“One of the best Mediterranean places I have been in KC. Their falafel wrap is delicious and with simple and beautiful interiors+ wall colors.

Their lemon bar cake is just 🤤🤤. Should definitely try. The staff are friendly andtheir suggestions to choose the bakery items really helpful.“

“I’ve heard of Equal Minded in the past, but recently a friend hosted an event there and it was great! The space was easy to set up in, the coffee and snacks were great & the customer service. Since then, if I am in the area and I need to get work done, it’s becoming more of a place to pop into. The more I get to know about what they offer and the small businesses they support, the more I enjoy becoming a customer there. I also really like that they have some Sugar Free options & I really like their Honey Lavender Matcha too!“

“Went for dinner after the Mayor’s Christmas Tree Lighting for our annual tradition. Every step of our experience was excellent. It started with friendly hosts that sat us. Our server was attentive and friendly. The restaurant was lively and beautiful. My meal was the salmon which was one of the best salmon dishes I have had. My sister had the turnip vegetarian plate which was also good. I have been many times, but this was an exemplary visit.“

“We happened upon this place, honestly. Because we needed to use the restroom but, we wanted to be good patrons and checked out the menu. Opted for the Jerk Chicken Bao Bun & Blackened Shrimp appetizers.
Oh my god!! I swear, they have the absolute BEST jerk chicken I've ever tasted. Perfectly grilled/smoked and flavorful and just the right spice, on a soft steamed bun. The blackened shrimp was also phenomenal with great char and served atop jerk sauce and tropical fruit to complement the heat & sweetness.
The gentleman who served us (our bill said his name was Jims D) what a great conversationalist. We talked about the history of the place and how they are working to get their liquor license (which is taking quite a bit of time with the city, btw). We were having about the food and he mentioned another dish they were cooking up, which included this amazing cheezy/garlicky mashed potatoes. Tasted like it had both regular & sweet potatoes. If we weren't already so full, we would've got some to go!!

“Me and my mom stopped by while in town for a concert and everything literally was PERFECT. we have been raving in the car since leaving and Tiffany was the most perfect server that we were blessed with. We had the pretzel app, the stockyard fries, and the mac and cheese with bacon and everything was out quickly and again, absolutely astonishing!!! much love to Tiffany, and because she was so proactive we got to the concert DEAD ON time.“

“I’ve taken my mom here a couple of times for brunch and everything was super good, no complaints at all. They even have a clean, tidy bathroom. Community minded, they had a bus out front offering free mammograms the last time I stopped by (which is too long ago). I like it when I can tell that someone cares, it shows in all aspects of service.“
