“My husband and I enjoyed our Dinner Breakfast the other nightat Dennys on 350 Highway. Our server and cook were Michelle H and Michelle Lee and they were great. The food was delicious and pleasing to the eye. The service was excellent. Calvin and Sherrie Dulley give 5 stars 🥰.“

“I remember hearing about this place years ago but never went. It popped up on my FYP on TikTok so I decided to give it a try. My family and I drove down on a Saturday around 12:30. Not sure where it was exactly, we ended up driving by it and having to turn around. There is only street parking available so we parked 1/2 a block up and walked down. We weren’t the only ones who did. The steady flow of people coming in and out was a lot. Good for business. They only accept cash, which is good to know beforehand. We ordered the famous pork tenderloin, a cheeseburger and fries. Everything is alacarte. Which is also good to know beforehand.
The tenderloin had good flavor but was fried very hard. My husband enjoyed his but said it was too spicy, he had the hot sauce. Overall, it was good. Glad we finally tried it.“

This place has it all! 🏈 🎯 🕹️I got a mouth-watering sandwich, The Bandit! Roast beef, smokey cheddar, red onion, raspberry jam and horseradish all on a delicious Dutch crunch roll! 🐶💚🥪 The atmosphere was high-energy and just felt less like strangers, and more like your own pack. “We'd been wondering about Planet Sub for a while and took the plunge today. We should have come here sooner!

I had the Super Hero and my wife and the Green Turkey. (Don't let the 'green' scare you off, it's guac). Both were excellent.

Service was fast and friendly. Prep time was a bit long but we visited right at noon and they were busy; no complaint there.

Atmosphere is a mix of industrial and 60s quasi-psychedelic with some interesting artwork on the walls. It's an interesting departure from the modern sanitary chain eateries.

They use an interesting gimmick to track your order. I won't spoil the fun -- if you want to know, you'll have to stop by. You won't be disappointed!“

“This Lees Summit location is very clean and has an attractive courtyard not found in others in their chain. The staff is always friendly and quick. The food is good, particularly salad entrees and most sandwiches. They did put a spin on a classic sandwich, the BLT, that had avocado spread which pretty much ruined it. I suggest asking what comes on the item so you won't be disappointed. Otherwise, this is a 5 star fast food spot.“

“It was pouring rain the day that I visited. It was clear that I was walking, because I was soaked and carrying bags from the shopping I had done before stopping in. I asked for a bag with handles. The guy behind the counter asked me "why" instead of just giving me the bag. (Well because carrying a brown paper sack and my other bags in the rain isn't fun, that's why). That's the reason that the service only gets 3 stars. The sandwich was good though.“

“Experienced very poor customer service and uncaring attitude from manager Josh on 7-30-22. Haven’t used this location in a while because it was only consistent food and service when the manager Danny was working. After waiting 20 min for 1 piece of pie, to take to my mother, I requested a refund. The cashier refunded the purchase price but not the tip I added when I paid. He assumed I wouldn’t want the tip refunded too! He did correct the amount. They were not busy at all and the desserts are in a cooler under the front counter and do not come from the kitchen. It should have been given to me just like a tea is immediately after paying. Very sad there is no longer good customer service.“

“I am pregnant and I was craving Jersey Mike’s really bad I kindly went into the building and asked a blonde lady that worked there if she could please toast my sandwich since I am pregnant, She told me that they didn’t do toast sandwiches, which was fine, but I did ask her if she could put the ham on the grill For a little bit so I can eat it She told me that she couldn’t cause it’s cross contamination but I saw she was cleaning the grill And was very rude about it . Thankfully, another coworker was working there and he was very nice. His name is Logan. He saw I was very distressed and upset because I couldn’t get the food that I was craving I asked him if he could please just make the sandwich separately and then put the toppings on the side so I could just toast the sandwich at home myself and then I could just put the toppings on For myself At home Cause I told him I was pregnant .. He kindly told me that he could put the ham on the grill because they already cleaned the grill anyways for me and filled my Satisfaction Of niceness and good costumer service And had a good kindness of heart that he cared that I’m pregnant tried his best to fill my needs. So shout out to Logan he needs a raise or something !“

“This location has some of the best customer service that I have received in a long time as far as line kitchens are concerned. We just moved back from a very conservative state to the Kansas City area and I was very apprehensive to try Firehouse Subs based on my last experience at a different location. Pleasantly surprised, will definitely be coming back. It's nice to go into a place and feel that the employees are genuinely happy to work there. Just based unlimited interactions, you can tell that this is a location that operates like a work family versus random strangers who come in to collect pay. If you're going to see a movie, or spend time at the mall, this is the place that you want to give your business to!“

completely out of the stores control. One of the employees called me, was kind, and apologized profusely. I don’t need multiple apologies because I’m not a crazy person lol… I speak for myself though because there are so many of you out there! Anyway you could tell that they cared. I’ve literally never had a problem with this location but when this issue did arise, I didn’t receive the “idgaf and get over it” attitude. I don’t remember your name but thank you 🫶🏽

Also - try to remember that they sometimes use outside delivery services.. So you’re complaining to the wrong company.“

“The individual at the cashier was very helpful and polite. My order was supposed to be ready at 12:10p. I arrived right on time; however, the order was not ready. He immediately apologized (with a good attitude). A couple minutes later, he gave me my order, apologized again for been busy, and told me to have a nice day. When I arrived at my office (about 5 minutes later) my food was still warm. Overall, a great experience.“

“This Jimmy John's is tolerable.I initially was going to leave a two star review with an explanation (I have ordered 4 times from this store, and the first three took 30-50 minutes each -- not exactly speedy).However, after waiting approximately an hour on my 4th order from this store, I checked my receipt and realized I had made an error and scheduled a future delivery.I called the store, and the manager was able to fix my mistake and even discounted the food (again, even though it was my mistake). “Bread was soft and fresh. I like the way the meat is folded in four so it gives the illusion of more meat. Pretty skimpy on the shredded cheese. Soda machine was actually clean. I don't like the arrangement of tables in this location.

“I had been driving since 4 a.m. and initially I rolled into this area to get a green juice drink from Nektar, but I knew I needed to eat something more substantial as well. I was thrilled to see a Planet Sub because I hadn’t eaten there since I left AZ 2+ years ago.I was greeted by a friendly employee and ordered a half Beefeater, then saw they had loaded potato soup on the menu. Now, it’s way too hot for a thick cream-based soup, but you know I got it anyway. It was delicious and so was my sandwich. Perfect all around. Then I walked off about 15 of those calories & got my juice drink for dessert. Triple yum.“
