“I absolutely love this McDonald’s and it is always good. The staff is always friendly. Food is always fresh and delicious. Honestly no other McDonald’s has this level on consistency. My favorite worker for sure is Erica. She is always so nice and makes sure that our experience is amazing. Only bad thing is that one of the managers is extremely rude to other employees and you can hear her screaming anywhere in the restaurant. I came over today and she was yelling at a poor worker and it was extremely obnoxious and unprofessional. No worker deserves that level of disrespect. It is hard to enjoy your food when right in front of you someone is getting shamed and talked down upon VERY loudly. Overall though, I love this location!“
“I was there March 6 at 9pm. The lady in the drive-
through window taking the payment was FANTASTIC. One of the few actually kind McD employees I’ve seen in a long time - interested in selling and just paying attention and being customer focused and smiling. Thank you! Im just sorry I did not catch your name to call it out specifically. Ps - food was also great and fast.“
“This is by far is my absolute favorite McDonald’s . I live in Raleigh and come here to Cary just for McDonald’s . I even pick up delivery orders sometimes from here . It’s a wonderful atmosphere, with wonderful people . The morning crew are always super kind and professional. I come here for breakfast and they are always nice . Also , The night manager , is extremely helpful and super nice as well . She always makes sure I have everything I need before leaving . She always makes sure my orders are right . Whether it’s personal or for a customer . She’s sweet . I love it there . Please come check it out !!! They will always make your food fresh and hot . “Best McDonald's l have been to so far. The Manager there was right in there! Multiple tasking. They were very polite and on the ball with everything you needed in your bag with your food. I didn't have to go back and ask for nothing.“

“Drive thru order for breakfast via the app. Bacon egg and cheese biscuit and a sausage mcmuffin. First time in a while I have been disappointed in their breakfast sandwiches. The biscuit is usually warm and flakes but was a sort of hard, like it had just been defrosted and warmed up. The mcmuffin part was barely more than room temperature. Disappointing.“
“I love this location! The staff is wonderful and efficient. A nice lobby with two kiosk and great service @ the register. I do see teamwork and smiles amongst the staff. I find it inspiring as I wish the same where I work.
I am very happy to have this location so approximate to my home and work. Fantastic job team! Your efforts and character do not go unnoticed. Rest well.“
