“We had the absolute best experience with Scotty’s smokehouse! We had to reschedule our event due to inclement weather and they made the process so easy and adjusting their schedule to accommodate us! Now to the food! We had a selections of their appetizers for our event and it’s not hard to please some hungry firefighters but the food we had from Scotty’s was absolutely amazing!! We would absolutely recommend and use them again for future events!! We can’t thank you enough for taking care of our firefighters!!“

“One & Only BBQ in Southaven MS has got to be one of my favorite lunch eating places. Every time we enter the restaurant, they make Myself and the other people that's normally with me feel like they have known us forever. You have a group that always makes sure to stop by. Taylor T "Tonka" is the main server that takes care of us. She doesn't even have to ask what we would like to eat she already knows. Now that speaks volume with the number of customers she deals with on a daily or even weekly. Then you have Shannon she is just as great as Taylor "Tonka". She always assures us that Taylor is not here but will make sure she handles us just as we are always treated. Those are two of the best servers I have come across in a long time. Now let's talk management You have a manager name Brook and Morganne that always tells us that we enjoy seeing us walk in the building. Most managers don't take time to get to know you but not these two. I tell everyone about the service we receive from these four is by far more than any kind of experience you can get at any restaurant.“

“Everything was amazing. The wings were seasoned and cooked to perfection, The fish was definitely on point. The green beans are a yes. Our Server Nikki Gross was phenomenal, I don't think I've ever had a server anywhere as pleasant as she was to us. The only thing I didn't care for is the texture of the ribs. The flavor was the best, I chose muddy/ dry ribs. I'm just not a fan of falling off the bone ribs.“

“We ordered Togo…Normally the food taste great but today wasn’t to good at all. This was my husband first time eating at this location. I talked him into it because I loved the taste and flavor of the baked beans and slaw. It didn’t meet my expectations today though. The service was fast and friendly. Sometimes when the food doesn’t meet expectations the customer service will make you forget and go ahead and enjoy the food without complaining. I’m not big on eating out because I don’t like canned foods, but this place was a breath of fresh air! As I walked in, I was greeted with the uplifting sounds of gospel music, which was a wonderful surprise! While waiting in line, I was treated with a warm smile and an apology for the wait, which wasn’t even long! As I stood there, waiting to be served, I was inspired by the scriptures on the wall, which reminded me of the power of faith! Before even tasting the food, I could tell it was made with love and care! The food was absolutely delicious and the service was exceptional! “Hi I am the general manager whom this young lady is speaking on. I would like to first began by saying I am food safety certified and is very aware of cross contamination. I can't believe if this was the case why didn't you just say sir are you going to change your gloves? I am very professional and it is my desire to serve the public safe food. I am a little disturbed that someone would take a shoe tie this far. We always use tongs when handling food and change gloves regularly when handling raw food in the back kitchen. We have an A from the health department visit to the restaurant. Praises to God the restaurant is doing extremely well and present customers are very happy. Thanks!!“

“Sometimes sitting at the bar turns out to be a fantastic experience. Tried the New York Strip instead of the usual ribeye. This is a better choice. Flavorful, no fat or gristle. Baked potato with extra butter and a Cesar salad added to the evening.“
