“Went in to order a 6-inch Spicy Italian. Maia was the one that took my order and she did an amazing job. Asked me if I wanted it toasted, which I said no, but I'm glad she gave me that option. She really seemed to know what she was doing. The inside looked pretty lively. Food is great. Very Solid Establishment. Will be back“

“Went and ordered a 6 inch Spicy Italian from this place which took no time at all. I believe it was Vi who took my order. She did great. Thank you for asking what kind of cheese that I wanted, and if I wanted it toasted. The only thing I'm on the fence is the tables. I went in to sit down, but a couple of tables were a little bit dirty. Not a huge deal but something I noticed. Good experience overall.“

“Long time customer enjoy the knackwurst but the order today has a different texture. Instead of being dense and firm, it is loose and soft. May be a one off, as this is first time in 20 years for such a change. Hope the recipe was not changed to keep the price down as the knackwurst today does not reflect the legacy. Will try again and hope for the better.“

“This sandwich shop has the best gluten free bun. I have always loved their sandwiches, but it is 30 miles from my house. Before my gluten issues I always got the pumpernickel bun. The gluten free bun is not gritty, too sweet, or tasteless. Schlotzsky's have always had fresh vegetables on their sandwiches. The staff are friendly and helpful. The restrooms and seating area are always clean. I only wish there was a Schlotzsky's closer to home.“

“I called at 11:00 AM due to our company needing 70 box lunches by noon. I wasn't expecting it to be possible but thought it wouldn't hurt to ask. They were extremely transparent in how tight the window was and discussed limiting the options and logistics, ultimately accepting the order. They were able to get the sandwiches made for us and the quality was top notch. Great customer service, courage, and leadership to support us!“

“We'd been wondering about Planet Sub for a while and took the plunge today. We should have come here sooner!
I had the Super Hero and my wife and the Green Turkey. (Don't let the 'green' scare you off, it's guac). Both were excellent.
Service was fast and friendly. Prep time was a bit long but we visited right at noon and they were busy; no complaint there.
Atmosphere is a mix of industrial and 60s quasi-psychedelic with some interesting artwork on the walls. It's an interesting departure from the modern sanitary chain eateries.
They use an interesting gimmick to track your order. I won't spoil the fun -- if you want to know, you'll have to stop by. You won't be disappointed!“

“Had a coupon BOGO for the new store in Glenwood Plaza. Never ate at one. So tried it today. Had the Club Sub & Mikes Famous Philly. Wow...the Club Sub was huge! Very good, freshly sliced ham a& turkey, plenty of bacon. Dressed with lettuce, tomato, mayo, pickles & onions on wheat. Great sandwich! Huge! Great value for the $$$. Will eat that again! The Philly was decent. Ample shaved beef, grilled fresh, along with peppers and onions, and ample white american cheese for a good gooey to it. No added toppings. Had on the rosenary parm bread. Personally, I wish there would have been more peppers & onions on the sandwich. I should have asked for more, but didn't know if there would be an upcharge. Only downside IMO was red onions are better for sandwiches than white onions, and be nice to have a few more options on toppings, like maybe sliced bell peppers, and spinach as an alternative to the shredded lettuce. So, we will be back. Club Sub on my favorites list, but need to try the chicken philly & chicken bacon ranch philly. Got a couple coupons left in the postcard, $2 off order and 25% off order, so will use those. If anyone has an extra postcard mailer and don't like Jersey Mike's, IM me and I'll give you my address ..I'll take those coupons...lol... Overall, very pleased. And my 91 year old mother enjoyed both sammiches also, so that is very good! Try them out...I was very pleased...“

“Good sandwiches, but the young guy with the silly looking mustache and no other facial hair needs to learn how to help people. I thought I heard my named called, so I walked up to the counter, where I saw a number of orders. As I was looking at them, he comes up and asks "are you picking up for delivery?" I said "im waiting for my order for John". He says "okay" and just walks back to the kitchen. I thought he would at least give me a status update of my order, but nothing. He should have said "these are delivery orders only, but your order will be out soon" instead of blankly staring at me, as if I can telepathically read his thoughts.
Nevertheless, I'll be coming back for those damn good sandwiches ?“

“This Lees Summit location is very clean and has an attractive courtyard not found in others in their chain. The staff is always friendly and quick. The food is good, particularly salad entrees and most sandwiches. They did put a spin on a classic sandwich, the BLT, that had avocado spread which pretty much ruined it. I suggest asking what comes on the item so you won't be disappointed. Otherwise, this is a 5 star fast food spot.“

