“We are in town for my sons baseball tournament and this is the first place we stopped to eat. When I tell you it was some of the BEST food we’ve ever had! We had Jerk shrimp, whiting, catfish, jumbo shrimp, fried okra, mac and cheese that tasted just like your Mamas ❤️ The best two things were the collard greens and the honey cornbread! The cornbread melts in your MOUTH. Service was great as well!“

Our waitress was knowledgable and very helpful in designing a progression to get a good selection and variety. One of our party had a shellfish allergy and she was able to get a selection put together that accommodated that allergy but did not sacrifice the overall experience.“

“I forgot I had been here about four years ago until I walked in. Got the half chicken, black beans and rice, rice, plantains. Portions were quite large and the sauces were great. It takes a little while to prepare so not really a place to go if you're in a hurry but the lady working there was great and everything tasted as good as I remembered it. Also if you've never had Inca Cola they sell it, you should give it a try. Used to only be able to get it in Peru.“

“I went to New China in Cary, NC yesterday. Beef with Snow Pea was absolutely delicious, always good, also my favorite Hot & Sour Soup was so fresh, they cooked to order. I really recommend!!!
