundae is one of the best around, with rich, creamy custard topped with warm caramel, hot fudge, and perfectly toasted pecans. It’s the kind of treat that makes you forget the cold as soon as you take a bite. The staff is always so friendly, and every visit feels welcoming and quick no matter how chilly it is outside. If you haven’t been to Silky’s in a while, or you’re debating going because it’s winter, go anyway. It’s worth it every time.“

“Went to this location the other night. Walked in and 2 ladies were working. The one in the back greeted me, the one in the front acted like she didn’t see me. I literally waited at the counter almost a full 2 minutes before she bothered to look up at me and ask me if I needed something… not sure why else I’d be standing there, and despite them being out of the one I really wanted to try, my cookies were perfect…“

“This was absolutely amazing. The guy who runs it does both the Arabica Coffee shop AND Snow Factory (so the reviews that say no one was there are bogus because he was probably busy with a coffee order. Have patience. Its worth the wait!) and both were amazing.
We has the sunset which is banana and Nutella and holy guacamole. Creamy melt in your mouth perfect flavor combination greatness.
And as a side note. Coffee is better than Starbucks in my opinion. It was the perfect balance of sweetness and creamy but you could still taste the espresso. So good! Can't say enough good things about these places!“

I was skeptical because the reviews weren't the best... but If I could give it 10 stars I would. 3 young men were working, full of smiles and held conversations with the customers. “Ordered a Concrete in the drive thru, was given a melted cup of creme. It's only 61° out guys how runny is it gonna be when it hits 80°? 2nd time I foolishly went back was told "the custard was not ready" How does a Culver's this poorly run stay afloat?“

“This place used to be awesome but has gone downhill. We use to go to one location all the time so maybe it's just the one we're going to now but it's very depressing anymore. Too many other custard and yogurt places for me to visit. Not going here any longer, especially after the awful most recent sundae.“
