“We were in town (from the Twin Cities) for the 2025 President's Day Classic, and had Hogtown Smokehouse cater a team (and parents) dinner for 30 in our hotel. Rico was fantastic in helping us out. Quick to respond to calls and emails. Gracious, and just wonderful altogether... and that's just the service. The food? The empty pans, told the story. Brisket, Turkey and Pork for meats. Mac & cheese, potato salad and beans for sides. EVERYTHING was amazing! I never right reviews, but Rico and staff deserve this one. If you're reading this, don't hesitate to give them a try. “Been driving passed this place for 5 years on my way home from work. What I learned is I been missing out for the last 5 years 😭. Just got 1lb of pulled pork and some sauce. 🔥 I purposely don’t order pulled pork at restaurants because it’s always dried out. Now I finally have a place to get delicious pulled pork. “When in St. Louis have the St. Louis style ribs. We had a full rack with the macaroni cheese. The rub and sauce were very good. The ribs were delicious and the meat just fell off the bone, perfectly cooked. The Mac and cheese was very good. Service was good but it didn’t seem like any of the staff that we saw looked happy, they were all kinda frowning. But the food is great.“

“So I’d recommend Coy B Que but I was disappointed in my order today. I always get the tips sandwich. I was disappointed in the presentation this time. Usually the tips are chopped in a uniform manner and that’s how I like to enjoy them. This time it was just the tip meat pulled and I couldn’t tell if it was tip or not. My husband confirmed it was tip but just ripped apart. We didn’t care for that at all.“
