“Regina is hands down the best. I'm not sure what her title is at this location , but her customer service is TOP NOTCH. She is always so sweet and kind when I come in. I have encountered the same situation twice when it came to placing an order for Blueberry Muffins and they were out, but did she turn me away ABSOLUTELY NOT. She offered to make the muffins and walk them over to my job when they were done. She is a true definition of going above and beyond to satisfy customers. “I heard a lot of bad comments about this location on Next Door over a year ago, but wanted to say I have had only good experiences here. Over a year ago, I went to this place a few times and had no problems at all. Recently, I went through their drive through and got everything promptly without any problems. It was near closing so they didn't have a specific donut or bagel type I requested, but the lady was really nice and even gave me extra donuts because they were about to close. Thank you, & I hope more people continue to have positive experiences.“
“I go to this Dunkin all the time and love it. They're always quick and I've never had any problems (like I have with other locations). Dunkin's food is actually so good and I can't stop craving the iced Blueberry coffee.“
“We deliberately make a 15 minute drive to this Dunkin location. The coffee is delicious every time and incredibly consistent. There are far too many Dunkin’s we have been to and they tasted different every time, even while ordering the same drink. Not this Dunkin! 10/10.“
