She is always pleasant, attentive, and can multi-task (a necessary skill with our group). Thank you, Gabby. The food is great and the price is very reasonable. “Omgosh! We can't wait to back to this beautiful place! Everything was wonderful! The food, the people, the atmosphere, the music! I had the Bulgogi lettuce wraps and they were amazing! There was so much, I can't believe it's just an Appetizer! I don't much care for fish, but the catfish and fries was yummy too! My sons chicken was gone before I could try it! We didn't even realize that while we were eating, they closed! Nobody even told us! She said we were fine, and to enjoy our food. If you're in Belton, I highly recommend this place!

“I recently had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant, and despite an unexpected hiccup, I can’t recommend it enough! I arrived near the end of the day, straight from the airport after a trip from California, to meet my family. Unfortunately, the chef had decided to close the kitchen early, which meant nearly half the menu wasn’t available. While that could’ve soured the experience, the staff turned it into something truly memorable.Our server, Jennifer, was an absolute gem. She was kind, apologetic, and went above and beyond to ensure we still felt taken care of despite the limited options. Her warmth and effort made all the difference. Then, the manager on duty, Matt, stopped by to personally apologize as well. His professionalism and genuine kindness shone through—he was more concerned about us not having the perfect experience than anything else. Both Jennifer and Matt are invaluable assets to this place; they’re the kind of people who make you feel like you matter. The food we did get was delicious, but honestly, the service was the star of the show. It’s rare to find a team so dedicated to making things right. I’ll absolutely be returning to this establishment next time I’m in town. Kudos to them for finding the best people to represent their business—Jennifer and Matt deserve all the praise!“

“All I can say is WOW! My husband & I went here for the first time last Friday and from the moment we stepped it we had the best dining experience we’ve ever had in the Kansas City area. Our server was Kortney and she was nothing short of AMAZING. She was attentive and made sure we were happy with our experience. Our drinks were always refilled at the halfway point, she checked on us at all of the perfect times and it was clear she was on top of it! She was friendly, attentive, & provided some seriously top-notch service. We ordered the crap dip to start and oh my goodness it was so delicious we were tempted to order another or. The dip was overflowing the bowl and everything was so FRESH. My husband ordered the pork tenderloin wrapped in bacon and he said it was literally melting in his mouth. I ordered the roots burger and was impressed that someone could take a cheeseburger & make it THAT GOOD. We will absolutely be back! From the atmosphere to the service to the food - EVERY single aspect exceeded our expectations. We cannot recommend this place enough!“

Last night, while I was at Culver’s, a woman fell in the parking lot and her spouse was struggling to help her up. One of the staff members quickly rushed over to assist them, which I thought was incredibly thoughtful and kind. I also went over to make sure she was okay, but it really stood out to me that the staff didn’t hesitate to step in and help. Moments like that speak volumes about the people who work here. Great food and even better character from the team—I’ll definitely be back.“

“Came by for a last minute dinner and was not expecting to have such a fantastic dinner. Even the price point is surprisingly low compared to other stark house in the area. The Hong Kong shrimp was a fantastic starter. I’d recommend sharing because it is a huge portion of shrimp. For the entree I went with the special which was a horseradish topped Kansas strip. And it was delicious. If it’s on special I highly recommend it. The service and ambience fits a more expensive establishment. Will for sure come back.“

“Fantastic experience for us and our friends dining on Friday night. All four of us are KC locals for many years but had never tried Story and were blown away. We loved the size of the restaurant and attention to detail. Then the food- simply delightful. From the starter salads to the main courses (the short rib was delicious, the salmon dish also received high praise) everything fantastic. We did also stick around for dessert and the olive oil cake was extremely unique in a good way and highly recommended. Wine list was fairly good (some familiar bottles seemed very pricey (in my opinion!) compared to other restaurants - Daou Soul of a Lion, and the Chateau Montelena Estate bottle they had, etc) but a nice mix of old and new world reds and whites. By the glass had some things normally not found by the glass, but we went with a bottle of St. Emilion for the table to go with the short ribs. Overall a fantastic experience and one we will do again!“

“Finally got to get to Bistro 303 today and I am so glad we did!! Staff was professional and friendly and the food was amazing. We had the brunch menu and the avocado toast Benedict was soooo yummy! We will be back soon.“

There is an exceptional young lady who my guest and I have had the pleasure to serve us named Tianna she is Fabulous and provides phenomenal service. Tianna deserves a BONUS she is one of the reasons I keep going back to the Brass Onion. Plus the good food along with the hospitality of Rob the manager too.“

Many options for milkshakes, which were served in styrofoam cups. There were a few tattered vinyl seat covers on the booths. I would go back for the burgers and the diet cherry limeade.

“Destiny was absolutely phenomenal! Not only did she make our drinks perfectly, she was incredibly friendly, attentive, and really made everyone feel welcome at the bar. She even remembered our drink orders throughout the night, which was a nice touch. A true hustling bartender, she was running circles around the others behind the bar. “I love Cheesecake Factory. I frequent this location a lot, ever since I was a young girl. Now, over the years, I feel service has kind of gone downhill. Our waitress came and checked on us a total of 2 times. She checked other tables more often but it’s alright. Her attitude was still kind and patient. I always get the chicken chipotle pasta. But their portions seemed to have decreased and prices seemed to have increased. The food is still great and my pasta was amazing but the portion was not it. The jambalaya pasta my friend had gotten, she said was bland and the noodles were overcooked and soggy. She barely had touched her food. Now the nachos were amazing. Freshly fried tortilla chips! For the price I wish chicken would have been included but instead for $2 more you can add protein. Overall, food was good. Price was expensive. Atmosphere and environment has been the same ever since I remembered. Service was alright. I always get their red velvet cheesecake. It is my go-to cheesecake. That was phenomenal.“
