“I have come to this location as both a customer and an Uber Eatz driver and every time have been treated with kindness and respect. The food is always fresh and hot. Ohhh and quick!! Which is crucial on a lunch break. I often see our fireman, police officers and other community workers eating here too. It is a welcoming atmosphere and I keep coming back for a reason. Rick and his team do a great job keeping the restaurant clean as well. Give them a try! I was pleasantly surprised :)“

“Just went in for turkey bacon ranch, the girl working the registered was friendly, nice, and provided overall great customer service. Noticed fire house has fries now and they were great! I haven't been to fire house in months and was pleasantly surprised to get fries now instead of chips as an option. Well done“

“The staff here was amazing. I ordered online and made the mistake of not mentioning that I wanted it cold I tried to get there as fast as I could but they had already started the process. They changed my order even though it meant having to discard what they had already made. They did so without any hesitation. Absolutely incredible customer service and my hats off to the staff. “My lady and I visited this fine establishment on 9/30/2026. I believe we had just missed the lunch rush because it was a very relaxed environment. The staff was very friendly, store immaculately clean and food was great. Here's something else that's important. Sometimes staff will talk either too loud or too openly with each other when it's slow and that lack of background noise allows a voices to carry. This staff was doing none of that loud chit chatting and were busy doing other things that needed attention. One lady went to clean the bathrooms that were very clean by the way and that's before she went to clean it.
I would like to acknowledge the design of the strip mall. It consists of two strip malls facing each other and this Firehouse is located in one. The parking and traffic is in the middle. It's like a small town. Very cool“

“Could be cleaner, floor was sticky. Service was great even though there were only 2 ppl working. Both associates were great, kind and efficient. I have a gluten allergy and the GF bread they use has a great texture, really close to the original.“
