“Ok these burgers and fries were the bomb!! So fresh and delicious ? it is now our go to eating place when we are visiting at river city! I really enjoyed the food, but the staff is super friendly as well!! The atmosphere is fun and inviting. It smells amazing. There is a wait but I would imagine it’s because it’s amazing food and people are always in line ordering.“

The food was outstanding! The menu was basically laid out in order of smallest to biggest plates; the snacks were very much snack-sized, the small plates were still plenty enough to share, and the entrees were generous. Very creative and fun cuisine. The white anchovies that we requested on the side of our (outstandingly fresh and summery) tomato salad were the absolute best anchovies I have ever had - if you like anchovies and they have "white anchovies" on the menu, order! (Our waitress was nice enough to check in the restaurant pantry to find out the brand for me, which was very appreciated.) Though we were stuffed, we had dessert and the chocolate cake we ordered was decadent and a wonderful end to a fun and romantic meal. Totally recommend Little Fox, especially for a spontaneous date night out, whether you want to graze and sip cocktails or get a full dinner.“

I ordered a half fig, ham, & gouda grilled cheese and a side Stutz salad. The service was quick and friendly, despite the full house on a Saturday afternoon lunch hour. The grilled cheese was PERFECTION: the fig was a gentle enough sweetness that balanced out the gouda and ham wonderfully. The Stutz salad--named after one of the cars from this place's history!--was a delightful spring treat, with baby mandarin orange slices, homemade poppyseed dressing, and fresh goat cheese. I often forget how MUCH I love goat cheese when it's paired properly! What a great spot and what a great meal.“

“BEST Ribs! These are seriously some of the best ribs I have ever had. We had the Rocket Platter there were 4 of us and we left with a few ribs. The Platter included 3 sandwiches and 3 sides. The sandwiches we chose were pulled pork, burnt ends, and brisket. All the sandwiches were excellent. The sauces were good, the north Carolina BBQ sauce very authentic. The sides were BBQ beans, coleslaw and potato salad. Sides were all good, the coleslaw is very vinegar based no mayonnaise. Have I mentioned the ribs? Soo good. The owner and folks who work there are extremely friendly which makes the experience even more enjoyable. The restaurant is smaller so that might be a consideration for a larger group. They have good parking. HIGHLY recommend!“

“Great brunch @ Russell's ! The cinnamon roll is a must try. And it's huge!!!! The portion sizes are very generous, probably could have shared the BLATE. Everything was fresh and the menu had lots of variety. Definitely excited to go back and try some other dishes. Cute, clean restaurant. Indoor, outdoor, and covered patio seating. Friendly staff and the bakery items are all so tasty. I especially love the cupcakes and brownies. The cocktails were a hit too, and I'd recommend the Apple Bottom Jeans and the Violet Mojito.My wife and I stuck to small plates as we weren't in the mood for large plates. The lobster roll was out of this world, and while it looks small, they manage to pack so much delectable lobster into it. The pork belly was also incredible though it was light on the amount of pork belly in it. The spam fried rice was really good. The chili flakes elevate the entire plate, but if you don't like spicy food, I might suggest you get something else. Finally, the cheddar biscuits...they weren't very good. They were a bit tough, not fluffy, and were portioned in a way that made them awkward to eat (too tall). I would not recommend the biscuits. But overall, great experience, 4.5/5.“

“First time here. We made reservations in advance and found parking to be convenient. The restaurant's décor was warm and inviting, with white subway tiles behind the bar and blue banquettes around the dining area. The bartender was really knowledgeable and offered excellent recommendations. For starters, we had blue crab gratin and hand-cut steak tar tar, both for $12. The crab was spicy and creamy, and the tar tar was presented alongside warm dollops of slow-cooked egg yolk. They were both gorgeous. Our main dish was gnocchi with lamb ragu and goat cheese, which cost $18. The creamy goat cheese was the ideal compliment to the lamb ragu, and the gnocchi had a nice soft center. The portions were just right, and we left feeling satisfied. Very positive atmosphere, friendly staff, delicious cocktails as well. If you want to seal a good day with a good mood, head here.“

“Last night , I spent hours searching for the best restaurants in St Louis and I stumbled upon this one. The reviews were amazing and let me tell you, the reviews were correct. Everything was delicious and cooked to perfection. We tried the bulgogi and rice bowl, the charred wings, and cheese fries. We also tried a peach shot, they didn’t taste strong but the results were. I normally don’t visit a restaurant more than once but I’ll be a repeat customer anytime that I’m in town. I also loved the customer service. The woman taking my order was very cheery and made me feel welcomed. Many of the customers are repeat customers that were also talkative and welcoming. We have eaten here many times and i have had just about everything on the menu at this point and I have not been disappointed with a single thing. The staff is friendly and cool, the food is ALWAYS fantastic (I have an actual fear of mayonnaise but I dip their fries in their house rosemary mayo and it's incredible). The owner is really awesome and the trivia is the best in town. Great vibes! There's a pool table and darts, bathrooms are spacious and clean (and gender inclusive).
