“Always assisted by a young lady with colored hair (absolutely awesome) in the drive through and a middle aged woman in the curbside pickup. They're always super nice and very friendly and keep me coming back! Thank you for the awesome service, even on these cold days!“
“Gotta love the $5 meal deals. Just enough food. Ordered thru the app and arriving late to pick it up all 3 meals where still warm and tasty the cokes were still fresh enough to taste delicious. Good job to my original Susquehanna neighborhood McDonald's. Been going there my whole life.
Botta Ba Ba ba!!!
Parking: Suggestion... McDonald's 24 highway independence mo 64056 well it sits between 2 empty lots where Perkins sat and a long time ago a Greenhouse selling all things gardening flowering grassing anything to do with lawns and seasonal outdoor necessities. So nowadays, with Uber and door dash and curbside delivery at store and to a person's house the wait time as well as 2 drive thru lines completely around the building as well as people not willing to get out of their cars cause everyone is always to busy to sit and eat their meals always on the go go go and impatient with all aspects of their lives. Sorry, to each their own choice so I'm done ranting about other people's lack of time.
Anyways, my suggestion is to build a McDonald's right next to the original 1 with no indoor seating or service unless their order is wrong. Strictly to be used for Uber eats, door dash, curb side pick up, as well as app orders. This would hopefully slow down the pace and allow for interactions with the customers who choose to dine in or simply drive up to the speaker and place their favorite orders without the inching forward stopping 2 spots from speaker and having to scream at the workers taking my order. Makes me feel like I'm the 1 acting rude when the employees might feel like the yelling was unnecessary and 9 times outta 10 it is. Customers can be so inconsiderate and feel as if the employee wasn't doing their jobs. Cause in the majority of your customers minds say some very demeaning and far off vulgarities towards them. Also, the car behind the other plays their music so loud that no one can hear each other or 1 parent with 6 kids screaming and that parent is about to lose their minds.
Another over descripted scenario. I'm not saying bad things about McDonald's or the customers it's just a lot to deal with. Experience the roller coaster.
I remember being with my once best friend who then became my 1st serious boyfriend, and then my husband, 1991 thru 2005 when we divorced. We always ate throuh the drive thru to order, for me was an all-American hamburger meal no pickle with a coke, and his order was the w cheeseburger meal plain with cheese only and we would pull up and pay, proceed to the next window and we never even had to pull forward. Always hot and fresh, and that Coca-Cola was absolutely the best. Years went on another drive thru lane longer wait time. Now, today, you attempt to go and get your meal of the day for 1 or for family, and you wait 25 minutes, whether you go inside or through the drive thru.
I love you, McDonald's, but I'm just being real.
Kid-friendliness: Kids were not with us, but normally, kids in any families really aren't fawned over anymore. There is just no time
Wheelchair accessibility: Yeah, it's there if you can safely navigate the traffic. Although it's like that everywhere anymore“
“It's McDonald's, so it is what it is. If they would just do actually fresh french fries it would be such a massive improvement. I shouldn't have to ask for no salt just to get a fresh batch of fries because I want them fresh I just also want salt“
“9.23.24
Pretty slow. I ordered at the robot. I stood there for 9 minutes waiting for my order and then an employee asked if they could help me. I showed her my receipt and she said they didn't have the order. She took my receipt and made the order off of that. Overall it's pretty slow I assume it would have been quicker if I went through drive-thru.“
“Sometimes we push it a little too far but overall they're never not there to keep us up and keeps going foward. Neither cold or hot in the extremes we are always granted reliefe. Reviews from the perspective of a street urchins are a little different but overall McDonald's in KC has changed my opinion of them all.“
“There was someone at the counter to take our order, which is becoming increasingly rare, and that was a nice change of pace. Especially since the kiosks don't always work.
Kid-friendliness: Their PlayPlace was clean and organized. My friend's kid was able to play until he was worn out.“
“Ever wondered why now you get greyish-green eggs with your Mc muffin
they are near spoiled, been going to Mc Donald's since I was a kid I'm over 66 and until the last 2 years I never got a egg like now I called many times they don't care , never cooked a spoiled egg at home how the rest of you out there“
“Always nice to visit, the morning team is kind and thoughtful, especially the way they interact with the older crowd. The food is fresh, tasty and served quickly.
Wheelchair accessibility: This location is wheelchair accessible.“
