“Had a great experience despite the circumstances. I called when they opened to let them know I was bringing a group of 10 at a specific time in the evening! I was told, “Thanks for the heads up.” When we arrived we were told it would be 40 minutes and there was one waiter. The Hostess even called another location to see if we could get in sooner. Same wait, we decided to wait it out. We had excellent service from Katelyn and a gentleman, I unfortunately didn’t get his name who was trying to help her. Food came out fast, right and delicious. All the while Katelyn would have never made it feel as she was the only waitress in the entire restaurant. Thank you!!“

“Went on a Saturday evening at the Mid Rivers location. Wait time was around 20 minutes. Host was friendly. Waitress was wonderful, interaction was great. I had the Bourbon Street Ribeye. Compliments to the cook that was on that evening. Came out sizzling and cooked perfectly, one of the better steaks I've had in a while.

“Last night my husband and I had some of our grandsons over for dinner and movie night. Too hot to cook on the grill so we opted out to get Red Robin burgers and fries. In Dardenne Prairie. Ordered a curbside pick up but when we got there they didn’t show the order. Not a problem because within minutes the manager, Andrea made sure our order went in quick and even added extra salad and fries too! Andrea, you couldn’t have made a glitch turn out any better! “Smashburger has always been a favorite restaurant of mine. The burgers are always so flavorful and have some great toppings and great options. I have noticed that they changed their menu recently and taken off some of the items that I will usually get. I would not have to Find a new favorite. I do love their brussels sprouts but sometimes they can't be a little salty. Their sweet potato fries are also good. Usually, they are pretty fast with their service, but if there are a few more people there, they seem to be a little slower.“

The outside had lots of seating and we took advantage of the beautiful weather to sit outside. The wait staff was very attentive and made sure they kept the iced tea coming, and checking on us from time to time. I highly recommend this place whether you are driving or even bicycling through. This is very close to the Katy Trail, so you can park your bike and have a sit down.“

“My daughter ate at the Denver Airport Shake shack and was so impressed, she looked for one here in St. Louis/St.Charles, MO. We found one 20 min from our house and she was thrilled. We drove there to pick up the online order for 6 of us. We put the very wide bag on the back seat and came home. When we opened the car door the bag fell out and so did all the food. The fries were in a box so they were fine. The aoili opened and most spilled out and the burgers, that were just in a very small bag fellnon the concrete. We had to cut the burgers to eat only the part that remained in the bag. I am surprised that they don't wrap there to go ordered burgers. I guess the bag is ok for in house but no for travel. Also the bag that the burgers were in was so flimsy and cheap. We paid a lot of money and would have been saved of they had some kind of wrap for the burgers and a better bag. Aside from that the burgers we salvaged were amazing. I hope they change the way they wrap their to go orders.“

“We stopped in for a nice lunch after church with a group of 8 people. They were able to accommodate us with no advanced notice. The service was good and the food was prepared well and tasted good.

Granddaughter loved the chicken strips. She had to get the napkins and ketchup for the table. They enjoyed the ice cream of the day“

Parking: There are lots of spots in front, including two specifically for curbside pick-ups.

Kid-friendliness: The menu includes kids' meals and yummy custard treats. I've seen kids here lots of times.

Wheelchair accessibility: There are no stairs to worry about, and there are spots designated for handicap only right by the door. There is also a handicap stall in the restroom.“

“I was worried they would go out of business, but some how, this place has gotten it together. Hamburgers are just like the old days thin, well done with crispy edges. French fries are usually very good. Buns get a little greasy, but overall a huge improvement over a yr ago!!! Chili is great. Order takers are nice, friendly and efficient. This is not fast food, it's food made to order remember that please.
