“I really enjoyed coming here! The sandwich was nice and warm when it came out. The sandwiches were exquisite! I would recommend putting napkins with the sandwich when you hand them over. Also, I did not get the theme… Each wall was painted a different color and there was random signs like famous singers, a painting of space, a rocket ship, and a picture of The Beatles. “Tbh, Subway in general has become too expensive for what it is. However, this Subway is the nicest and best ran store I’ve been to in a long time. It’s incredibly clean consistently, food is always well made for what it is, and the staff is friendly. Don’t shy away from this location if you’re still a Subway fan.

Vegetarian options: It’s Subway. Make the sandwich without meat. But they have plenty of veggie options to choose from and good sauces to complement it.“

“It was pouring rain the day that I visited. It was clear that I was walking, because I was soaked and carrying bags from the shopping I had done before stopping in. I asked for a bag with handles. The guy behind the counter asked me "why" instead of just giving me the bag. (Well because carrying a brown paper sack and my other bags in the rain isn't fun, that's why). That's the reason that the service only gets 3 stars. The sandwich was good though.“

“Experienced very poor customer service and uncaring attitude from manager Josh on 7-30-22. Haven’t used this location in a while because it was only consistent food and service when the manager Danny was working. After waiting 20 min for 1 piece of pie, to take to my mother, I requested a refund. The cashier refunded the purchase price but not the tip I added when I paid. He assumed I wouldn’t want the tip refunded too! He did correct the amount. They were not busy at all and the desserts are in a cooler under the front counter and do not come from the kitchen. It should have been given to me just like a tea is immediately after paying. Very sad there is no longer good customer service.“

“Best Tenderloin burger you will ever eat. The other menu items are good too, but the Tenderloin is cooked to perfection every time I been there. Only one miss step was I got it loaded with the extra stuff. I don't recommend it, but maybe you'll like it. The service is great and very friendly. Atmosphere is good outside dining depending if you find a table when it's busy. During winter time, it'll be a bit difficult to sit outside. All and all, it's must try. You will love it.“

“This Jimmy John's is tolerable.I initially was going to leave a two star review with an explanation (I have ordered 4 times from this store, and the first three took 30-50 minutes each -- not exactly speedy).However, after waiting approximately an hour on my 4th order from this store, I checked my receipt and realized I had made an error and scheduled a future delivery.I called the store, and the manager was able to fix my mistake and even discounted the food (again, even though it was my mistake). So he was really awesome, and that is why I am leaving a 4 star review today.If a 3.5 was possible, that would be most accurate. This store has never been speedy, but the food is exactly what you expect.“

“Bread was soft and fresh. I like the way the meat is folded in four so it gives the illusion of more meat. Pretty skimpy on the shredded cheese. Soda machine was actually clean. I don't like the arrangement of tables in this location.

“Decided to get the BOGO deal for me and my girlfriend, on that hunter gather type vibe. Girlfriend orders the all pro sweet teriyaki, and I order the #4 supreme meats. Getting to the store to pick my order up, I enter the store and the manager asks for my name. I tell him my name and show him my order, the manager looks at me and said "I'm sorry the #4 supreme meats has been discontinued, but we did add the extra capicola and pepperoni to it" customer service like that is hard to find nowadays, Manager could of just told me to get bent and I have to wait for another sandwich to me made, but they just went ahead and ran the extra mile just so I could have a good experience. “The individual at the cashier was very helpful and polite. My order was supposed to be ready at 12:10p. I arrived right on time; however, the order was not ready. He immediately apologized (with a good attitude). A couple minutes later, he gave me my order, apologized again for been busy, and told me to have a nice day. When I arrived at my office (about 5 minutes later) my food was still warm. Overall, a great experience.“

“I will say I went a while back and wanted the 1/2 sandwich and cup of soup to go. They didn't have small lids (not my fault) and said they would have to charge me for a large. This is restaurant 101. You either offer the large for the same price, or just put the smaller portion in the larger cup. They made the poor young kid who was taking orders explain this to me rather than coming out and telling me in person. Bad move“

“I love Jimmy John's. I know it's just a sandwich place, and apparently Jimmy John is a terrible person, but this location employs cool, fun, people who work hard and do a good job. Even though it took a while to get served because there ended up being about 5 customers at once, all with multiple sandwiches in their order, the worker did not get flustered nor falter. “I had been driving since 4 a.m. and initially I rolled into this area to get a green juice drink from Nektar, but I knew I needed to eat something more substantial as well. I was thrilled to see a Planet Sub because I hadn’t eaten there since I left AZ 2+ years ago.I was greeted by a friendly employee and ordered a half Beefeater, then saw they had loaded potato soup on the menu. Now, it’s way too hot for a thick cream-based soup, but you know I got it anyway. It was delicious and so was my sandwich. Perfect all around. Then I walked off about 15 of those calories & got my juice drink for dessert. Triple yum.“

“These guys care! I walked in to both of the employees having great conversations with the guests. When it came my turn she helped me make my sandwich cheaper and asked where I wanted what on my sandwich and on what side. They care enough to ask how many ingredients you want and when you would like it toasted. There was a Muslim lady ahead of me and they even cared enough to replace their gloves and wash their hands after touching bacon to make sure it had no chance of getting on her sandwich. That's an attention to detail and level of respect I wish every sandwich shop had.I came in on Monday afternoon at about 1 o'clock and despite being flodded by online orders and the people in line behind me the ladies at the counter were sure to give everyone the right attention and made sure their sandwich was perfect. Rockstar crew here, I will for sure be back!!!!“
