She is always pleasant, attentive, and can multi-task (a necessary skill with our group). Thank you, Gabby. The food is great and the price is very reasonable. “Our first time at 501. Just happened to be in Belton on other business and after reading some reviews we stopped in for lunch. It was so good! I had Blackened Salmon Club with Brussel sprouts side (best sprouts i ever had). Hubby had Fish and fries special. Fish had a light crispy breading. He even commented that he liked the slaw and the tarter sauce! If near by we will definitely visit again. By the way...we got there at 11am but by 11:30 the restaurant was 95% full.“

Our server was Kortney and she was nothing short of AMAZING. She was attentive and made sure we were happy with our experience. Our drinks were always refilled at the halfway point, she checked on us at all of the perfect times and it was clear she was on top of it! She was friendly, attentive, & provided some seriously top-notch service. We ordered the crap dip to start and oh my goodness it was so delicious we were tempted to order another or. The dip was overflowing the bowl and everything was so FRESH. My husband ordered the pork tenderloin wrapped in bacon and he said it was literally melting in his mouth. I ordered the roots burger and was impressed that someone could take a cheeseburger & make it THAT GOOD. We will absolutely be back! From the atmosphere to the service to the food - EVERY single aspect exceeded our expectations. We cannot recommend this place enough!“

on my way to work. Didn't realize it until I started eating in the car. I called to get a replacement. I was told to keep the regular tenders until after my shift and replace with the correct. I was hungry and of course ate before my shift. Partially my fault because I did not check my order before I left. Anthony at the window had great customer service food was good just not what I ordered. The male I spoke to on the phone was close minded to a mistake even being made. “With the Original “Paul’s” closing in KC my local friends told me to try the Snack Shack. Well I stopped in for a burger and got fried tacos, a fried burrito and cheese burger. Yes all of that and chili cheese fries and well it was delicious. I did not eat all of that in one sitting but I sure tried!“

Staff is courteous and helpful, even if beset by large families. Wait times are reasonable at peak hours. Seating is clean and cool even at peak lunch hours.

Food selection is slightly limited and ymmv. I found the black bean to be a good example of the vegetarian option, but the buffalo chicken is a little basic. Overall, your choices in zoo are limited, but you will be treated well here.“

“I've loved Winsteads since I was little! Best grilled cheese around, great tater tots, always great basic salad, great shakes. They have burgers but I always get the grilled cheese. They also have a drive thru. There are only 2 locations next sadly. This one looks run down now but it's still totally worth it. Great prices, too.“

There is an exceptional young lady who my guest and I have had the pleasure to serve us named Tianna she is Fabulous and provides phenomenal service. Tianna deserves a BONUS she is one of the reasons I keep going back to the Brass Onion. Plus the good food along with the hospitality of Rob the manager too.“

A dynamite waitress, sweet and so accommodating of whatever we asked. No goofs even with this huge group. And……..I brought two special occasion pies for dessert. She put them in the cooler. She even cut and served them for us!! I cannot compliment Lauren enough for her over the top service & kindness to us. Delicious food too!)“

“We recently hosted a rehearsal dinner and welcome reception at Rye Leawood and we had an incredible experience. From early on in the planning process to the event itself, the experience was expectational. They went above and beyond. India, the Event Manager, was so helpful with the planning of the room design, food menu, and beverage menu. Everything I requested she delivered on - the perfect layout of the room to accommodate the rehearsal dinner followed by the welcome reception to the entire menu being gluten and dairy free. She answered every email in a timely manner and met with me multiple times to over questions I had. She was so great to work with. The food was delicious! Every dish from appetizers to desserts was beautifully presented and so flavorful - I didn't know GF/DF could be so delicious. We have received so many compliments about the menu. The service was outstanding. The staff was so professional. They know how to work an event - incredibly efficient and attentive. Our guests were well taken care of. The entire event ran so smoothly. If you are looking for a venue for your special event, I highly recommend Rye Leawood - amazing food, outstanding service and an incredible experience. Our event was unforgettable. “I have to say that eating here was a bor. The food was bland, the burger was dry ( and ive been here a few times to see if it was just the day or the cook) but sadly its all bland food. I would say tasteless. The only redeeming quality is the root beer soda and some of the ice cream. But the overall food i would say meh 🤷‍♂️ I thankful I don't have to go back & eat it again.“

We went on a family date here tonight and we will def return. We did reserve a time online a few hours before our scheduled time, I highly suggest doing that before going to ensure youre able to get in. There's usually a pretty good sized line for walk ins, and hardly any parking spots as it's incredibly busy likely because of how good this place is :)“
