“NO vegetables in Shrimp St. Paul sandwich. Sweet & Sour Shrimp was 1 container of plain white rice, NO vegetables anywhere, the "shrimp" (2/3 plain fried breading & 1/3 shrimp) was NOT cooked in sweet & sour sauce, and packed separately. Quality is now abominable.“

“This was such a cute little family owned restaurant. While it looked like most people picked up for delivery, you can eat in and they give you paper plates. We ordered the popcorn chicken which had fried basil in it and it was so unexpected and delicious! My littles loved the stir fry noodles. Also unexpected was what they called Chicken Chili stir fry! The pork belly melted in our mouths!! Absolutely delicious. We will be back“

“There’s a reason Cate Zone is a frequently celebrated restaurant in the St. Louis subreddit. It’s one of the best places in town and represents beautifully the diversity of the city. So many standout dishes: the crispy fish or shrimp, eggplant, tofu, cumin lamb, bok choy… Protip: go with a group of at least four and arrive at opening to get a table with no wait. Order n + 1 dishes and at least one order of crispy fish. Feast, everyone takes home a box of leftovers, and it’s never more than $30 a person.“

My go to dishes are chicken n broccoli ( healthier), general tsos and the mei fun noodles Singapore style bc it has a little more pazazz with a light curry flavor!! “Movoc Hot Pot is a really solid option for malatang, especially in the St. Louis area. I was impressed by the selection of seafood (scallops, abalone, mussels) and meats. The pricing felt a bit high at $15.99/lb, but the variety of food options justifies it. The sauce bar was lacking compared to other malatang places. Free rice is available for dine-in and $2 for take-out. There were labels for the ingredients, and ingredients were constantly being stocked. Overall, it's a really solid food spot, and I will definitely be coming back when I'm craving malatang.“

“The BEST Chinese restaurant in Saint Louis. I cannot stress how clean the restaurant is and how great the food and service are. It is so hard to find a great Chinese sit down restaurant and this is the place. Fresh, delicious and always hot. I recommend this restaurant to everyone that I know. “4 star when it comes to the special fried rice, they cook the rice very well.

Poor service for real. Always call and someone either irritated or just answers the phone and place you on hold for long periods of time.

Hopefully they get more workers so they won't feel overwhelmed. But service need mad improvement.“

Also, if you get veg fried rice or something you have to also ask for egg in it, & you get charged for EVERY LITTLE THING. They charged me pork efy, minus pork, no minus charge, then charged for veggies. Same w/ the rice. They did similar thing on the lomain we ordered. Crazy. The food is good, s&s chicken definitely tasty. I'd go back.“

“In the majority of these restaurant/Chinese....what's to be expected but you either call your order in before you go, or order when you get there. The services are not like a real restaurant...hell you can even go to the restrooms in the majority of them. The food is cooked to order and usually be reasonably-priced and good. I can't say even say if they are rude...I have never been treated rude here, your service is simple "How can I help you "give you a total, you pay. You either get a number or they call out what your order number, you get your bag, check it and go. The majority of the places you stand and wait on your food and go. I can say...in the City for me the food is better....at the majority of the all Chinese restaurants. Everyone has their favorite one to go too...but by far the City's restaurants are better.“

“The service that I received was A1. The food was hot, fresh, and tasty. The St. Paul was probably the best I've ever had. The ingredients seemed very fresh and they sprinkled a little salt on top of the St. Paul patty which was a pleasant surprise for my taste buds. The hot braised chicken is good. The crab rangoon is really good. The fried rice isn't anything to brag about in my opinion though it's not bad by any means. It's a mix between the cities dark fried rice and the county's typical light colored rice. I'd probably opt for steamed white rice next time. My only complaint is that there was a man sitting inside asking everyone for money. He wasn't rude by any means but it made me uncomfortable. With all that said, I'd still go back because the food was really good overall.“

“I’m from STL but moved to Nashville. Everytime I come home I GOTTA go to China moon. The crab Rangoon never fails, sweet, hot, and abundant. The rice is really good too. I’m mainly a St. Paul person so that’s what I usually get and absolutely love it! And I got more of my family switching to them as well!“

“Great food. I recommend the low mein, fried rice, egg rolls and egg fu young . Their duck fried rice is their specialty. Food is served hot and fresh. There was a man outside the door pan handling and it made us uncomfortable. We waited inside but there were no chairs. It's located is a plain old building.“

“Best St. Paul sandwich I've found so far. Sometimes a little salty, but still the best I've had. I've tried other food from here, but mainly come for the St. Paul. You can call in a pickup order, which seems to be what most people do. Or you can come wait while your order is being prepared. They have a dining room but rarely have I seen anyone eating there... the wait is usually something like 15 minutes. You ring a bell through the plastic partitioned ordering window when you arrive and someone will come out of the kitchen (if no one is already there) to take your order. This place isn't fancy by any means, and the tables seem like they could use a cleaning. Of note are the plants up front which are seemingly ancient. Lastly, not the St. Paul, but I went in late on a rainy night and had the best egg drop soup I've ever had. It may be because I was the only customer at the time, but I will definitely be back to try for that experience again.

“This place has been here since I can remember. My Uncle worked at the wonder bread factory down the street from here over 40 years ago. They are inventing new ways of making Asian cuisine here with the Ultimate Saint Paul sandwich, and the infamous 'Happy Box'. Your favorite rice, or noodles, topped with saint paul patty, and asian gravy. Sprinkle a little red pepper, and you've got street food like your over there buying it. The neighborhood has changed a bit, but for the most part its still the best fried rice I've ever had in the states?????“

“No dine in option is available only take out. The hot braised chicken boneless was well seasoned and plenty of sauce noted. I asked for rice without white onion and it was still white onion in the rice. The crab ragoon the way that it was wrapped was the lazy way. It was just folded in half like a triangle. It was good though and and you saw the imitiation crab meat in it.
