“The customer service that I received from Stan tonight was amazing. It was top tier. If there was more people like this gentleman, you wouldn't mind going back to that restaurant because you had awesome service. I patronize several restaurants over the years and the customer service was awful, but the food was good, because I experience horrible service with the workers, I never did go back, but I will patronize this Popeye's again in St. Ann.“

“We eat here almost every time we come to St. Louis and it is always great food and good service! I don't even like Fried chicken but I love Gus's because it's just flavorful and not overly greasy. The Pies are all fabulous as well.“
“This was our first time having Dave’s Hot Chicken. We had the two slider meal and loaded fries. We liked it. It felt a bit salty to me (that is personal preference because my family didn’t find it salty). The chicken is tender and full of flavor. I loved the sauce and after taste. Yummm! The portions are good and the veggies are fresh! I prefer a crunchy pickle 🥒 but again - personal preference.
The restaurant is clean, the wait time is acceptable given how popular it is, staff are friendly and welcoming. We will be back! My son loved his meal!“

“Came in exspecting hot just fine on some chicken fish gyros salad with the Chicago flavor maybe,since I am from Chicago,not only did Malik and family match the Chicago flavor swag.they made me feel like a family member coming over to have a family meal. Not at all that I feel like a customer buying a consumer product thank you Malik and family one of the things me and my fiancée was worried was eating since we are away from home for at least 30 days. “My order was a pickup, ready when promised. Friendly and courteous. Food was prepared as ordered. I ordered catfish fried soft.
I also ordered a combo (2) tilapia, and (4) jumbo shrimp.

“I stood in line to have my order taken, which seemed like 10 minutes. I was the first in line with 1 at the counter. At least 10 carry out orders got their's before someone opened another register and took our order. I've never been that frustrated at this Florissant MO location. That goodness for michael who maintains the lobby. He's what keeps us coming back to this location. Thank You Michael!!“

“Been years since I been inside this place for food, then when I seen it back open I went inside to order and what was a walk up window in front was gone and an entire bar magically appeared when I opened the door, didn't look anything like it used to look. I seen vinyl records on the he wall behind the DJ area that was by 1 of the front windows the other front window area looked like a small section for a dance floor. The Bar was in the Rear and yes the still serve the food. It was early afternoon if it was even past noon when I discovered the new renovated "Arkansas Fried Chicken" I can't wait to visit it at night. Ow & check it out.“

“I was driving down West Florissant and needed to get gas and use the restroom, stopped at 2 gas stations, and neither one had a public restroom available. So I went to Lee's, and theirs was a lifesaver!!!The restroom was clean and smelled fresh!! I made a purchase and the food was hot and delicious!! The cashier stopped his stocking and immediately waited on us. Thank You!!!!“

“They ran out of chicken. ?But I know they'll get more! And I'll be back for it. The seasoning on the breading they use is a little bit on the spicy side for me, but when the food completely cools, there's no more spicy, unless I just get used to it by then. Anyway, love Champ's Chicken!!“

“My mother called to place a large order fot a babyshower and a man(sounded Caucasian) was very rude and hung up on. I called back after learning of this and asked for a manager. He said he was the manager, I then asked for OWNER he asked what did I want. I explained to him what he had just did..He said sure did and hung up on me. These people are very unprofessional and rude but want OUR dollars!!“

I'm handicapped so it's always the drive thru for me.
Service is great. The fried chicken is delicious!! The prices are better than I was used to at my old KY chain. The biscuits are excellent, Cole slaw, mashies & gravy are all just as tasty as my old chain. But the Green beans...they are the best! I get them even if I'm just there to get the Chicken sandwich! Seasoned so well that I can't resist them.“
