“Many, many years ago" late 70s" when I first had Mugs Up. Lived in kC, Independence, Lees summit. Mugs up was a couple times a week thing. Moved away in 91, back to Ga. Everytime I go to KC, to see family and friends I also have to visit mugs Up, my favorite as well as the Pizza Fun House.“

“I actually did not go to Culvers that much until my son Emmanuel started working there. It was then that I truly realized how much I liked their food. I ordered the deluxe basket with cheese curds more than once, and I have loved it every time. The food is great here at this store. The service is exceptional, and if you get to know the people behind the counter, they are all really nice people. Do not pass up the chance to stop by and get the Culvers experience. You will not regret it.

“The atmosphere is typically loud during all hours of the day so you'll have to raise your voice if you want to communicate to the person in front of you. If you're getting a takeout order you might not hear your name yelled so you need to be paying attention. They're always officers everyday in and out of the store so there's always a service officer there to help anyone if someone is having trouble or need sanctuary. Chick-fil-A is considered a safe place so if someone is chasing you or you're having problems they will help you with sanctuary. It is wheelchair friendly everyone is always very very kind everyone dresses very nice the place is always kept very clean. This particular Chick-fil-A on 39th Street is always busy so there will always be a long line for the drive-thru. Is definitely my favorite Chick-fil-A I've been to and I've been to a lot of Chick-fil-A's. When you order food there is a general decent wait time so be prepared for that but it's always nice hot and fresh.

Parking: There's about 40 parking spots but since it's so busy it can be hard to find a parking spot but people are usually in and out so you can either park by the mall if you want to walk or you'll typically get a parking spot there's usually always one open.

Kid-friendliness: There is absolutely kid friendliness kids are protected there and safe if they wander around or have fun you know kids are. Nothing will happen to your kid if they go to the restroom by themselves they're very watchful there and there's always an officer there.“

“We were there for the Kentucky Fried Chicken part of the restaurant, and even before I ordered, the lady working the front register let me know that due to an oven breakdown, they did not have any biscuits prepared. But she offered me extra large sides to go along with our meal to compensate for the lack of biscuits. I thought it was great customer service that they let me know up front what was going on and they had a solution to offer, and that actually worked out great for us! We ordered a 20-piece meal and waited only a few minutes for everything to be prepared and ready to go.“

“My food was hot and ready to go. I had cheese sticks and Alfredo pasta. They were tasty but they could have been more generous by filling up the tiny cup of marinara for the cheese sticks. The store is easy to find and access. It was clean and the atmosphere was okay. The staff was not friendly. I was on my way home(Blue Springs), decided I wanted something to eat, not really a big Arby's Blue Springs fan but yet here I was, the lady that took my order was exceptional, no much so that instead of grabbing a sandwich and heading rest the way home, I ended up with a large meal and 2 extra sandwiches for eat in.

“We've been going to this TacoBell for years and have always had a great experience. Yeah sometimes they're out of certain things but it happens in the restaurant industry. “This rating is based on a curve of Fast Food places, not in comparison to other sit down and be waited on type restaurants. With that said, Sonic gets a pretty good rating, mostly because of the sides. Although they serve a pretty good burger, good coney dogs, popcorn chicken, chicken tenders & sandwiches, and carnival favorite corn dogs, they also have all day breakfast. Most items are equal to most of their general competition with the breakfast items really only falling in a mediocre category. However, they have tots! Some of the best tots in fast food! Along with the fantastic tots they have crispy fries (better than mick dees), delicious mozzarella sticks, cheddar cheese curds, onion rings, and jalapeño poppers! These sides are really what makes a trip to Sonic something to look forward to. Then....... there is the drinks. Everyone will find a beverage they like, so many options it might make your head spin. Plus, they do slushes and cream slushes (like a slush with ice cream). The possibilities are almost endless. Yes, Iced tea and coffee are available too. So, of course I mentioned Ice cream, and that means delicious shakes, sundaes and cones! Plenty of variations and options to choose from in the ice cream department. Some have drive thru, and all (as far as I know from experience) have drive-in experience, and sometimes you even get a car hop wearing roller skates which has that vintage drive in feel.“

Every time I have ordered the last three times I have gotten fresh food and everything is exceptional. The green beans are to die for.
