She explained very nicely that she was in the middle of a lunch crowd, but would try her best. When I got there an hour later, my sandwiches, chips, salad, And tea or waiting for me. “This Subway is a good place to grab a quick lunch when you are in the area. The prices fall within the normal Subway menu prices. The selection and quality of ingredients are really good. The staff can be a little harsh sometimes, based on their attitude that day but all in all they are friendly. As far as cleanliness, the restaurant is always kept pretty clean.“

“Ordered online as I was heading into Jackson and arrived about 10 minutes early. The staff already had my meal ready behind the counter, which was a pleasant surprise. I grabbed my food and drink, then sat down for a relaxing break from driving. While there, I noticed several families come in and interact with the staff in such a friendly, welcoming way. It was refreshing to see such positive vibes between the employees and customers—definitely not something you find everywhere. Communities need more people like these team members!“

“Food was good. Their Covid protocols are great, clean, however it was hard hearing the servers because of noise and us being so far from them due to the tables placed by the food area. Maybe the servers need a microphone to enhance their voices so customers can hear them. I'll like to return.“

Capitol St, Jackson, MS asking if I had recently purchased a meal through DoorDash from them. I live and work in Maryland; never having visited or having relatives in MS. He immediately suspected fraud and canceled the order. He lost out in a substantial sale but put the integrity of his business first. I am forever grateful as the thief was caught before substantial damage was done. WELL DONE SUBWAY!“