“I appreciate the seasonal specials like the BBQ Brisket Sub. It has a great flavor. My only criticism is that the bottom of my sub was soggy! Maybe keep stuff like slaw and tomatoes in separate containers so that the sub isn’t “wet & soggy”!“

“I am pregnant and I was craving Jersey Mike’s really bad I kindly went into the building and asked a blonde lady that worked there if she could please toast my sandwich since I am pregnant, She told me that they didn’t do toast sandwiches, which was fine, but I did ask her if she could put the ham on the grill For a little bit so I can eat it She told me that she couldn’t cause it’s cross contamination but I saw she was cleaning the grill And was very rude about it . Thankfully, another coworker was working there and he was very nice. His name is Logan. He saw I was very distressed and upset because I couldn’t get the food that I was craving I asked him if he could please just make the sandwich separately and then put the toppings on the side so I could just toast the sandwich at home myself and then I could just put the toppings on For myself At home Cause I told him I was pregnant .. He kindly told me that he could put the ham on the grill because they already cleaned the grill anyways for me and filled my Satisfaction Of niceness and good costumer service And had a good kindness of heart that he cared that I’m pregnant tried his best to fill my needs. So shout out to Logan he needs a raise or something !“

“This location has some of the best customer service that I have received in a long time as far as line kitchens are concerned. We just moved back from a very conservative state to the Kansas City area and I was very apprehensive to try Firehouse Subs based on my last experience at a different location. Pleasantly surprised, will definitely be coming back. It's nice to go into a place and feel that the employees are genuinely happy to work there. Just based unlimited interactions, you can tell that this is a location that operates like a work family versus random strangers who come in to collect pay. If you're going to see a movie, or spend time at the mall, this is the place that you want to give your business to!“

“Jersey mikes never disappoints! I travel all over the world and as long as I go in to place my order I get perfection everytime. Sometimes they have restrictions for custom orders on door dash and online order options so this place was worth the drive. This location doesn’t have avocado but my sandwich was still bomb!!! Service was great, but no team member really stood out.“

“This is the #8 Billy Club, ham and roast beef. Except it's not, because there's no roast beef, again.Update: they replaced my sandwich and were professional and apologized. That's all I ask. They owned their mistake and they fixed it. We'll be continuing to use this location.“

“I came in to use the bathroom because no other place had one. Normally they didn't let people who isn't a paying customer use the bathroom but they was so cool and nice I want to give them the highest regards a place can get. Thank you so much.“

“I placed my order on the app. I received notification within 10 minutes that my order was ready for pick-up. Went right through the drive-thru and promptly received my order from the friendly staff. Italian Night Club with hot peppers were 100%!“
“On Saturday I came in to pick up a team order consisting of 20 individual sandwiches only to realize that the order had been placed for the wrong day. I was supposed to deliver the meals to Rockhurst within 30-45 minutes of my arrival. At first, I was told that there was no way that they could start and make the entire order - they didn't believe they had enough bread and it was the lunch hour. Walker (who may have been the manager but if not, he was definitely a great leader!) helped me problem solve. We tried calling another location who simply said they couldn't help me. He then told me that he could perhaps make half the order and that he would call to see if a third location could do the other half. Ultimately though, he threw more bread in the oven and got his team to work. He was going to let me know when they got half way through. He offered me a drink while I waited and I sat there patiently, happy for any help he was able to provide. In what seemed like less than ten minutes, his team had gone ahead and made the entire order for me. I then wanted to go through the chips as I had been warned that we might be short a few bags of chips. One of the other kids there was super sweet and gladly went through the bag to help me count. He easily could have been annoyed with me but he was not. I purchased the rest of the chips we were missing and made it to Rockhurst only 15 minutes late. I was genuinely so appreciative of their help. It was nice to see someone so willing to help problem solve and an entire team of people work together to get something done. Please please let Walker (and the entire team who was working Saturday during the lunch period) know how much I appreciate their willingness to help! They really stepped up.“

“Experienced very poor customer service and uncaring attitude from manager Josh on 7-30-22. Haven’t used this location in a while because it was only consistent food and service when the manager Danny was working. After waiting 20 min for 1 piece of pie, to take to my mother, I requested a refund. The cashier refunded the purchase price but not the tip I added when I paid. He assumed I wouldn’t want the tip refunded too! He did correct the amount. They were not busy at all and the desserts are in a cooler under the front counter and do not come from the kitchen. It should have been given to me just like a tea is immediately after paying. Very sad there is no longer good customer service.“
