So Chick-fil-A must be the program to have quality workers with friendly attitudes that care about their job. I don't know what they're doing behind the scenes, but they might be the model for fast food or quick food. That's good cuz everybody knows they're always busy and never had a bad experience“

“Went through the drive thru 12/9:24 around 5 pm. The employees working the drive thru were amazing. I hadn’t been to lions choice in well over a year and they were so helpful it was such a great change to the usual rude drive thru service at every other place on the rock road. I didn’t get their names but I hope your employers know what a great group of employees they have. Oh food was great also I don’t like roast beef because it’s pink in the middle. They offered to cook it longer I never even thought to ask this question. 10/10“

“The team rocked the night I visited I got two orders and both were correct. Everything was hot and fresh.
The guy last name Jones was on the drive thru window. He was very polite and articulate.
Overall I give this location a 10 out of 10.“

“I arrived at White Castle at 3am in the morning.I just left the hospital as a patient.I was hungry I placed an order and the cashier was very nice I didn't have to ask for any condiments they were already placed inside my bag. She greeted me with a smile I was so impressed because she was so nice at 3am .I wish I could have given her a tip.....A smile goes a long way.

I literally pulled up at 9:55 pm when they close at 10… which I didn’t know until I looked it up since someone was taking out the trash. “We ordered the gyros. They were awesome. They did a great job and did not skimp on the tzatziki sauce. We ordered it without onion and they remembered to leave off the onion. The fries were seasoned curly fries. They were good. We had a coke as a drink and no issues there either. They made the food and got us through the drive thru quickly. I would recommend this location.“

“We ordered two cauliflower crust, all-vegetable pizzas to-go yesterday afternoon. While the pizzas were prepared very nicely (in terms of topping layout and quantity) by an employee, the pizzas were both burned to different degrees - one quite a bit and the other partially. This situation required us to return to Mod Pizza when we opened the pizza boxes at a nearby park. **We want to thank Charlie, Manager at Mod Pizza-Kirkwood, for his courtesy and professionalism yesterday in resolving our concerns.** Charlie and the employee who helped us earlier today made things right for us, and we feel much better about returning to this particular Mod Pizza in the future! We also want to give our great thanks to Mod Pizza-Kirkwood employee Ethan who was outstanding—very conscientious, warm, and professional—during a previous visit to this location.

We very much appreciate Mod’s rich assortment of vegetables and the non-white flour option (i.e., the cauliflower crust).

A few requests for Mod Pizza as a company:

1.) Please train your Staff to consistently uphold standards of courtesy and professionalism. Some are excellent (courteous and thorough) and others are not particularly friendly and don't seem especially motivated to make sure that the food is well-prepared from start to finish.

2.) Please cut your broccoli much larger. For the pizzas prepared for us today, the broccoli was almost completely burned, and inedible. Our experience (in pizza-making at home) is that if the broccoli pieces are large, they won’t get burned.

3.) Please put the raw garlic on your pizza after the pizza is taken from the oven; if the garlic is cooked with the pizza, it comes out charred.

4.) In regard to dietary restrictions:

a.) Please find a way to make your cauliflower crust vegan. We had been advised by another Mod Pizza location that the cauliflower crust is vegan, but it turns out that that other location apparently gave us the incorrect information!

b.) Please offer a vegan, whole-wheat crust option.

They go out of thier way even when busy to accommodate me bc i am a repeat customer....tip: Try adding lemon pepper to your cheese fries/chicken its amazing!!!
