“The staff here was amazing. I ordered online and made the mistake of not mentioning that I wanted it cold I tried to get there as fast as I could but they had already started the process. They changed my order even though it meant having to discard what they had already made. They did so without any hesitation. Absolutely incredible customer service and my hats off to the staff. “Just went in for turkey bacon ranch, the girl working the registered was friendly, nice, and provided overall great customer service. Noticed fire house has fries now and they were great! I haven't been to fire house in months and was pleasantly surprised to get fries now instead of chips as an option. Well done“

Customer Service is just as Important as the Food. This use to be my FAVORITE FireHouse, but I had to go to a Competitor because of an EXTREMELY Rude Employee here. I see that there have been some Changes and I will be coming on a Regular Basis again 😍

“I truly wanted to take a moment to recognize the incredible manager Mrs. Courtney at Firehouse Subs. In a world where customer service often feels rushed and impersonal, she is genuinely a hidden gem.
There have been moments when my app was not functioning properly, and instead of making the situation stressful or dismissive, she showed compassion, patience, and kindness and still made sure my son and I were able to eat. That level of understanding and humanity means more than people realize.
She consistently creates such a warm, welcoming environment and treats people with genuine care and respect. Her professionalism, personable spirit, and ability to make customers feel valued is rare. You can tell she leads with both excellence and heart.

“Could be cleaner, floor was sticky. Service was great even though there were only 2 ppl working. Both associates were great, kind and efficient. I have a gluten allergy and the GF bread they use has a great texture, really close to the original.“
“Firehouse Subs never disappoints! My go-to order is the Turkey & Provolone on wheat with lettuce, tomato, and mayo, and it's always fresh and delicious. The customer service is consistently friendly and welcoming, which makes every visit even better. If you're looking for a quick meal that's also a healthier option, I highly recommend the Firehouse Subs location at Woodlawn Road and South Boulevard in Charlotte. Great food and great service every time!“
“I have come to this location as both a customer and an Uber Eatz driver and every time have been treated with kindness and respect. The food is always fresh and hot. Ohhh and quick!! Which is crucial on a lunch break. I often see our fireman, police officers and other community workers eating here too. It is a welcoming atmosphere and I keep coming back for a reason. Rick and his team do a great job keeping the restaurant clean as well. Give them a try! I was pleasantly surprised :)“
