“I stopped in for a quick lunch. The store was clean and the line wasn’t long. I ordered the number 2 bundle and a cookie. The staff were nice and my order was accurate. I usually get the #13, but they had a special for the #2. I thought it was good. The only thing that I noticed was that the bread was much smaller than usual.“

“As a frequent customer at this hospital-based Subway, I see firsthand how hard this team works. Because of my schedule, I visit during lunch, late nights, and weekends. While the entire staff is great, I want to specifically recognize Madi, Kal, and Nakaila for their outstanding service.

Every employee here works fast, serves great food, and maintains excellent hygiene. However, Madi, Kal, and Nakaila elevate the experience. They make customer service look effortless and joyful. I always appreciate when they are behind the counter, not just for the top-level service I receive, but because I watch how their positivity transforms the days of other customers.

People often forget that a hospital environment is high-stress. Most visitors are here during incredibly difficult times due to trauma or illness. Additionally the hospital staff are dealing with high levels of job related stress, often doing excellent work with insufficient resources in a challenging environment.

It is deeply comforting to see these three young people make every effort to bring joy to the counter. They consistently go over the top for customers who may not be in the best frame of mind—whether that is an exhausted healthcare worker or a stressed family member visiting a loved one.

Madi, Kal, and Nakaila are extraordinary ambassadors of kindness, empathy, and excellent service. They understand that a good meal and a friendly interaction can be exactly what someone needs to get through a challenging day. Management should be incredibly proud to have them on the team. They do phenomenal work, and I appreciate them every single time they take care of me.“

“My husband and I stopped at this Subway on our way to Raleigh today, July 4th and had the delight of having Caden Russell make our sandwiches! He was the sweetest, most culturally aware young man we’ve had the pleasure of being served by! Since we wanted a vegetarian sandwich he made sure not just the gloves, but even the knife he used to cut our sandwich were new and had not been used on a meat sandwich! Kudos to this subway for being so sensitive to their customers needs and we’d HIGHLY recommend being served by CADEN. “We love Jersey Mike’s Sub in a Tub. But at this JM on Hendersonville Road they let people in without masks. They are giving their order against the glass partition spewing spit and coughing. We couldn’t get out fast enough and sanitized like crazy in the parking lot. You need to Do Better!“

“The two folks that were working the shift around 4:30 on friday, were amazing! The food was great. I have a very picky son and he was even bragging on his pizza. Everyone in my family was very well pleased. But I think I was most pleased with the employees. Their personalities were great, as well as their motivation and determination! They were lined up with to-gos, door dash, call ins, and then taking care of the in-store customers as well, but they didn't miss a beat!! Subway has themselves two fantastic employees..and that is hard to find.“

When ordering for pick-up, my order is always ready at the time I've chosen online. The consistency of their timeliness means my dogs can ride along and only have a short wait for me in the car.
