“placed my order in the app at 710 at my house a mile away. got to the store 5 minutes later, doors are locked, can't pick up the order inside. get in drive thru line and to the window 10 minutes later. my order hasn't been received. worked catches attitude with me about not believing I placed my order and cannot give me anything from my order. tells me to pull up. 5 minutes later, she tells me my order finally came through. 20 minutes later, still no food, but you've charged my card $38 for my food. 8 cars gabe gone around me while I wait for my food. order was to be ready at 750. it's not 817 and still no food.“

“I want to give a HUGE shout out to Passion, the new girl up front at the register and drive thru. This sweet lady knows customer service, greets every customer and makes sure your order is correct every time.
We went the other night and Passion was not there, our order was wrong and Patty acted as if we were bothering her being there. I will not go back after 5pm but love that Popeyes finally got an employee that really cares about the customers and the food being correct.

“I am really impressed with the quality of the food, the service and the atmosphere. This is right up there in comparison with Chick-fil-A and their standard of service! Very few places in the Jackson Mississippi area that have good quality service such as this place.“

“delicious food and everyone is so nice and the woman who ran our food even made jokes with us:) i usually go through the drive thru and was surprised how nice the inside is. they also have watermelon tea and strawberry lemonade both were very delicious. i always get fruity fran and mac and cheese. never disappoint!!! and the COOKIES! SO GOOD!“

“45 minutes! We ended up waiting 45 to get our order. We ordered 2 10 piece spicy boxes of chicken only and a large rice. We were told that it would take 20-25 before spicy chicken was ready. We agreed to the wait. However, when the timer on the chicken went off, the cook took another 5-10 minutes to pull it up. I'm giving the four stars because the chicken was hot and the cashier was kind.“

“I placed an online order tonight for my mom to pick up. The order was a bit delayed before it made it to the store, but the staff and manager on duty were very helpful and patient with my Mom and with me as well. They made sure that everything was correct and the customer service was excellent.“

“Now, I’m not the one to leave bad comments, but now, on Oct 14, 2023, I visited the Brandon store and got in the mobile line and didn’t know there were 2 separate lines only to get to the attendant and was told that I had to circle back around and get in the drive thru line because, I can’t take drive thru orders in this line. Well, I circled the building and made sure I got in the drive thru line with a customer in front of me having mobile app issues that should have been in the mobile line. The same attendant that told me to circle the building came from the mobile line and took the order of the customer. Once that attendant was done with that customer I questioned the fact why my order couldn’t be taken from the mobile line when I was in it like you came over to the drive thru line with that customer that was having mobile issues? It was unacceptable. That’s all I have folks.“
