“I go to Mariposa for the food, which is excellent. The service is great too. The menu is interesting and the food is delicious. However, there are no windows in the main dining room and the bank gets opposite a chair for a table of two are really not my favorite at all.“

“City Coffee House & Creperie is a great place to escape, the vibe is that of a hidden cafe. The food is always great, I love their lemon curd crepe, opted for the waffle this time to celebrate National Pancake Day (a waffle is just a pancake with cups to hold the syrup I’ve been told). You cannot go wrong with any selection on the board. Fresh ingredients and great staff!!“

“Cute little coffee shop that's now known as The Press. I've had this bookmarked for a bit but the hours doesn't really work in my favour so it's great that I was able to stop by and try their coffee!

I got the matcha and was also able to sample the coffee. The area itself is open to stay in and do some work which is great.

I would definitely stop by here again if I'm ever around the area.“

“Very small coffee shop in a converted auto repair shop. It is pretty small; so not a great place to just chill out as people are generally on top of each other. The coffee is excellent. The prices are a little higher than most other local coffee shops. If the weather permits, they do have a little outdoor patio in the back. A very small parking lot for about 3 cars. Street parking is available.“

We got the recommendation to come here to watch the Europa league final (which Manchester United sadly lost to Spurs) and we were pleasantly surprised to find the vibe to be exactly what we were looking for. The owners were really friendly and we chatted a lot on soccer, Man United etc. Their TVs have access to watch soccer all around Europe which is great. We ordered drinks and food too which was excellent, plus it was extremely reasonably priced. Definitely would go there again especially when there is a big game.“

When we walked in Josh was on it, made us feel we were “regulars”, like he new us personally and Stacey, the hostess that seated us, was equally as welcoming and we were seated promptly. I don’t believe we got our kind servers name, but the beautiful young lady was on it as well. The chefs/kitchen were on par as well, hubby had one of the eggs Benedict with a side of biscuit and gravy, I had the Ranchers beef salad, one of the best beef and blue cheese salads I’ve EVER had, and believe me, I’ve had a “few” 😋🤫😊 Hubs also loved the huge coffee mugs his coffee and my Kahluah/hot chocolate(yum on this damp chilly day)were served in…this where my only complaint would be, my mug was chipped along the rim 😅 All that said, it was just a fantastic way to start our Sunday. “If you’re looking for a great cafe in Clayton, for a girls get together or birthday gathering or just want a night out for dinner. This restaurant was fabulous. The foods were delicious and the cocktails were great as well. Even the coffees they offer are amazing. The waitresses and waiters are always cheerful and on top of their presence. “Cold brew w/ cold foam was delicious! They were nice and quick and the place was clean and cozy. I was bummed they didn't have nitro though it was on the menu. We got egg&cheddar biscuits and they were EXTREMELY crumbly, like eventually I gave up eating the biscuit part. The egg was dry. Would recommend a different food choice“

“Amazing service from Steve and the team today. They went out of their way to accommodate my dietary needs — even steamed the protein instead of grilling it in their oil. Only drawback is the oil itself, a soybean blend instead of real EVOO. If Kaldi’s ever makes the switch to true Extra Virgin Olive Oil, I’d be here all the time.
I also did have to order extra protein as portions are on the smaller end.“

“Got my shaken espresso early morning before work. Was early enough I was having trouble even remembering what my order was and I don't visit Starbucks very often. Doug was my cashier and the way he treated me I would think that man could guide anyone through any problem. I'm just standing there trying to order a sweet treat to fight the dead tired feeling inside and Doug leads me through the entire process with the customer service patience of an angel. Would trust Doug to teach an older person some technology and not have them get mad. 10/10 experience“
